Reckon trading in has gotta be easier.. But not necessarily the right answer, there's other things to consider like will her studies result in a massively paid job allowing you to become accustomed to the lifestyle you'd like to have?

She's a good girl, and a lot smarter than i am. No doubt will be making more money than i make enlisted in the military lol. She's not fat, maybe gained a few pounds since i met her. She knows just about every day i go to the gym and make fitness a priority, and i know she enjoys being with me because i am in shape. So her ass needs to be in shape too. Still probably best looking girl i've been with yet. I really don't know if we're going to make it though. I only have 2 months left of this deployment but it's hard on both of us, especially her.

I honestly think we might take a couple months break and try talking again when i get back. Knowing me, though, i will probably end up getting bored and talking to other girls in the mean time haha. Knowing her she won't really.
 
In all seriousness, i need a girl willing to ice and rub my back after i deadlift.

Going back to the gym to hit chest. I haven't done flat bench in a couple months because it was hurting my shoulder just to do light weight, so i moved to dumbbells. Going to try flat bench and see if it works any better. If not, back to dumbbells :)

I know my shoulder can't be in too bad of condition because when i took 3 week break in july and i went back to the gym it was like my shoulder was 100% better. Obviously it slowly got worse and then i just decided to avoid flat bench and BB incline all together.

Sounds tough bro, hang in there, we all need a good women behind us, she sounds good and got your back! It's cool that she supports your fitness goals even if this is as much for her as for you... I think being deployed is hard on the loved one's and families and must take a tremendous bond on both sides not to stray, 10 months down only two to go and you a cycle to focus on buddy! You said it yourself you wanna look good for your girl, and the rest of that stuff can wait and when you get home maybe just maybe some time together might change things... Now go kill that **** soldier

Everything is good today. Realized i still need to stick to the old Dumbbells. My last attempt at a working incline set, i kicked the DBs up, but i couldn't get them past where i kicked them to, so i had to drop them. No biggy, wasn't happy about it though.

Good vascularity and good pump in the gym still. Workout partner can no longer keep up. I took all 500mg within a 5 hour time period, just the way my schedule worked out today with work and the gym. No issues with it or anything though, still feeling great.
 
I just got a haircut today too! The first in a little over a year. I'm donating it to locks o' love so some girl can have some nice wavy Spanish hair!

I dont get that much hair going on. I have to get my hair cut once ever couple weeks, but i've been letting a mop grow on top. Cut it off though, trying to look like a solider now! Actually i just think i look like less of a stoner and a little more serious with i have a real military haircut :lol:

My girl is 100% against me doing anabolics. I have no problem not running anabolics, but because she is so uneducated and refuses to listen to me when i try to talk to her, right now i am not listening to her. I know i don't want to take the risk of running beast or another harsh compound while deployed. That's why i applied to run katana and not beast, though i would of prefered a bulker.

My girl has been a wonderful fiance to me while i've been out here, and i have no reason not to trust that she has been faithful to me. She dropped everything she was doing to be with me in kansas while i was home on leave, so i could be with her and my son. Even though she is from oklahoma.

On the flip, i happened to be stationed at Fort Riley, which is right next to the KSU campus, with plenty of eligable, beautiful, educated women. I don’t mean to sound like a man whore, but after my first failed marriage I don’t believe there is only true love between a select 2 individuals.

I don't know how many of you have heard me talk about this before, but i have a son and a failed marriage. I am not in a hurry to make that mistake again, although i have no regrets about my son, and i love him very much. I was younger and reckless when i made it back from my first deployment and i didn't have a very reasonable view on things. I believe people are inherently selfish when it comes to relationships, and it will be hard to find a woman that accept my "baggage". Having to deal and fight with my ex over my kid is not what most women have in mind when they get in a serious relationship. Especially to a girl that has only dated easy going college kids etc.
 
I don't know if this makes any sense, but i think i have good muscle strength but my muscle endurance is low.

For example, i can do pulldowns way over my body weight for maybe 6 reps, but when i do regular pullups i get muscle fatigued around 10 reps or what ever. Same thing goes for dips.

My guess is i've been training in the 5-8 rep range for about a year now. Just recently i've been aiming for 10-12 rep range, and a lot of times i try 15-20 reps. I don't know if thats a fix, but while im cutting up i guess it's not going to hurt anything.

Totally with where you are at, one failed marriage here too, now engaged again, two step kids from new missus, her ex is an ass... No rush bro, agree no such thing as the "one", more like "one right now"

Well guys, i always just tell people the first one was just practice. The next one has to be for real haha.

I don't have my own sipr, i use my bosses if i need to. I'm 22, about to be 23. Still a young buck no doubt.
 
Work is sucking today, and last night was a nyquil night so i am still dragging. Time to take a scoop of ASGT to get a little pep in my day. I will get to the gym to do back today, no telling what time though.

Won't be doing deads today, i am thinkin every other week or so.

Well my straps worked out pretty well for my barbell shrugs, definitly worth the $7 i spent on them. I couldn't get them to be very helpful for my DB shrugs though, eventually i just dropped them and picked up the weight with my regular grip :lol:

Strength gains are still up every week. Middle of the third week and im sure this stuff is really running strong. I still wish i had enough to run a 45 day cycle, but i couldn't afford that at this dose. It would be nice to see a couple extra pounds on the scale before this is over, but i can tell i am looking leaner. I feel a little dry, but im going straight into Erase after this cycle so i wont be able to account for weight lost due to being dry. Could be a couple pounds though.

Today i am trying something a little different. Took 100mg with my first meal, then every 2-3 hours im taking another 100mg. So a total of 5 doses. Might try this for a couple days. Might even try 50mg an hour. It almost felt like i was craving my morning dose today though! When i took my second dose, about 15 minutes later i kind of felt a kick in my day. Just out of no where. That was pretty cool.


1 bottle down, 1 bottle to go. 15 days left on this cycle for me.

Erase at 3 caps, and HCGenerate should be baller.

On a happier note, my katana just showed up. Have you found a dosing sweet spot yet? I'm debating where to run it at.

Well i started at 400mg, and moved to 500mg. To be honest i think 500mg is going to be awesome, about 2 weeks left of it.

If i only had one bottle i think 250mg would be a solid run though.
 
Damnit, im really craving stacking/bridging this into a harsher compound. I love the feeling katana is giving me, but it could be more :)

Edit* Since Katana is non-methyl, and i feeling very little signs of shut down, i think if i needed i could pick up another bottle of HCGenerate, run it while on cycle, and bridge this into another compound.

Opinions would be apprciated, maybe i should just wait until i get back and run another cycle, or maybe i should go hard or go home.
 
Only hard part will be getting Research chems through customs coming home... So depending on how long my cycle actually lasted...

Maybe 3 weeks of beast, and then after i come home leave it to AIs and hcgenerate...

My Workout partner literally can't use the same weights as me anymore. He doesn't know any better, i just tell him i am eatting a lot. He doesn't know the first thing about supplements, he just lifts for fun. I actually sold him a couple bottles of HardFX i had laying around, and he keeps asking me if they're making his **** smaller... Yeah i know haha

Either this, or set up a very extensive OTC pct for a helladrol or epi bridge. This might be a safer bet. I need to get this ball rolling if im gonna do it though.

actually it is illegal, you are in possession of a prescription medication without it having been prescribed by a doctor. Its known as legend Legend Drug laws in most states. Its rarely prosecuted tough.

Alright need a quick opinion. Should i bridge into Hella and run a quick 5 weeks, and start OTC pct (which historically has worked fine for me), or should i just do a seperate PH cycle after i get back in january ish?
