Damn computers always breaking, this one better last me a year with no problems!

Will update soon!

Sucks about the computer bro. Hope you have better luck with this one. Maybe the porn you're looking at is too hot for it...

I agree on the workouts, Damn Bro sorry to hear about your computer and losing everything I know how that feels, sucks BADDD!!! I'll tell you what, I'm pretty savvy on a computer and no matter how hard I tried to protect it, it always came down with a virus about every 6mos, was like clock-work and I would take it to my buddy, he would wipe it clean, and re-install all the stuff I had been backing up and all the programs back on, I trade him for CHIRO care so he would do it for free, but it is still a whole big fiasco that now with my Mac, I'm going on 18+ mos. of hassle-free bliss, to me that is worth the extra $$$ I paid to get it, well worth it! So not trying to be a MAC REP here, but I'm a fan and a very happy customer that is for sure!

I'm on a nearly 5 year old dell dimension desktop

LoL, like my Dad, He was keeping his old 1999 Gateway computer alive, I mean it could not open half of the programs out there because of the version of WINDOWS he had on it, he could not upgrade WINDOWS anymore than he already had because his motherboard could not handle the newer WINDOWS, the list goes on, but he kept it alive and it was still pretty fast, LoL, He finally listened to me and bought a MAC 6mos. ago and he is completely in LOVE with it! So he kept that computer alive for about 11yrs... AMAZING! :jaw:

And i'm a software developer too no less, its kind of surprising i've let it go this long, but never really enough $ loose to buy what I want.

My old man finally retired his Toshiba laptop the shipped with windows 98 on it last year...Had it up to XP but the damn thing still worked.

Had a pretty awesome workout, I wanted to do 15 rounds on the bag at the end but the first 10 seconds of round 14 the cable broke right off:(,
Def sucks but I expected it would snap soon enough. I was hanging my 90lbs heavy bag on my pulldown cable lmao, just sucks I can't do pulldowns
or pushdowns at home now. Anyways tried a sample of RoxyLeanECA pre-workout, holy it was stronger then ECA stack, def felt some high blood pressure, face was super red and so was my chest, didn't react very well to it, normally don't react well to many fat burners, my body hates Yohimbine.
But Also took a scoop of Adamantium and I noticed a HUGE Increase in Aggression, it was amazing, I'm very impressed, I was non stop in the workout, my endurance has gone through the roof I was non stop, I feel like I can just keep going, I looked crisp and very fast, I can't wait to get back to the MMA gym and start sparring.

LEANGAINS DIET: Leaner and Leaner everyday, this weeks cals are a bit lower so I know thats a big part, but will stick with the diet for a bit at a little higher cals after I take pics Saturday:)

Nice logging. I wanna learn more about this diet - I'm kinda skeptical but keeping an open mind.

Nice update and workout bro! You are dropping weight like a bad habit!! Good job!

I wish I could do the low cal's thing, it would def help me shed some fat. It's getting so hot down here in Alabama, that I've found myself not eating as much. All I do is drink tons's of water adn light sweet tea. JD I'll have to visit one day so you can school me on these circuit workouts bro, I've never done one before.

If you do one of those in the Alabama heat you might die. :scared:

Still looking good JD. You're beginning to get my interest in this diet but I can't wrap my head around adapting it to my schedule.

I love circuit training and hey I may live in Canda, but it was killer hot the last few days!

Well no matter what I would be losing weight on where my cals are at right now, but at the beginning I was still losing more then normal, I'm going to up the cals a bit for a couple weeks after saturday and see how it goes. June 15th is my wifes birthday tho aka a reason to have a cheat day LOL. I really hope I don't put on too much weight in one day, I'm going to go crazy, prob get 5000 cals in easy lol. I need 1 day !!!! I'm going crazy right now lol. I'll def log my hardcore full out cheat day ahaha, I bet I will gain like 8 pounds of water weight lol

Man tell me about it. I was at work this week outside on concret doing cascade trailers. You could stand in one section and just sweat to death. Were just now getting into June, so it's gona get much worse soon.

I'm originally from New Olreans, LA so trust me when I say I know HOT!!! It gets hot here in ATL, GA, but no where near the humidity hot it gets in N.O.L.A.

Why exactly CAN'T you do the low cals thing? Is there a medical condition that keeps you from eating a lower calorie diet? Not to be a d!ck but if there is not a medical condition keeping you from doing it, then please refrain from statements like I wish I could. If the only thing holding you back is your own will power then you are just going to have to suck it up man! Think of it this way a man in a wheel chair can rightfully wish he could run. However a man who has working legs wishing he could run for exercise is an afront to those who really cant.

Sorry Packers not all of that is focused at you bro. I just see blanket statements of I can't do this, or I wish I could... When the only thing stopping people from succeeding is personal integrety and discipline. If you just feel that you can't due to repeated failure that is fine but don't accept that you can't, just that you find it very challenging. You can indeed do it if you do not have a metabolic issue that prevents you from lowering your calories due to health risks. However it that were the case you wouldn't need to lose weight you would instead be working hard to increase it. As a matter of fact packers not much is easier than an intermittent fasting protocol. You DO NOT have to eat as clean as JD, or Morry or some of the other guys on here to see great results. Eating small meals through out the day made me so much hungrier than just not eating at all until it was time for me to really eat. I had major problems sticking to a diet with those types of diets.

I had to sign up for and prepay for my body building contest in 09 when i decided to start my prep because I knew that if I had already spent 300 on the contest I was going to stick to my diet or get on stage all fat and gross in posing trunks as an embarrassment. Well I got on stage less than 4%. I had never had defined abs before that.

Anyway Brother not calling you out to be a turd, more hoping that if you just feel you can't do it that you needed to be reminded that you can do it. It is hard, that is why there aren't many people who don't naturally have abs they never will. You can do it. it is a mind set man. With LG you can do just one really low day and one day you can have some more questionable foods withing your caloric limits so long as you have already met protein reqs.

Now if there is a medical reason for you saying that then I hope you find a way to work around it, or that someone else may read it stop making excuses and just do the dayum thang!

Just to show you how hot it can get, this is how sweaty my wife got helping me do some work in the garage one day....

Unless you had a slip or a fall or twisted it really bad, I highly doubt anything is torn, I know I'm thinking about it like a CHIRO, but hey what can I say, that is how I think, I wish I could take a look at it for you, bet a good adjustment, some electrical stimulation to the ankle ending with some ice and by tomorrow you be good. Just remember this Acronym RICE (R=rest, I=ice, C=compression, & E=elevation) that is probably the best thing you can do for it right now, hope ya feel better Bro!

I already had an MRI on my ankle and it showed 2 ligaments were completely torn, I have an appointment with a surgeon mid june, I first torn **** up almost 7 months ago now, seemed like it started hurting much less and just got back to running last week, so I was thinking of not going because I don't want to be out for another 3 months after surgery. Im hoping it's not messed up again and maybe just irritated.

I just don't wanna be out for another 4 months. I'm feeling pretty good right now, I'll rest the foot for a few days and see how it feels. If it still hurts I'll go to the appointment. Need that lower back to strengthen up and get back to the MMA gym :frustrate

:scared: I hate injuries lol

Mrkleen. I just roasted marshmallow's from the heat of your motivational speech.
Then I threw the marshmallow's out cause they aren't part of my diet. :)

JD... Hope your ankle feels better soon. I hate ankle problems so much.
::feeling your pain::

Well not to sure how I feel about the pics, I guess it sucks Im not as lean as I was before I injured my ankle and back, but I guess it was only 4 weeks and I do feel in much better condition then the beginning of the 4 weeks so Im happy about that. Just can't wait until my back is strong enough to take squats and grappling again. I'll get back into great shape:)

Out of the contest, way too many steps and time for me.

Nice pics brother you can tell the hard work had been paying off. I hope that your ankle and your back too get healed and well. I just home from a softball torney from 7 pm Friday to 245 am this monrning. I'm hurting like hell lol.

Thank buddy, I guess I'll enter the contest, just not very happy with my pics, I guess it's because Im not where I was at, but kinda hard when ya can't do crazy leg workouts and squats which I miss damn it lol.

Great picts Bro, I can see some definite improvement, it is a marathon, not a sprint no matter how much we want it to be, seriously, it takes time, dedication and consistency! Keep on... Keeping on!

Next, I was unaware you had a previous injury to that ankle and already had an MRI showing two completely avulsed ligaments, you should have corrected me and informed me of that. I am in total agreement with theBigT, go to the appointment, get it done, it is never going to be a "good time" to be injured and from everything I know about injuries, the sooner you get them taken care of, the quicker you recover and the closer you get to being 100% again. If you wait too long, it might be a more complicated surgery, way more scar-tissue, take twice as long to recover and instead of healing up to 95-100% it only heals up to 70-80% because it had been left damaged for so long. I'm not trying to be an A$$ and scare you bro, but I just want to see you do the right thing for your body and be happy with your decision, not regret it!

Ya I know, I've had a long time to think about now, I really just want to get back to the mma gym and compete more then anything, but I will go to the appointment and see what he has to say before I make a decision.

Now I have to head out for a 12 hour shift lol, will be bringing some NTBM protein bars to work :D

Hey JD. You did a great job man. Whether you're as lean as last time doesn't matter. You weren't injured last time! Nice work! Your back definitely leaned out well.

Man wiuth a messed up ankle you need to be VERY CAREFUL if you go back to MMA training. A minor or incorrectly applied ankle lock or just a roll of the ankle in a shuffle cant do alot of damage to an already weakened ankle. Get a good ortho ankle wrap that laces up and where it at all times when training for a good while then only when rolling, or sparring. That or tape it up.

Thanks Rahl! I will def keep trying to get leaner, just will take it a bit slower and up my cals a bit so I don't get burnt out.

Ya when I get back at it I will def wrap my ankle up for sure, no way would I even want to go over drills including ankle locks right now lol

Nice results!

Thanks Ryansm!

Back in town JD, what the hell happened!?! Get well, don't do anything that will cause long term damage. Trust us old folks, it really isn't worth it. The most important thing is avoiding injuries, and recovering completely if you do get injured.

Well hurt my foot 6-7 months ago, seemed to feel much better in the last month, but now hurting again, not sure if it's the same thing or just overworked it abit and it's one of those strain things that will hurt for a week, who knows!

The back is weak and wants to pull easy, but changing it up for a couple weeks and working back everyday with light exercises, I'll see how it goes. Will listen to ScottyDoc :D

I'm hoping I wake up Monday and I have no ankle pain, FINGERSCROSSED:D
