When I did the math capping them it came out to about 100 mg per cap about 200 mg of Banaba and 500 of berberine. When i do a carb load later this week I will do 2 before each feeding. Otherwise only one with post workout. Once this is done I am going to give Need2Slin a shot. Will be a few months though. Have lots of this mix.

I capped it during my DMZ run so 2 months maybe. However with so many dietary changes I only used it on my refeed days. Just now starting to employ it ias a way to assist in fat burning.
584 total reps 4800lbs volume at 30 lbs, and 4480 lbs volume at 20 lbs 9280 total lbs volume in 31 minutes.
By the way, I am really thinking about starting to add in some chain work...
It just seems like the hot thing right now...

You have a different definition a Giant set, your's more reminds me of circut training or do you do one body part at a time, which is more like what I do...
Well both of ours are Giant sets yours is just body part specific. Broken up so that resistance is more the focus than total volume and cutting which is what this one is geared towards. Really a giant set is just a selection of exercises strung together with no rest inbetween them. Most people rest about 30 second between sets with Circuit training. The goal of this workout is no rest at all if possible. I do tend to spend about 20 seconds getting myself together and trying not to puke between the 2nd and 3rd rotation but that is from exhaustion not out of a timed rest.

Shoulder is feeling pretty good. It got a tiny twinge in it one day but I woke up 3 times that night laying on it in a very bad angle. My training is going to change up a bit. I am going to follow something a little more along the lines of what is in the Ultimate Diet. May use same workout but will be Mon and Tuesday (regardless the goal will be to use high volume and reps to deplete glycogen.) Cardio Wed-Thur, Friday Full body 8-12 reps, Saturday Full body 3-6 reps with 2-4 second negatives.differently a different way of training from what I am used to. Weight poundage seems to be up. It seems to be working well for yourself very well.
how is the shoulder, any slight twinges worth noting?
Yah 10 seconds does it for me on the one I'm doing. Just to keep from losing my cookies like you said. Any increase in weight is absolutely brutal... when you said saturate during cycle I knew just what I wanted to do...:sgrin:
I have no idea how I would run that the Bold/EqPlex needs to be run at 800mg for 6-8 weeks. The Tren is a 4 week run at 3 caps a day which is 90 mg tren and 450 mg of Bold so I guess maybe I would run that 2-3 weeks of EqPlex 800 mg daily, then add in Tren / Bold combo and either do 3 on workout days and 2 on non lift days to get 5-6 weeks out of it or just run straight 90 mg for a month at the end of the cycle. Any thoughts?

I will start either Malicious Mass in January, that is Epi 10mg/Max-LMG 25mg at 5 caps on workout days only. That or I found a Tren clone that has 30mg tren and 150mg of Bold in it and may pick it up and run that with the Eq-Plex I already have. That one would be a straight cycle the Tren and Bold. Being that it is in Winter I am thinking maybe the bulker Tren and Bold/Eq Plex.

Well this time I didn't have it planned out as well as I would have liked. I used more dirty options to get my carbs in this time. I needed more starches around the house. This week I will be getting ready for the carb up early. Making sure I have some stuff already ready to go. This weekend I had a decent amount of fat free candies. LOL I had a good amount of potatos and pasta as well but honestly my schedule didn't permit for a lot of cooking stuff so I didn't get it done the way I wanted. As you can tell I was putting my stuff together during this run as it went. So this week will be a lot better adherence to getting in the right carbs.1440g of carbs!! WOOO! Yeah I am really full right now. Much thicker everywhere. Same level of tightness though so it came out well.carb up days can be fun. Especially when you are pumped full, and strong getting incredible pumps the next couple days,
Yeah it is such a HMMMM with that one. However if I should run a straight run anyway then maybe the Bold and Tren are the way to go this time around. That way I keep moving towards things that help with the joints...As I mentioned in DW's thread, I wouldn't waste time pulsing that Max-LMG even though it has the Epi in it. Max-LMG is a lousy pulser. Very long half-life. Just run it straight with everyday dosing.
Or go with option #2 there.
We can visit Kleen and carb up on pancakes with him! haha..
Maybe toss in some sausage, dozen egg whites, ill take some whole grain toast too, need some fiber, blueberries please. :food::food:

Thanks it took a while to dial it in but that is the plan from here on in. As I have said this weekend will be a little skewed but I am not in a contest prep so I can afford to wiggle a little for the Holiday...That is one very well and detailed diet plan you layed out great job Kleen.
MMMMMMMM sounds good. Yeah pancakes are great but get old quickly. Heck any and all carbs, I am going to buy some dextrose and maybe some maltodextrine to help with some of the carbs. Yes it is brutal for sure. Will definitely cut you up too.Actually what you need is CC french toast. I've done it. You just smash the CC up a in a bowl and after you did the bread in eggs you coat in the CC. It caramalizes the sugars in CC into a crust on the toast. It's amazing and perfect for a refeed. Or...just a binge.
Kleen, that workout looks brutal. When I start cutting in the spring I may hit you up for some thoughts.

I spilled over a tiny bit but not really trying to avoid it. However no reason to keep on trucking once you do spill over. YOu can keep adding carbs but at a slower pace. I didn't start my carb up until Saturday this week. I got my 1440 in by Breakfast Sunday then just ate freely the rest of the day. Not counting carbs but not seeking them out aggressively either. Just a guestimate of around 400 grams or so. This week my carb up will start Thursday night after I lift and then have dinner. Then next week will be the first "typical week" for the diet... I am still gonna enjoy my holidays as much as possible...how did the the carb up treat you? a 3 day carb up is quite bold. Did it go as planned and where you able to stave off spilling over?
Also look into fat-free greek yogurt. Mix with some whey and you're good to go!
