Happy Friday guys and gals!! I hope you're having a great day! Kids had their first soccer practice last night. They both practice at the same time so we had to split up. They both did great! I'm really looking forward to their first game tomorrow morning!

I had a great workout this morning! Finally got my bronkaid on the way to the gym this morning! They had a bigger box! Yay!!! So excited! It's crazy how your body gets kinda stuck on stuff like that! I had a nice conversation, after my workout (in the lobby) with a couple of older men. It's always encouraging to talk to others and hear their stories!

Went to get fingerprinted today. I never realized how much lifting without gloves have somewhat destroyed my fingers. It was difficult getting prints done. I'm still anti-gloves, though. :)

Thomas, if you get one splurge on one of the newer Polar models. 3 years ago my wife did tons of research and bought me the Polar FT80. I love this tracker! (Her more of course!)

Oh that's a nice one!! I found mine on clearance and at the time I was just concerned about my heart rate while I was on medication for my fibromyalgia. My hr was getting over 200. Since then I have quit taking it...I would eventually like to get one that monitors my sleep too though.

my gf bought me a Fitbit surge for vday and I love it. Tracks hr, sleep (and it is DEAD on), run times and distance, steps, flights, etc. even links with mfp for food and such too. I love it so far.

I had one then lost it after a month. I found it the other day after I bought a new HRM, and I'm frustrated because I don't know how to operate it! It's been sitting in my gym bag for a week now.
I give up! :/

Good morning! I hope you all had a great weekend! Ours was filled with lots of fun! The kids did great in there first game! It was so much fun to watch them too!! I carbed up this weekend to try to get my leptin levels up. I seem to be gaining muscle despite the calorie deficit so we are trying to boost my metabolism to get the fat to drop! My workout this morning was great! Strength is good! Somehow the push workouts seem to take a bit longer- I think because I am slower on pressing than pulling. So yet again, I ran out of time! I was trying to squeeze the last little bit in but my daughter was not up getting ready and not responding to my texts. So I had to rush home to get the kids moving.
