for squats??? working on speed... it is DE day... dynamic effort... I was supposed to do 10 sets of 2 at 50% of my max but instead I threw down and played around a little bit...
I am also feeling a little run down lately... but my new supplements rolled in today so Im going to be getting some good rest.
 
Just watched your deadlift video - looked easy as hell. You could probably pile another 20+ lbs on the bar right now, so 500 has got to be just around the corner. Keep it up! I'm about where you are in DL strength so a 500lb DL is one of my goals right now as well.

thanks man. I appreciate the kind words. Im not rushing into a 500 lb deadlift... Im giving myself til december so I am definitely going to train for it.

actually my mind was wandering over the concept of overtraining...
but then I remembered that there is no such thing as overtraining... just under eating and under recovering... so time to eat more and sleep better.
