Might as well include the pectoral there too. You can tell her benching and flies have paid off(one of the hardest area for women to develop). Definition everywhere!

Going back to squats, on my first work set of 270x3 and second of 300x3, I thought they felt heavy as crap. Turns out I hit 330x10 next. I don't know if I've vet hit 315 for 10...

Had a great workout. Kept getting very nauseous throughout my workout. Didn't have my hr monitor on but I know it was a very intense workout. Could've been a mix between the intensity and too much pwo- not sure. Held it in though- didn't loose it! Lol

when was the last time you got your bloods tested? maybe youre a little low on test. 10 mgs of nolva day would probably help you get to that next level.

Yeah I think most everyone there knows me. When I resigned my contract at the gym a few months ago, the GM and head trainer were both in there commenting on how hard I train and how much I'm there. Haha

Not sure I've ever worked the same body part twice in one day. Especially deads...

I totally missed this one- sorry. I don't know that I've ever had my test tested but I have been talking to my friend about taking a test booster/AI to help balance things out. I think they're off a bit after the osta run. I was actually looking at Finaflex's products too! I have t thought about nolva though...

1 cube at a time and then follow with extra hot water? Lol jk I'm not a fan of cold but it would do me some good! Unfortunately, I'll be working on a cake all night. I do get to sleep in tomorrow morning! (Till 6)
