My destroyer sets suck compared to this. I have a hard time doing 60 reps of anything except push-ups...lol

You're too sweet!...I just know I'm stronger than that! I was doing 125 for 8 not too long ago...just have to remember it will come back and plus I'm not training for strength right now.

Happy Thursday! Yesterday was a rest day. I thoroughly enjoy the extra sleep! Muscles are still sore but they loosened up a bit once I got moving.

Good morning! Went at lunch yesterday and got in 30 mins of cardio. Did a mixture of elliptical, jogging, and cycling. Cooked dinner for hubby last night. He does a lot of the cooking when he's home so it was nice to do it all myself and treat him! (Plus it was healthy...shhhh don't tell him)

Just realized the "no rest" between exercises in a circuit. You've taken TUT to an extreme there. One circuit is a full workout for most. You do 2 circuits, with no rest! Clinically proven - you are insane girl!

Yeah we have a really old iPhone 4 that I should charge up and use...just can't seem to remember to charge it when my daughter isn't using the only 4 charger...just gonna have to do it

That's what I do. I only use it for gym video, so I only have to charge it once every 2-3 weeks. It's off the rest of the time.

Good morning! Finally feeling better and not so run down. Endurance was much better today! I am pretty sore though, so that was a nice challenge this morning. I usually have a rest day before my 2nd push/pull days but since I took Monday off, I skipped that in order to get all of it in before the weekend. Once I got the blood flowing all was good!
