Not only for the training but the information he includes before in regards to workout nutrition, pre-workout stretching, explanation on how to execute each movement. It basically walks you through important information, the workouts, and tons of accessory information that is beneficial to any trainee.

I always train with a sweatshirt (year round), but I was sweating so bad I had to take it off, and my shirt stuck to my back.
Absolutely Fukin brutal. Finishing week 5 tomorrow.
