oh no doubt, and a combo of l-dopa and p5p does a decent attack job at prolactin anyhow, with no negatives (unlike nolva). I'd go higher than 200 tho, probably at least 300, maybe even as high as 600 for a week.

Yeah, actually, nolva will make prolactin induced gyno worse. You need clomid for that.

Cabergoline would be best for prolactin control but it has been linked to heart related issues in higher doses. Although they say dosages needed for prolactin control (500mcg E3D/E5D) arent dangerous.

So what you're suggesting might be safest at this point ;)

Day 15 - weight 176 (+4lbs)

So I guess that half lb gain was just poo or glycogen cause its gone now and Ive eatn more and more. So idk.

Had a nice shoulder w/o today.

w/o:
1. Seated db press - 35x10 (+2 reps), 45x10 (+2 reps), 55x9 (+1 rep), 60x4 (+5lbs)
2. 1 arm upright cable rows - 30x10, 35x10, 40x10 no rest in between sets
3. Reverse cable x-overs - 5x10, 10x10, 15x10 no rest
4. 1 arm lateral raises - 30x16, 40x11-5 (rest pause), 45x8-4-2 (rest pause)
5. 1 arm bentover lateral raises - 40x16, 50x16, 55x12
6. High incline front raises - 30x16, 35x8-4-4 (rest pause)
7. 1 arm behind back cable lateral raises - 2x16

The worst gyno I got was after I ran Rebound Reloaded (6-bromo)...I remember I got gyno from a Test Prop cycle (Synovex conversion), I took 20mg of Tamox, and it was gone by that evening. That was the best treatment ever. I wish it was always that easy.
 
Diet advice:

Eat a ton of greens, a good amount of fat, decent protein coming from fish, and carbs only in the morning and intra-wo...Working WONDERS for me! Check out the new pics. 6-pack imminent. :D
 
not to make any light of people who have actual gyno, but the gyno paranoia is amazing sometimes. Its almost as bad as the catabolism paranoia

What types of carbs do you have in the morning/intra-wo? No preworkout carbs?

Took 2 pre w/o and taking the other 2 at 1:30pm.

well, its not like if its bad (split as 2/2) that it will be bad for more than the rest of the day, and then you don't repeat it tomorrow :D Some guys over 200 have gone with just 3, but its all pretty individual

Nope, muscle mass and LBM are DIFFERENT things (although muscle mass is a PART of LBM).

Muscle mass = The actual amount of muscle mass that you have in your body.

LBM = Everything aside from fat mass in your body (i.e. water, glycogen, bone, tissue, organs, muscle, etc.)


Oh true. I didnt even think about that stuff. It does look like Ive done a little recomp. But I really was looking forward to gaining 10 or more lbs. I really cant figure out why Im not gainging. Im eating sooooo much food. My gf is littlerally getting sick from watching me eat so much. She also said she doesnt notice a difference in my size. Except that my arms look bigger...

...yes, day 12, up 4lbs, and your right I do look maybe 1-1.5% leaner and I am a bit stronger...

If you're not gaining weight, but you're noticing that you're leaning up and size increases in specific areas, then maybe you are just losing fat and gaining muscle mass; and I would say that in itself that is a good result.


Ive decided on doing a full 4 weeker. Ive come this far. I may as well just take it all the way. Plus I seem to be reacting to TO differently than everybody else. And Ive only put on 4.5 lbs. Still good weight. Just not the weight I wanted. So Im going to stick through it and finish this up, hopefully 10lbs heavier. 7-8 of which I will probably keep :crosses fingers:

Yep, should be ok. If you start feeling lethargy you could always dose 3/1 and see how that goes.

Sounds good; since you're <200lb, then 3 caps would be ok. Or you could add in a preworkout product/stimulant and see how that goes as well.

ive also noticed this as well, big shoot up in libido from moving from 3 caps to 4.

Me too! I am sooooo full and pumped today! My body def likes 4 caps more! I have a feeling Ill be a pound heavier tomorrow too! Unfortunately I wont be near a scale until Sunday :rant:
