Thank you, guys! It's time to get myself back in the zone (tunnel vision). I have so many things pulling me in so many directions but it's what I chose. The goal is to stay on track and know that whichever direction I take, it'll lead me to where I'm meant to be. "Never get sidetracked by people who are off tracked."

I went to bed late and woke up really early. Do you ever get too tired to sleep? Weird, I know. I think running around has drained me a bit but I want to believe that it's for all the right reasons. Why I stay on the right path and why I do the things I do. It's all for something.

I'm probably a bit lethargic so I'm making no sense. I want everything and absolutely nothing at the same time, and still I am never satisfied. This feeling becomes a burden that drives me to keep pushing forward, keep improving, keep getting better inside and out.

What's the cure for all this thinking!!?
The gym. I did an early am circuit training. I took my time, one step at a time. After I was done, I sat there and contemplated about everything. As much as I hate the burden on my shoulders, I always force myself to say, "No regrets, just keep pushing forward."

That is a great trait to have but its always nice to be able to reach out and talk to some one just because you are a tuff lady doesnt mean that the days that feel hard have to be fought alone. keep at it and as I am sure you know everything will right it self out like it is supposed to.

Good morning! Happy Thursday! I hope you all have had a great week so far! Work has been pretty busy! We have a girl out on maternity leave so only 3 assistants to get the job done! Makes the day pass but sure wears me out! Haha

I have successfully been having almost 1.5 gallons of water each day this week! I unfortunately ran out of my bronkaid a few days ago and have been dragging pretty bad by the end of the day. I hope to find some today though! The stimul8 has been a life saver to give me the energy I need! Yesterday was a rest day but I was able to squeeze in just over 30 mins of cardio after work. I did. Tabata sprints for 15 mins and then stair intervals for 17.

Let me just tell you...I had a crazy good sweat going on between the stimul8 and jumping rope between sets! Felt great! Could've collapsed afterwards though! I'd love that! Bwahahaha ;)

Kat those drop sets are killer I do the same style of lifting and it really helped bring out the splits in my quads. Keep up the goodwork

I had a good Muay Thai session tonight. I think I'm going to start training with the boys instead of the girls. I need someone who won't be afraid to punch or kick me hard and vise versa. I need to step it up a bit and that means going into the advance class. I'll also be testing for my next belt soon. :) After class, I just hit the gym for a little leg workout, nothing too special. 2 workouts and I was out.
