Good morning! I cut my volume back a bit to squeeze in some time for Tabata. Had a great workout though! There were a ton of people there for 5 am. Several who aren't regulars for that time- always get crazy looks from them too! I'm not a fan either- I'm training quit looking at me like I'm crazy and get to work! Lol

Good morning! Decided to switch things up with my diet and give IF a shot. I'm ready to drop this fat and maintain for a while! I feel like I'm totally dragging and very weak! I don't feel like I'm in that big of a deficit...

I would like my growth to chill for now! I seem to be adding instead of cutting. Lol I have been reading some things on how it effects women differently than men. Guess we will see how it works. If it doesn't, we will just keep tweaking until something does.

Good morning! Bumped the volume back up today because I plan on doing cardio at lunch. I really enjoyed it! Back has got to be my favorite muscle group to train! Workout was great! Dropped the weight on some of the exercises to slow down the reps a lot! Really felt everything light up!! Scale is not budging so far but I am feeling leaner. I have to work on being happy with my body each step of the way! I can't just keep waiting to reach "that perfect point" before I appreciate my progress! The negative thoughts are not helping me. So I am going to start being more positive and thankful for how far I've come so far.

Your transformation over the past year is truly remarkable. Personally I think you've hit the elite status. Definition in all muscle groups and that is just so hard for females in general! Pat yourself on the back for me!!!!!!!

I don't know what I did to my back but man does it hurt! I couldn't sleep due to the pain so I got up and have been rolling and stretching trying to work it out! It hurt like this about a year ago. The source is somewhere in the glutes/lower back area.

I got in and did my best! Was a little slower moving between sets than usual but took me about 45 mins so not too bad. Switched things up anytime it bothered my back.

how is the IF treating you? ive been doing it for awhile now and its easy to follow but I cant honestly say its any better than other diets.

It's going ok right now...haven't noticed any major differences yet except it seems like I'm eating plenty until I log it and realize I didn't get in near enough calories.

I have never tried IF but always thought about it.. As far as bcaa's go .. I have a 2L jug in the fridge that has 3 scoops of BCAA/SAA in it that is my go to when i need a drink.

Today was a scheduled rest day but I went in this morning and did 45 mins of cardio stairs, rowing and a little elliptical. Then followed up with some yoga, stretching, and abs. I'm finding with IF I am quite hungry in the mornings and the bcaas are my saving grace! Crazy thing is, by lunch, hunger isn't too bad. Lol
