nice chest workout bro a lot of volume too. About the ASGT have you tried the original AS? Because I had a tub of it, was given to me because the guy couldn't handle it's foulness. I tried it and also couldn't handle the foulness and gave it to my friend. Both my friend and his uncle tried it and never used it because it was so foul. It tastes like cinnamon ass juice and makes me belch and want to vomit during my workout. Funny thing is one of my OTHER friends bought some and stopped taking it because it was too gross for him to handle! LOL so is the GT a lot better in taste and how it sits in your stomach?

Hmmm, well, ASGT is OKAY tasting until you get to the frothy cinnamon filled end, then its ehhh; it wont kill ya lol... If you can handle the taste of white flood, then you can handle the taste of ASGT.. Never tried the original. But, if I can handle ASGT taste, and im a baby with taste and texture, then you can bud..

Also, for those looking to use ASGT, use it during PCT or off of an anabolic cycle!!!!!! Thats when you really feel it!
 
I really ought to try this ASGT out, since everyone is saying it's more than just a PreWO these days.

So, last few reps of lat pulldown and im grunting like the hulk on roids.. The guy that puts the weights up at the gym was like, "can you stop grunting, its rather obnoxious".. I told him, "the 85 percent of ****ers that "work out" here and have no **** clue of what they are doing are obnoxious and they should just quit trying if I have to quit grunting"..

i hate these people at the gym. people who bitch when you drop the weights or make any noise... like seriously **** off, this isnt the library.

the last person who said something to me was a fat chick who bitched that when i was racking the leg press, the weights were banging too loud and it was obnoxious... i told her that it wasnt nearly as obnoxious as having to listen to her fat thighs rub together every step she took lol.
 
There was a post in here a bit ago about a gym starting to kick out members if they grunted and other gyms started following along. F'ken douche bags, they were saying you don't "need" to grunt or breath heavy... WTF? Grunting and breathing out heavy while pushing reps help so much. Every athlete pushes out a hard breath when they throw a punch or move some weights or accelerate from the sprinting line. F'en tards.

Anyway she thinks were leaving Monday morning, i hop on my return flight 9pm Sunday evening and all her sh!t has been removed while im away. Just to rub it i leave a note down at the front desk with a copy of my fertility results from my specialist. I was married before and had a kid via invitro so had copies from the fertility clinic :)

Ohhh and i canceled her flight, dumb b!tch

She still claims to this day i was the Dad
