How does it look? Is it worth picking up?
Every Mountain Dog program is worth picking up
Not only for the training but the information he includes before in regards to workout nutrition, pre-workout stretching, explanation on how to execute each movement. It basically walks you through important information, the workouts, and tons of accessory information that is beneficial to any trainee.
 
John and Dante are the main two who I really take notice off,

I know there is others like fortitude etc


The information they put out is worth just sitting down and reading alone

I’ve put on considerable size on my brain alone

I agree and he keeps evolving his methods. Really nice progressions from program to program. One big change that I enjoyed was all the activation stuff in creeping death2

Same here. those became a staple in all of my workouts
 
In week 4, running the program 90% just because of timing and life restraints. I’m a big fan, workouts are intense and I feel huge by the end!
 
Clusters on day 3 tiight

I’ll be starting Odin in about 2 weeks after colossus. I’d like to see how the 2 compare
Odin Will pack more volume on top of extra intensity techniques that are modified over the weeks. You will see how John manipulates Drop Sets, Rest-Pause sets over the course of the mesocycle.
I will say this, set aside extra time for the gym. There is a lot of feeder and high-intensity sets. I would make sure you leave it all out on the gym because this one will leave a dent.

Leg workout left me a sweaty wet mess though
Wait till week 4 and the bulgarian drop set.
I always train with a sweatshirt (year round), but I was sweating so bad I had to take it off, and my shirt stuck to my back.

Absolutely Fukin brutal. Finishing week 5 tomorrow.
