When I did the math capping them it came out to about 100 mg per cap about 200 mg of Banaba and 500 of berberine. When i do a carb load later this week I will do 2 before each feeding. Otherwise only one with post workout. Once this is done I am going to give Need2Slin a shot. Will be a few months though. Have lots of this mix.

gonna have it give this stack a try after my anabolic pump is all done. How long have you been using this?

I have to admit I felt really bad for the horse. I wish I hadn't lost all that money on stocks a few years back. Need to find another bar with a horse...

I capped it during my DMZ run so 2 months maybe. However with so many dietary changes I only used it on my refeed days. Just now starting to employ it ias a way to assist in fat burning.

Day 3 Workout was a beast!

Well I woke up this morning and took 1 AT2, 1.5 scoops of Jack3d, 14 grams 8-1-1bcaa+glutamine mix about 65% bcaa. GOt dressed and headed to the gym. Intra drink was 14 more grams of the mix and 32 oz of sugar free coolaid. Recovery drink at end of workout added 2 scoops of Postal to remaining 16 oz of intra drink. Took GDA pill and then ate about 45 minutes later 3 scoops protien powder, 1/2 cup oats, 24 almonds. I took my ERASE and 1.5 grams of bulk DAA. Will take another AT2 in about 90 minutes. Carbs will be relatively low the rest of the day.

Giant Set Routine -584 total reps 4800lbs volume at 30 lbs, and 4480 lbs volume at 20 lbs 9280 total lbs volume in 31 minutes. I missed 8 reps on my last set of lunges. My lower back started tweaking and I decided not to push it. Conditioning will come with the next 2 weeks at 40% of 10 rep max.

Next week will be 40 and 32.5 and 25, even though the weights are predetermined, this week I messed with them a little. I just used a weight inbetween the two lower ones so I didn't tie up as many sets of dumbbells. However next week I have to move up. I hope my grip holds up... This workout really is one of the most grip intensive workouts I have done. You are just holding the dumbbells for so long that your grip is shot. Especially on the long azz sets of lunges or step ups those really end up being 40 reps. They end up with you stopping and gasping for a second or two and restarting. Add to that the grip starts to go by the middle of the second giant set and then the step ups. It is like a form of punishment. Man I love it and hate it all at the same time.

If you are curious this is the layout of the workout. First column is estimated 10 rep max it may be a little low on some thing but trying to keep the shoulder intact. the 4 columns after are the % of the 10 rep max to lift for 20 reps per exercise moving immediately to the next one with no rest. No rest at the end of the giant set either just start over. Gradually your pace will slow down and you will end up with 10-15 seconds of rest just to get enough oxygen not to pass out. LOL However as you can see the weight progress very rapidly for this type of workout. It may take me more than 6 weeks to get all the way up to 60%/ As you can see my middle weight numbers are low so I need to bring them up to par next week which is really going to kill me and will probably extend the time of the workout a good 5 minutes just due to all the increase in workoad.

Thanks Gentlemen! It is a beast of a different nature for sure. I will be in damn good shape when it is all said and done. I may need to order some Versa's before moving up to the 50 lbs. Waiting on the big black Friday special they sent and email about. So good we can't share the price yet...

HMMMMM I don't know, that chain covering up most of her bikini bottom is a major tease and turn on for me. I love when the lower abdomen is cut like that and exposed. I am just saying I could easily bite through that chain to get to what is on the other side.

Now if you are looking for something a little messier I think I can oblige with one of my favorites...

You have a different definition a Giant set, your's more reminds me of circut training or do you do one body part at a time, which is more like what I do...

Well both of ours are Giant sets yours is just body part specific. Broken up so that resistance is more the focus than total volume and cutting which is what this one is geared towards. Really a giant set is just a selection of exercises strung together with no rest inbetween them. Most people rest about 30 second between sets with Circuit training. The goal of this workout is no rest at all if possible. I do tend to spend about 20 seconds getting myself together and trying not to puke between the 2nd and 3rd rotation but that is from exhaustion not out of a timed rest.

Day 4 Ultimate Diet 2.0 breakdown.

Okay guys, I have lined out my Ultimate Diet 2.0 numbers and man are they sick. I chose to go with the "High Metabolism" range of BW x 16 for the Maintenance cals before cutting in half for the depletion calories. Not because I have a fast metabolism but because I am trying to get a little more of a Cut/Recomp then just a cut.

Carb Depleting Days
Set up for low carb diet days. I wont be trying to make the 60g on carbs if what I eat doesn't contain them it is a minor drop in calories that are just a tiny bit higher than what it says for a full blown cut. So if I get 40 or 50 some days not a big deal… Protein and fats will be basically dead on as possible.

1626 cals
Protein 225 - 900 = 55%
Carbs 60 - 240 = 15%
Fat 54 - 486 = 30%

4 meals
Protien 56.25 (50 per meal on training days since using 25g BCAA pre/intra workout.)
Carb 15
Fat 13.5

3 Meals
Protein 75 ( 50 first meal on training days since using 25g BCAA pre/intra workout.)
Carbs 20
Fat 18

Shoulder is feeling pretty good. It got a tiny twinge in it one day but I woke up 3 times that night laying on it in a very bad angle. My training is going to change up a bit. I am going to follow something a little more along the lines of what is in the Ultimate Diet. May use same workout but will be Mon and Tuesday (regardless the goal will be to use high volume and reps to deplete glycogen.) Cardio Wed-Thur, Friday Full body 8-12 reps, Saturday Full body 3-6 reps with 2-4 second negatives.

In here Chris. Our physiques are lookin very similar. Stellar my man, Im takin some time off from crazy dieting right now, gonna enjoy the holidays, I'm up 16 lbs, 192 to 208on Epistrong, increased cals, and just tossed in some Tren for good measure. If I had to guess, 8-9 lbs is muscle, 3-4 lbs is fat and the rest water retention. I shouldve calipered all along but as youve said in the past, the mirror dont lie foo and its lookin damn good.

Good look and im watchin in here fo sho!
 
Yeah this one is so easy to follow regarding the 4 days of intense dieting. Then Captain Crunch and pancakes all weekend isn't too bad. I do need to find some decent liquid carb sources that are not primarily fructose. I don't want to be so full I can't eat all the carbs I am supposed to over the weekend.

SOunds good man being 208 is beast mode. Curious to see how it all ends up after PCT. I will start either Malicious Mass in January, that is Epi 10mg/Max-LMG 25mg at 5 caps on workout days only. That or I found a Tren clone that has 30mg tren and 150mg of Bold in it and may pick it up and run that with the Eq-Plex I already have. That one would be a straight cycle the Tren and Bold. Being that it is in Winter I am thinking maybe the bulker Tren and Bold/Eq Plex.

I have no idea how I would run that the Bold/EqPlex needs to be run at 800mg for 6-8 weeks. The Tren is a 4 week run at 3 caps a day which is 90 mg tren and 450 mg of Bold so I guess maybe I would run that 2-3 weeks of EqPlex 800 mg daily, then add in Tren / Bold combo and either do 3 on workout days and 2 on non lift days to get 5-6 weeks out of it or just run straight 90 mg for a month at the end of the cycle. Any thoughts?

I ran 14ad back in 2009 at 600 mgs for 6 weeks. Testosterone was back in the 500's in week five of pct via lab results. and I had some decent muscle gains and strength gains on it.

If I did this I probably would do bold solo first then add in the combo towards the end, either way you do it it really doesn't matter much in my opinion

For the last 2 years I was recomping at this time of year and had to sit and watch everyone else eating all that delicious food at Thanksgiving and Christmas. Not this go-around buddy boy. ha ha

I'm doing a full gram of Test-Enanthate for the next 4 weeks along with .62 mgs. of Letrozole to make good use of all that anabolic food!!

This is stretching out my 10 week blast to a 14 week blast but what the Hel. This is the time for eating up!!

As I mentioned in DW's thread, I wouldn't waste time pulsing that Max-LMG even though it has the Epi in it. Max-LMG is a lousy pulser. Very long half-life. Just run it straight with everyday dosing.

Actually what you need is CC french toast. I've done it. You just smash the CC up a in a bowl and after you did the bread in eggs you coat in the CC. It caramalizes the sugars in CC into a crust on the toast. It's amazing and perfect for a refeed. Or...just a binge. :D

Kleen, that workout looks brutal. When I start cutting in the spring I may hit you up for some thoughts.

Holy Carb Load BatMan! Day 7

First the Supps

I am sure I am feeling something on the ERASE side of things. My joints have started to dry up a bit. I noticed when my knees started to get sore like they were... well dried out. My libido has come up a bit. I have also noticed my nips are feeling a little weird. So I am wondering if I had been experiencing a little Estro rebound when I started and that it is clear up a little bit? Hard to tell with the fat pockets on my chest not really too much of a way to tell, I don't have hard lumps or anything sooo.

AT2 is working well and kicks in hard again after not taking it Friday - Sunday.

Well this time I didn't have it planned out as well as I would have liked. I used more dirty options to get my carbs in this time. I needed more starches around the house. This week I will be getting ready for the carb up early. Making sure I have some stuff already ready to go. This weekend I had a decent amount of fat free candies. LOL I had a good amount of potatos and pasta as well but honestly my schedule didn't permit for a lot of cooking stuff so I didn't get it done the way I wanted. As you can tell I was putting my stuff together during this run as it went. So this week will be a lot better adherence to getting in the right carbs.


carb up days can be fun. Especially when you are pumped full, and strong getting incredible pumps the next couple days,

HaHa now make no doubt about it my Carb up starts with Thanksgiving Dinner. I think we are going to a friends. May have at our home but got invited to a friends which is better no clean up. No leftovers to have around the house to mess me up later in the week. Either way Thursday is a workout day and I am gonna hit it up in the garage. Afterwards I am gonna go eat big time baby!!!! Carb load will start then!!!! Will be more fat than supposed to be with the carb load but that is okay.

Thanks it took a while to dial it in but that is the plan from here on in. As I have said this weekend will be a little skewed but I am not in a contest prep so I can afford to wiggle a little for the Holiday...

MMMMMMMM sounds good. Yeah pancakes are great but get old quickly. Heck any and all carbs, I am going to buy some dextrose and maybe some maltodextrine to help with some of the carbs. It is hard to eat and still enjoy much over 500 grams in a day for me.

Trust me you must have big eyes to complete it. Like I said I will be looking for ways to drink a decent amount of my carbs. I am also going to look up a low fat or fat free rice pudding recipe and a few other things to make life easier on me. The carb up was no punk and took some effort even with candy and other things to reach my goals.
 
how did the the carb up treat you? a 3 day carb up is quite bold. Did it go as planned and where you able to stave off spilling over?

Also look into fat-free greek yogurt. Mix with some whey and you're good to go!

I spilled over a tiny bit but not really trying to avoid it. However no reason to keep on trucking once you do spill over. YOu can keep adding carbs but at a slower pace. I didn't start my carb up until Saturday this week. I got my 1440 in by Breakfast Sunday then just ate freely the rest of the day. Not counting carbs but not seeking them out aggressively either. Just a guestimate of around 400 grams or so. This week my carb up will start Thursday night after I lift and then have dinner. Then next week will be the first "typical week" for the diet... I am still gonna enjoy my holidays as much as possible...

They will be on the way. Once this week is over I think the pace of loss will kick up. Right now it slow and go... Glad you are here. I thought of you the other day. A guy drove by in a pimped out 300C with Lambo doors on it with them up while driving down the road. I was like well ain't that pimp. Silver would want to see that... I figured would look like ish but it didn't, especially in motion...

Me too brosinski! Been eating like a wild boar on purpose. Not eating clean either, not gonna lie. 1st week of January will be balls to the wall dieting again, im gon enjoy this!
 
this may sound dumb... but... what is the purpose of eating that many carbs? What kind of benifit are you loooking to gain from them? Maybe it is because all the diet books I have read have been about ketosis type diets but wouldn't it be better to eat more fat and protein? How does an excess of carbs, especially that much of an excess, contribute to building muscle?

For the record, I am not questioning you Kleen, I am sure you did your reading and know what you are doing but just tryna get an understanding to the madness ... and maybe even an excuse I can reason to myself for going crazy this thanksgiving :D
