haha yea, it's mainly for guys like me who have a difficult time gaining weight for one reason or another (not here to complain) but it does have some interesting points with what foods will make you "feel" more full than other foods.
 
Was a good read. Looks like 98% of all the foods are gluten :lol:
 
Finish the cycle rob, might be a case of kicking in later for you, mine has really only just kicked in the last few days hard. So yours might be slightly delayed.

yeah thru being a tub of lard for so long, and having such a hard time controlling cravings + hungers on restricted calories, i've kinda worked thru that at this point :D
 
Sheiko 37 Week 6 Day 1

Weighed in tonight at 141.2 lbs. this was after taking :toilet::dump::dump::dump:

Anyway, today was a fairly light day, gotta save up the energy and muscles for wednesday.

Squat:
155 x 4
185 x 4
225 x 3 (2 sets)
235 x 2 (3 sets)

Bench:
135 x 4
155 x 3
175 x 2
195 x 2 (2 sets)
205 x 2

Wednesday is Skill Eval day, so i'll be doin near max weight on Squat, Bench, and Deadlift.

the thought just crossed my mind to do a slight cut and try to drop around 10 lbs before april 11th and compete in the 181 weight class....
 
Very interesting idea...hmm. would be a good idea if you could maintain your strength through the cut..which is not easy

Also, I cant get on aim right now. Im on my girls laptop :dunno:
 
10lbs in a month might be too much man..I think you would prob loose some serious strength there.

lame. I think I could do it. I can think of a few things I can cut out of my diet to give it a shot. Anyone else have input on this?
 
It may be worth a shot...only thing is...if you dont accomplish your 10lbs your still stuck in your current class but with less strength

I am thinking that if I start to see my strength go then Ill stop the cut and try to gain that strength back. It's definitely a gamble...

weigh in just immediately pre-event? half hour, hour before?

you can probably manipulate water using some of the taraxatan (however its spelled) products like showtime by scivation and clip 3-4lbs just in water, then so its not a problem in the match chug a quart of gatorate with 1tbsp of glycerin right after weigh in :D

diuretics are illegal in the USAPL.

Day 13 - weight 176.5 (+4.5 lbs)

Went up half lb over night. I do look more bloated tho. So idk. I ate an ish load of fats yesterday. Will be doing the same today. I am glad to see that pin on the scale finally move after 9 days. Libido is up and down. I am horny. Then Im not. Then Im reallly horny. Then Im reallly not. Today was back/tris. Weights/reps up on just about everything! Seems like Ive had the most success with back and triceps on this run.

Pre w/o - 2 TO, 3 RPM. Ive noticed taking 3 RPM rather than 2 dehydrates me muuuuch faster. And I actually end up feeling sick towards the end of the w/o. Gonna just stick with 2.
Intra - 2 scoops Intra aid (ALLLL GONE :(), 4g BA, 2g Taurine, 40g slow carbs, forgot fast carbs
The w/o -
1. Overhand iso pulldowns - 100x10, no rest, 190x8, 240x8, 270x8 (PR!), 280x7 (EVEN BIGGER PR!)
2. Seated overhead db ext. - 55x10, 75x10, 85x10, 95x6 (PR!)
3. Front pulldowns - 145x10 (WIDE grip), 155x10 (less wide grip), 165x8 (reps up on all sets)
4. Ez bar cg press - 100x10, 120x10, 140x5 (PR!)
5. Semi wide grip P/L T-bar rows - 45x10, 90x10, 125x8
6. Kickbacks - 35x10, 35x10, 30x10 - no rest in between sets
7. Db shrugs - 70x20, 90x20, 100x16

Was a good workout. I went up on weights for all sets. I am getting stronger :D. My mood is kinda EH today. Not sure why. My bet would prob be money tho :sad2:. Im stressn about everything that goin around me. Sickness, money, school, work, repeat. Im trying to stay positive. Its just so hard with everything coming down on me at once. Seems like that how it always goes.

Def looking a bit fluffier in the midsection but its nothing to bitch about. Pecs do seem to look like they are filling out more.

haha thanks bro. Well Im still at 3/day. Im just doing 2 pre w/o then 1 at 1pm. I feel much much better at this dosing. Lethargy is almost non existent. I do fall asleep about an hour or two earlier every night tho.

Ive decided on doing a full 4 weeker. Ive come this far. I may as well just take it all the way. Plus I seem to be reacting to TO differently than everybody else. And Ive only put on 4.5 lbs. Still good weight. Just not the weight I wanted. So Im going to stick through it and finish this up, hopefully 10lbs heavier. 7-8 of which I will probably keep :crosses fingers:

seems to be some variance, but nopeace who was having minimal results suddenly took off, and so did CMC I think right around this same point

From what Ive found via search on Nopeace - he was complaining up until yesterday that his gains were non existent. Then he admitted to using 1-t prior to TO and that his receptors were fuct. And then, today he said his strength is up. I didnt find anything on his weight going up tho.

ahh..well thats very true. What attracted me to TO the most was the big gains that are supposed to come in wk 1-3. Just sayin:far2t:
