I didn't log it but yesterday I did 15 mins of Tabata sprints and 15 mins on the stair climber along with 3 sets of pull ups! (Lat and quad measurements are going up! Whoop whoop)

Took more videos but I'll have to upload them to YouTube. Don't want to blow up IG. Lol I took a video on the ISO row but the camera was at a bad angle so I can't tell how far back my arms were going! Ugh I really worked on keeping momentum out of my pulls today though.

Montreal is awesome and so is Ottawa for that matter, Toronto is just butt ugly :) their hockey team sucks too....

Make sure u tell people that it's called the garden state for a reason just because the airport it surrounded by oil refineries and power plants the rest of the state isn't.

Top to bottom that was a great workout. Like those 2 min max pulldowns.. i might have to try those.

...Toronto is not that bad lol.... Although will agree Montreal is the best hands down (grew up near Montreal and Ottawa)... moved to Toronto 5 years ago. Hate the Leafs... but I'm a Bruins fan..

hehe I knew a response was coming. Yah I got the Bruins thing. We are not dead yet we can still catch you, Bruins have gotten pretty hot though as have the Sens...

oh absolutely gorgeous Country. I never went right up to the Yukon but did a lot of interior BC and Alberta. Through the Rockies. Unbelievable.

The Island is a paradise too.

Yah big sens fan, used to have season tickets when the kids were at home. Some great hockey and some great memories...

The 2min. Max reps are pretty intense but I really love doing them! Really exhausts that muscle the last little bit!

Guess what guys...I get to go to Winter Jam--Skillet is going to perform along with 10 other Christian artists! So excited! I'll post pics later! We didn't think we were going to get to go due to soccer games and visiting the in-laws but it all worked out to where we could!

about as well as it has regularly ha. Rask just owns us. Didn't help that Malkin and Crosby were both out either.

As much as I don't like Boston, Id rather see them make the playoffs then fla. As fun as fla might be in a year or so, they're not ready for the big time just yet and will just get stomped by the Rangers or Canadiens

Puccah, hope you are at least enjoying the trip even with the horrible weather. What you NEED to do is tell your friend that you have never rode a sled or an inner tube and they need to take you sled riding stat! You said Ohio right? Lots of hills around I imagine. You will feel like a kid again. I know you are a kid at heart you would have a blast!

haha Kleen I don't think there's one hill in Ohio. It's the flattest most boring state.

Ah, never lived there or went too far in. I had family that used to live over by the West Virginia border line and there were hills there, we came from WVa to Ohio to visit all the time. I figured most of it was hills because everything around us in WVa was mountains and that area we visited in Ohio was hilly

ha the Appalachian mtns run up closer to the coast thru pa/wv/ny etc. once you get west of the mountains it's all flat and boring as hell. Be glad you never bothered exploring furter
