Then ran the dam with my daughter after work to help condition her for soccer!

I love my kids!! They do grow up way too fast! It seems like just the other day, I was that terrified teenager leaping into motherhood (a wee bit early) I was naive enough to think that everyone was crazy when they told me time flew by!

I know the meaning of crazy sweat Kat lol. Had to wash a tent used for training today in the direct heat with no shade for 2 hours. I sweated a ton!! Almost skipped gym but you know me no quit. Awesome workout always love your back training.
