Met, I would recommend that you run the duration of 4 weeks. Hell, if you're doing a cycle - DO IT!

Well Im really doing it because all the big gains come in the first 3 weeks and Id like to minimize shutdown as much as possible. My balls are very important to me and to see them wave bye bye :wave2: just kills me.

Weight this morning is still on 176. I ate more yesterday too :(. So today I will add in an extra meal. Ill eat every 2 hrs no excuses. Last 2 days have been every 2.5 hrs. So I guess it really made that mucha difference. Off to work back! :run:

Day 8 -weight 176 (+4)

So no change in weight over the last 3 days. Ill put pics up of the first day I hit 176 and today and we'll see if I'm at least recomping here. Today was back/traps. Strength was def up.

Pre - 2 TO, 2 RPM (will do 3 next workout)
Intra - 1.5 scoop Intra aid, 4g ba, 40g slow carb, 30g fast carb, 2g taurine, .5 scoop vassive

W/O:
1. Wide hammer pullups - 10, 8, 8
2. Viking grip iso pulldowns - 170x8 (+10lb), 230x8 (+10lb), 260x6 (+1 rep)
3. Cg tbar rows - 90x8, 120x8, 140x7 - been a while since Ive done these
4. Front rack bb shrugs - 175x20 (+8 reps), 225x20 (+8 reps), 275x20 (+8 reps), 315x6 (-6 reps)
5. Assisted pullups - on the 12 setting for 12 reps (failure). I was soooo fatigued and exhausted. Tomorrow will be a much needed rest day. I actually am very excited to just rest for a day.

Strength is movn up nicely. Not to fast. So the joints/ligs can handle it just fine.

That's good to hear. A little more quickly than normal? Better than Prime? How's size? Cost v. Benefit? Is it the one? Is it the messiah of designer steroids? Is it our savior from bunk and inefficent hormones?

I def am having bigger strength gains on TO. I made great strength gains on Prime. But it was mostly in reps. Im movin heavier weight every time I go into the gym. Not just that but more reps. I seem to be recomping now as Ive been stuck at 176 for 3 days now. Still Ive put on 4lbs. I am upping the cals even more now to try and get to AT LEAST 180 before this is over with. My goal is 185 but by the looks of how things are going, it just doesnt look like its going to happen. Cost vs benefit - well. Its costing me $70 for TO+2nd gear and prob about 100$ more/week for food. I put on 7 lbs (half of it fat) from Prime and didnt need to eat as much. If I can put on 6-8 more lbs on TO in the next 10 days. I will say the $$ was worth it. If not, sorry to AN, but no. It will not have been worth it to me. Ive spent SOO much money on food. And if I cant gain. Then Im not accomplishing my goals. Granted I like how Im looking right now. My goal is not to recomp but to gain as much as I can. I will say for sure if it was truly worth it at the end. Hope this answers your questions and satisfies your curiosity.

Other updates:
I am getting back pumps and taking .5g taurine every 3 hrs. Bringing me to about 5-6g/day (including the 2g intra w/o). I am extremely thirsty on TO. I am drinking over 2 gallons/day (1 gallon intra w/o+1.5ish throughout the day). Libido is still high. Im getting tons of erections thru the day. Ive woken up every morning with a hard on. Sucks my girl is on her period tho :frustrate. Nutz are def atrophying. Im hoping the swing back in PCT. Im thinking I may need to get a bottle of Drive for security. Time to eat again :food:

thats what im doin bro, granted im still dead come like 10 PM but Im doing 2 caps around 8 AM and 1 cap around 2pm. I have also added 2 RPM into the mix and I believe that has helped.

Either splitting the dosage or adding in a stimulant will combat the lethargy, yes.

Since its all gluten free, can you give me a bit of a breakdown of roughly the quantity and what types of carbs you do take in for an average day?

Sure. I get my carbs from:
- Millet bread
- quinoa
- rice and noodles made from rice
- noodles made from corn
- potatoes (mashed, whole, diced) also include sweet potatoes
- veggies (tons!)
- fruits
- protein shakes
- grits
- ice cream :D
- beans

I think thats everything :think:

I dont really pay attention to fat while bulking..Ill try and get a rough estimate by tomorrow. I plan on upping it tho. Maybe getting in a tbs of Coconut oil 2x/day.

Day 9 - weight ?

Stayed the night at my girls last night and she doesnt have a scale. Today was a planned off day but things change :18:. I was sitting at work and Easy gave me the idea to increase fats. So I go and drop two hearty tbs of Coconut oil in my mouth :footinmouth:; which is 28g fat. I swear within the hour I felt this huge surge of strength and power come over me. I decided that I need to take a "lunch break" and go to the gym right next door to my office. I didnt have any aminos, ba, intra aid, taurine...nothin! All but water. I went in there with the determination to break PRs....anddd I did!

The w/o:
1. Spider curls (reversed on preacher pad) - 35x10 for 3 sets
2. superset w/ Seated overhead db ext. - 70x10 (up 5lbs and up 2 reps), 80x10 (2 reps), 90x6 (+1 rep)PR Beeeyotch!
3. Rope P/L preacher curls - 85x10 (up 5lbs and 2 reps), 95x10 (up 5lbs and 2 reps), 100x8 (up 2 reps)
4. superset w/ Ez bar pressdowns - 60x10 (+2 reps), 75x10 (+4 reps), 82.5x9 (+3 reps), 90x7 (PRRRR) :dance:
5. Overhead cable curls to head (arm fully extended) - 15x10, 20x10, 30x8 this one is new to me but like it a lot!!

Day 10 - weight 176 (+4)

Still 176 :rant:. I really dont get it. I ate an ish load of food yesterday. I not only got an extra meal in. I got TWO extra meals in. And TONS of fat!! I had 4 tbs of peanut butter, 2 tbs of Coconut oil, 2 pints of vit D milk and mayo. This isnt mentioning the fat I got from the rest of my foods. So Im giving this 4 more days. I cant get my weight to budge Im ending it. Ive had a nice little recomp on this and my strength has gone up. But I have not gotten what I wanted out of this...yet. Not bashing TO. I know this stuff works. And I know Im eating enough. Ive never eatn so much in my life...ever! Took it easy on today's workout. Im going to beach tomorrow and I know Ill be doing some swimming and maybe even some surfing. So I didnt want to tire my shoulders out too much. Lookn forward to being tan again! WOOOOT!!:18: I got 6.5 hrs sleep last night. So dragged ass this morning. It'll be nice to relax tomorrow and just be tan! :bb2: I got my dad to buy some poseidon. So I was able to throw that into my elixar today!

Pre w/o - 3 RPM/2 TO
Intra - 40g slow carb, 30g fast carb (wont do this again. I wooore me out!), 4g ba, 1.5 scoop Intra aid, .5 scoop vassive, 2g taurine, 3 scoops Poseidon

Now that's an elixar!!

The w/o:
1.1 legged squats - 50x8 (each leg), 60x8, 70x8
2. Seated ez bar press - havent tried this before - 70x8, 90x8, 100x6 WOOO this burrrned!!
3. ss w/ Ez bar upright rows - 40x8, 50x8, 60x8
4. Bb hack squats - got 2 sets in and I quit. I was just tooo exhausted. 145x8, 175x6
5. Front hammer raises - 25x16 (+4 reps), 30x15 (+4 reps), 35x16 (+4 reps)
6. ss w/ Seated bentover lateral raises - 15x16, 20x16, 20x16
7. Seated cable press - 70x8, 80x8, 90x8, 100x4 I think this is a PR! :think:

Supp Schedule

15 mins before meals: 1x Anabolic Pump
With Meals: 1x Adam, 2x Relora
Before WO: Cold Fusion, Hemodraulix
Intra WO: Water / Xtend

almost out of hemo, once i run out i'll see if i notice any differences. i'm really liking the relora, definitely am more relaxed and have noticed less problems sleeping. Cold Fusion is probably one of my favs, can definitely notice a difference when lifting.
