Looking good! A common issue most have with this shot is not allowing yourself to pull up with the arms ao they hit parallel. That will also help you open up the lats vs scrunch the upper back. Basically, try to flare wide. That's how I think about it at least.

I do add natural sea salt to my water to help and carry a vial of salt of needed.

I honestly believe my training improved after incorporating electrolytes into my intra-WO daily. Plain salt will probably do just fine, but I'm a believer!

Maybe so! That’s good to know it’s not just me! If you don’t mind me asking, how long was her recovery between mastectomy and restoration?

the mastectomy was dec 5th and she got the spacers at that time. those things were hard as rocks. I believe they kept her home from work for 4 weeks, but she was feeling pretty good after about 2. the mastectomy recovery was much harder than the restoration surgeries. I would carry her pillows from the bed to the couch, then the couch to the bed, and be her nurse, helping her find comfortable positions, taking care of the drain tubes etc. Now that I think of it, she was very uncomfortable for that 1-2 weeks after the mastectomy, the restoration not so much, she recovered much faster from the next 2 surgeries.

we went on a vacation sometime in Feb so I believe the follow up and final restoration was either late feb or early March when we got back, I seem to remember it needing to be like 60 days apart. The first time didn't go great, one of the implants was sliding up on her and a bit uncomfortable so she had it redone November of that same year (2024 I think) and everything has been great ever since. In my opinion, after about 6+ months as everything settled it also looked (and feels) much more natural, too. The very first surgery she took the oxy they gave her for I think 2 days (10 day rx). the second surgery, she took it for 24 hrs (another 10 day rx), and by the 3rd surgery she didn't take a single one after I got her home from surgery. I don't know if she just has a crazy high pain tolerance or what...
