...I didnt have any aminos, ba, intra aid, taurine...nothin! All but water. I went in there with the determination to break PRs....anddd I did!

The w/o:
1. Spider curls (reversed on preacher pad) - 35x10 for 3 sets
2. superset w/ Seated overhead db ext. - 70x10 (up 5lbs and up 2 reps), 80x10 (2 reps), 90x6 (+1 rep)PR Beeeyotch!
3. Rope P/L preacher curls - 85x10 (up 5lbs and 2 reps), 95x10 (up 5lbs and 2 reps), 100x8 (up 2 reps)
4. superset w/ Ez bar pressdowns - 60x10 (+2 reps), 75x10 (+4 reps), 82.5x9 (+3 reps), 90x7 (PRRRR) :dance:
5. Overhead cable curls to head (arm fully extended) - 15x10, 20x10, 30x8 this one is new to me but like it a lot!!

Still 176 :rant:. I really dont get it. I ate an ish load of food yesterday. I not only got an extra meal in. I got TWO extra meals in. And TONS of fat!! I had 4 tbs of peanut butter, 2 tbs of Coconut oil, 2 pints of vit D milk and mayo. This isnt mentioning the fat I got from the rest of my foods. So Im giving this 4 more days. I cant get my weight to budge Im ending it. Ive had a nice little recomp on this and my strength has gone up. But I have not gotten what I wanted out of this...yet. Not bashing TO. I know this stuff works. And I know Im eating enough. Ive never eatn so much in my life...ever!

You can defiitely see the changes in your pics, Rob. Not sure about the weight thing; maybe your gains are ALL muscle mass and not just LBM...
 
I thought muscle mass was lbm :think: What's the difference?

Im eating sooooo much food. My gf is littlerally getting sick from watching me eat so much. She also said she doesnt notice a difference in my size. Except that my arms look bigger. So idk..Im kinda at a crossroad here. Im gonna go ahead and take it for the full 18 days like I planned. Ive already come this far. May as well just finish it off. I have made some success on this. Just not the success I was hoping for. So Ill take what I can get. :dunno:
 
Just gotta mention this:
I just made these quesadillas with Corn tortillas. Had tomatoe sauce and shredded cheese in em. I was sittn at the table eating them and I started sweating profusely! Im seriously drenched right now.
 
Iron sent me a rep saying that I might be eating TOO much. Maybe Im speeding up my metabolism...:think: this has really got me thinking now.

Ummm, sure did. Thanks for sharing that.
You may need to try and slow your Metabolism down a notch. Eat, then take a nap if you can. When my father was competing, this is what he had to do.

Honestly, the best thing to do with supplements or hormones, is to not expect ANYTHING. You'll either never be let down, or your results will far exceed your expectations. Haha. Hormones especially I try not to get too worked up over.

Day 12 - Weight 176 (still +4lbs)

Still no weight change but I do feel like I look leaner..idk. I am buuurnt!! I went to Daytona beach yesterday and was only in the sun for 2 hours and I am a lobster!!

Did Chest/bis today with the pops.
1. Incline bb press - up 2 reps on first 2 sets and 1 rep on last set
2. Ez bar curls - Hit 100 today for 8..was pleased with that.
3.Low incline db press - up 2 reps on first and last set
4. Spider curls - dropset - up 5lbs on first set, up 2 reps on next set
5. Wide iso press - seated raised up to focus on lower chest - New pr today! 280 for 5!! :dance: happy about this one!
6. Reverse curls - take it east on this one for the wrist - 40x14, 50x14
7. Db pullovers - up 2 reps on all sets.

Didnt get to do cable x overs which I was looking forward to bc some asswipe jumped in right when I was like 3 ft away from the machine. :rant: I nearly lost it right there. But kept my cool and just called it a day. Looks like the pops is gettn stronger. Hes slowly moving up in reps and weights. Makin him move slow so not to hurt himself and get form down.

Today's pics. Not sure why I look so blurry/bright/foggy. But I am uberly burnt! Took the second pic to keep an eye on lower back. Looks like I lost some lower back fat.

haha yeah Ive been off the ice cream for a couple days now. Cash is very tight and Im basically just eating up what I have around until I get payed. This inflation is killing me :sad:

Maybe I need to get some pb with more fats in it. Maybe up the protein even more.

they actually stopped selling it at my wal mart.... they have other kinds but they no longer stock that brand.
 
Try setting an alarm in the middle of your sleep to drink a massive shake. One of my friends did that when he could find no other way to put on weight.

I would totally do this if it didnt interrupt REM. REM is important and to interrupt it, which does happen on occasion, it makes me crappy.
oh, whew

another thing you can try is a shotglass of coconut oil 3x a day :D
Ive been taking in 4 tbs of Coconut oil/day.

yes, day 12, up 4lbs, and your right I do look maybe 1-1.5% leaner and I am a bit stronger. The strength gains havent been anything crazy tho.

i mean, that is still a pound every 3 days (so good for 12lbs on a full cycle of 36 days), and if you get leaner at the same time too that sounds ok to me :D

Im training about 3-4 days on/1 off until TO is done. Then Ill be adding in more rest days. My intensity is normal nothing outa the ordinary. My rest in between sets are 1 to 1.5 mins. Im doing zero cardio except for sex....which is cardio.

That makes me want to do a full 30 days buuuuut...all the major gains come in the first 2-3 weeks. So I feel like I have gotten all the major gains Im gonna get. So idk

Well, all the major gains come in the first 2-3 weeks for the guys getting 12-18lbs in that time :D So since you are generating different results, it may be that you get a lower sustained gains thru to the end. Hard to say tho.

could be. maybe just simply upping the calorie intake a bit more. since you do seem be a bit leaner over the past little bit, i'd say just up the food intake to gain more weight.

Sounds so simple right? Well Ive increased cals everyday since the start of this thing!! lol

Today Ive eatn every hour on the hour. I just keep dropping the time in between meals to get more meals in.

It has also been suggested I am eating TOO much. Which just has my head all mixed up now.

I am considering running this for the full 4 weeks now. How bad could the shutdown be if all I need is 2nd gear anyway, right?
 
this article is pretty useful in picking foods to give you lots of calories without making you too full. some of the foods have wheat in them so you'll have to cut them out or substitute corn based products in their place.
