oh no doubt, and a combo of l-dopa and p5p does a decent attack job at prolactin anyhow, with no negatives (unlike nolva). I'd go higher than 200 tho, probably at least 300, maybe even as high as 600 for a week.
Oh on nolva i just meant that even for estro gyno, nolva has negative sides including doing more liver harm than most methyls.whereas no negative sides to l-dopa or p5p at all. But definitely cabergoline or bromocriptine would be handy, just also a wee bit iffy side effect wise long term.
But if 600mg of p5p a day for a week got women to stop lactating, it ought to work pretty well for men too![]()

Ive decided on doing a full 4 weeker. Ive come this far. I may as well just take it all the way. Plus I seem to be reacting to TO differently than everybody else. And Ive only put on 4.5 lbs. Still good weight. Just not the weight I wanted. So Im going to stick through it and finish this up, hopefully 10lbs heavier. 7-8 of which I will probably keep :crosses fingers:

I switched to 2/2 2 days ago and like it much better. Was doing 3@8AM before, now do 2@7:30, 2@11:30. Libido is higher and no lethargy late afternoon. Also more agression/energy in the gym @18:00.
