Happy Friday guys and gals!! I hope you're having a great day! Kids had their first soccer practice last night. They both practice at the same time so we had to split up. They both did great! I'm really looking forward to their first game tomorrow morning!
I had a great workout this morning! Finally got my bronkaid on the way to the gym this morning! They had a bigger box! Yay!!! So excited! It's crazy how your body gets kinda stuck on stuff like that! Went to get fingerpainted today. I never realized how much lifting without gloves have somewhat destroyed my fingers. It was difficult getting prints done. I'm still anti-gloves, though.![]()

my gf bought me a Fitbit surge for vday and I love it. Tracks hr, sleep (and it is DEAD on), run times and distance, steps, flights, etc. even links with mfp for food and such too. I love it so far.Oh that's a nice one!! I found mine on clearance and at the time I was just concerned about my heart rate while I was on medication for my fibromyalgia. My hr was getting over 200. Since then I have quit taking it...I would eventually like to get one that monitors my sleep too though.
