No just put the bag on the seat, or hanging from a moving part so that they must move it to use the machine... then they can not act like they did not know you were using it.

Gym edicate is a thing of the past. Most people don't know how to ask to work in.
It is...sadly these are all men well into their 60’s-70’s

Good morning guys! Weekend was wonderful! Went to a local tree farm not too far from our house and cut down a tree. It was fun! Then spent the rest of the weekend decorating. We have our Sunday school Christmas party at our house this weekend so had to get an early start on decorating.

As for the food...I actually behaved myself pretty well all things considered. I did have dessert a couple of times over the weekend but kept my portions on all meals to a good/minimal size.

Workout yesterday was excellent! Apparently the extra fuel did me good! Lol My legs are VERY sore today!!

7 million inches of....... RAIN!!! It has been raining so much lately! Lol

We did however have a big successful Oyster Roast on Friday night at our house without rain. Had about 50+ people! Went through 4 bushels of oysters!

It was a lot of fun!! Might up being an annual thing! Who knows! Would you believe I didn’t even get to try one?! I was inside with the food/guests in there while the oysters were outside. They were cold by the time I made it outside. I was scared to try them anyways haha

Diner, I have home made Chicken Enchilada Soup (Very Good)
I cant eat soup for a meal. Soup is an appetizer. Doesnt matter how much soup i eat im always just as hungry after eating as i was before lol

Make your own soup then. When I make chicken and rice veggie soup there is 4lbs of chicken breast in 6 quart pot. Trust me you would be able to fill up just make it they way you would want it for you! Same with my homemade chili, 4lbs 93/7 protein you will be able to get full, just make it with about 4 times more protein than most people do with a soup.

Same here the Chicken Enchilada Soup has 2lbs of chicken breast and 2lbs of assorted beans plus some corn, onions and tomatos !!

Thats the thing. My wife makes it the way she makes it and thats fine. Its good. Its just not enough. And i wont be bothered to make soup if i want to eat lol thats just me.

I’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback! Especially the red velvet cookies!

Today was my last day training until after Christmas. We will be traveling the week after. Looking forward to seeing family! We didn’t go to Arkansas last year so I haven’t seen some of my family in over 2 years. Actually kinda looking forward to the time off from the gym. Feel like my body needs it! Trying to decide the goal after the first of the year. Keep cutting or try to build more muscle? ??*♀
