Doug, I am an untrained eye. This is what the untrained eye sees.
1. Your back is absolutely ridiculous. Use that to your advantage.

I can't find the earlier photos, but earlier in the log you had your hands rotated more toward the back of your head, rather than forward. This showed the peak of your biceps better, much better. The way you have your hands rotated in the above pic seems to flatten out your peak quite a bit.

In this pic, it seems like you could bend the legs just a bit more (judging from other BB shots that I've seen) and emphasize your sweep a little more by separating the legs a bit. Your legs are nice (no homo), flaunt them.

As I said, I'm untrained so if I'm wrong, I'm sure someone will let it be known, with a quickness. I want to see you win buddy. You've worked hard for it.

Please don't take any of it the wrong way. I'm not trying to be a dick, just some things I noticed.
It helps spread the back out but may take away from the peaks...

Oh, no. Not what I meant. I'm only talking the rotation of the wrists and wrists alone. Look down at your biceps and flex with your knuckles facing you. Then, while still flexing, rotate your wrist so your knuckles are facing away from you and watch how the peak goes away and the biceps gets flatter and elongated.

The way he has his hands in the rear double biceps is almost perfect for the front double biceps but I think when I mentioned twisting them more earlier he thought I meant toward the front. I was using supinated and pronated to describe it. In this pose he is pronated, and like you said to get a higher peak from the back they should be supinated. In the front double pronation is better because you want to elongate the head to make the biceps look fuller, in the rear facing shots you want to shorten the head to make it have a higher peak from the back.

Yes, when I was mentioning it I wanted you to actually supinate farther. In other words twist the hands more palm facing in then you already were.

ok the wife took these pics and at first I didn't like them ...then I looked at my legs... they look better in a lot of these shots... way better...then it dawned on me she takes them sitting down so the legs show up better but the top shows up not as good... these are Wedneday night...

Nice and I have to tell you that the side triceps shot is a winner like that. Night and day difference, by far the best side triceps you have done. Your triceps and shoulder looks bigger and the chest and shoulder showing in the back gives you more width and thickness.

9:30am same

noon same

2:30 same

5pm Subway sub with protein bar

all carps 7pm rice

9 pm maybe some rice and yams

Saturday morning likely some beef and rice.

show at 10...

noon more beef and rice and again one more time befofre the evening show maybe some rice cakes in between.

when you turn water off, you turn protein off as well, all carbs/no water (sips only if needed) at ~4p

I didn't see Steve answer about the water but I would assume that electrolytes in that bottled stuff could be a mix of sodium and potassium. If he wants sodium ultra low I doubt that would be a good option. Normally distilled sodium free water is the way to go.

Can't wait to see the pictures from the competition. You are gonna look amazing once you are full of glycogen. You are already lean as hell but when you fill up it is gonna be an awesome difference.

So got my tan ran into some other competitors and chatted ... oh all the young girls insissted I come out and give them a show they were very impressed.

Just cihillin on the internet at subway ... home of the slowest internet in the fuggin world waiting for my next meal which is going to be all carbs at 5pm yams and a few rice cales. Just about to finish the last of my water.
