treday was supposed to be a rest day. I di the x stretch. Which felt amazing. Because my girl and I havnt really been getting along, she wanted to argue with me over the cat, geez.So I ended up going on another hour long run. Its atartingto get easier. I think I have the breathing down which helps for the distance.
I wa going to put down everything, but my arse is dragging. Going to kinda lay back and relax until my workout later. After the workout I will post how things are going. Thanks for looking everyone!
 
It seems there's always something to fight about (been there, done that,)...at least you got a good run out of it. :lol:
 
Well. My little relaxing led to alot of relaxing. I think My body needed an ACTUAL rest day. SO..that goes without saying that, I didnt do **** today.

Muscle Hardness / Density:9/10-Muscles are still very hard, at least the one that arent covered by fat!
Strength Gain:Going to leave this one alone today
Body Composition:8/10-Noticing a major recomp effect.
Weight Gain /Fat Loss:8/10:No weight loss. Think I gained 2 pounds. I hate weighing myself everyday. But looks like im losing weight.
Libido:10/10-Still up, get it!
Mood:5/10-This is my fault. Alot of **** on my mind. So today hasnt been that good of a day.

With all that being said, my stomach(the fat part) is starting to look horrible. I can tell im "losing" weight there, but I have SOOOO much extra skin that it looks like a big pile of poop. Alot more wrinkles. WIsh there was a way to get rid of all that skin. Thats what sucks about gaining all that weight soo quickly then to lose it. So much stretching. OH WELL! Im still keeping high hopes. Tomorrow is another day. Chest and Back watch out.
 
Okay here goes. Today was chest and back.

Muscle Hardness / Density:8/10- Musle feel pretty good, overall solid.
Strength Gain:6/10-My strength was down. All numbers were down from last week.The only difference was instead of the lat pulldowns, I did assisted pullups(with my foot on chair). That is Probrably why everything was down.
Body Composition:9/10- Looking good. Leaning up all around.
Weight Gain /Fat Loss:8/10-Probrably recomp effect. Gained a pound, but looks like I lost weight
Libido:8/10- I was waiting for my raging horniness to slow down a bit..lol
Mood:8/10-Despite recent events overall not too shabby

I gotta say Im truly loving this stuff. No complaints at all. I just wish I had a stretched skin remover(not lipo). Oh well. I shouldnt complain, Im not a fat lard ass anymore.

I suppose I should be happy that I've lost mine all relatively slowly, so dont really have stretched skin. Actually i'm only about 30lbs below my heaviest right now so not like thats a huge amount. Of course body comp is radically changed in that time :)
 
Sorry guys. Yesterday sucked. I was peeing out my butt. SO I was a little nervous to do my plyometrics. I didnt want to jump to hard and shart.lol. But Im good today getting ready for shoulders and arms in about an hour or so. Free Test is still good to me. On e noticable change has been my hunger. I feel like im smoking doobies, I got munchies like a mofo these last few days. Im trying to drink a ton of water to get rid of the "HUNGER", but Ive been slipping alot on my diet to feed the cravings. Hopefully its my muscles that are hungry. Oh well still got like a solid 15 days or so. So im going to try and tighten things back up the next few days.

So ok. I started off by doing my Shoulders and Arms P90X style. Which lasts just about an hour. But due to recent news{An old friend whom just got done running a 29 mile marathon in SanDiego, asked me to do a 5k marathon with her on august 14th. Im thrilled to say the least} I was amped u p and and really wanted to get some running in. I ran the farthest I have ever run in my life. I ran a good hour and a half, at a nice pace. Man, im so thrilled. My endurance is through the roof. I have to thank FreeTest for contributing to that. After a crappy weekend, things are panning out to be very good in my life. Another buddy asked if I want to do this 2 mile run tomorrow at a cool trail(personal favorite). So im psyched about that too. AND>>>>>>AND, I think I fianlly got my girl to turn to the healthy side, she ahd asked me to sets her up with my resistance bands and want to start working out. Im absolutely thrilled about this. At this very moment I feel like I am living someone elses life, no , seriously. Sobriety and the benefits are kicking in ten fold, and Im sitting back and finally reaping all the benefits.

Thats cool. You guys rock. You all are an inspiration to me. This is easier by posting this on here and reading all your guys' feedback. I REALLY want to slim down. I think if I keep up all this running, it will be inevitable.
Oh yeah quick note. Does anybody know any tips of long distance running. And maybe some supplements that may help for this. Just wanted to throw that out there!

And once again everybody, thanks for checking in. I hope my final results are good. Because I know for damn sure this product is working!!!
 
you're doing awesome man. check out beginnertriathlete.com, they have great resources on running, i used the couch to 5k program last year to run my first one.
 
Thanks man! Today is yoga. Im kinda of relaxing right now, a little chilly out around here. But im going to try and do the full hour and a half. Not running tonight, but have a nice run tomorrow with a good friend.

Okay! The other day my doc told me I had to start taking my saroquel in the morning, as prescribed. Ive only been taking it at night. This unfortuantely makes me feel uselss for most if the day.
So with that being said, its going to take like a week for my body to get used to taking it in the morning. This has now affected the last 2 days of my workouts. Yesterday was suppossed to be yoga, I had forgotten to take the pill in the morning, but then took it as soon as I got home from my outpatient. I then hopped on here and wrote my last message. Shortly after, it put me straight to feel like **** mode. SO I ended up not doing yoga yesterday. Today was legs and back. I pushed as hard as I could. But , I only did half of it because I was extremely tired. I also wanted to save a little, if any, energy for a 2 mile run with my buddy at 6:30. This has me really upset, but hopefully in a couple of days Ill be back to "normal". I want to apologize for my weak ass log the last couple of days.

Muscle Hardness / Density:8/10-My muscles, especially my bi's and quads still feel great.
Strength Gain: Im not going to touch this right now due to the fact my medication is messing with this!
Body Composition:6/10- I think That my eating has been worse due to my medicine. It gives me the munchies. Although, you can still see that im leaning out in my upperpart of my body but ive felt bloated due to my eating.
Weight Gain /Fat Loss:9/10- Im giving this a nine because I havnt gained anymore weight, and thats a good thing
Libido:6/10-Once again This medicine is really ****ing with alot of things.
Mood:10/10- Although the medication is screwing most of this **** up, Im in a damn good mood.

So I think That I will Do what I can the next couple of days, and when I do post I think Im going to leave out the results of FreeTest. I feel like my medication is really compromising the overall results. And once again I apologize for me being a wuss. This stuff puts me in a very sedated like trance, and I lose motivation. So hopefully by Monday of next week, Ill be ripping **** up again. Thanks for looking everybody!!!
 
Sorry to hear about the meds. Keep pushing through bro. And btw, the yoga will help you more than you know. I do yoga twice a week and love the benefits of it. Better sleep, good circulation, improved mobility, improved concentration, better balance, and my favorite: less anxiety :)

No apologies needed, bro. Seroquel sucks. I hate that sh*t. Hopefully the doc will take u off it soon. I gained 30 lbs in 6 months while taking it. It's one reason I am at the weight I am now. Just hang in there.

This was HUGE for me. I actually woke up early this morning, So rejuvinated.Just had to share. This is such a great thing for me, it was funny the buddy I was running with was EXTREMELY impressed. It was funny there were two nice ass's in front of me for like 3/4 of a mile,My pace was alot faster than it usually is. But that def. helped my engine going full blown for a little bit.
Ass's galore there. I had to stop looking, it starting making me run faster everytime a nice one was going by.
 
Thanks man. I think this running will help the overall "mood" of things to come. I slept great. Im burning a **** ton of calories. I seem to be "Accepting" my meds easier today(Not as groggy). This may be the most important outlet for my sobriety. I mean dont get me wrong, I love hitting the weights. But that "HIGH" is/was amazing. I cant wait until I get down to about 220, then my body will love me more.

Hey guys, just getting all hyped up on caffeine. Getting ready for some kempo!!Imma be a ninja/pirate, or a pirate/ninja which ever looks cooler. Just imagine the possiblities!
 
OK. First thing first, did Kempo yesterday and felt great. I then attempted to run, lol, no effen way. That 5 miles took alot out of me.
News for today. Well I took my FULL dose of meds this morning, wow do I hate this stuff. I was on the computer for a little while, then became so groggy that it was hard for me to sit up. I went on the couch, kicked back, and watched some tv for a couple of hours. I started to finally get SOME motivation. Got back on the computer, drank some coffee, and got ready for my X Stretch.
So today was either an off day or the stretch. I love the stretching, well not at the moment im doing it, because it hurts like hell. But after im super loose, and I know I will benifit in the long run. Not too much else to note on, pretty much chilling for the rest of the day. Tomorrow hitting it hard.

Muscle Hardness / Density:8/10: Once again my bi's and quads feel the best, although my triceps are getting there.
Strength Gain:8/10- I believe this is increasing everyday. I mean I know I tried to run yesterday and it was an epic FAIL!!! But I have to realize thatim only human, and Im not like some super athlete.
Body Composition:8/10- I do believe this is working well, like I keep sayinf my shoulders and trap region are looking great. BUT... Im really bloated these days, I looked at the side effects of my meds and forgot that it can cuase constipation. SO its either I take a laxative or just suck it up.
Weight Gain /Fat Loss:7/10- I think this product WOULD be helping me lose weight, but as I stated before. My meds make me SOOOO hungry all the time(And I can only drink soo many gallons of water)and now the constipation part. Im still around 247, give or take a pound or two. But this also depends when I weighed my self, and if I had gone to the bathroom YET today. But I mean considering, IM NOT GAINING WEIGHT!!! thats always a plus.
Libido:10/10- 5 words to describe this product-MY GIRL LOVES THIS STUFF!!!
Mood:10/10- I feel great. Like Im king of my castle and no one can knock me off my pedastoole(SPELLIN SUCKS)

So with that being said, Im really trying hard to make this a great log, and I wish I didnt have to take my meds. I feel my meds are being slightly counter productive(with the eating and bloating) But hopefully my body adjusts quick and I can have a great finale to a great product!!
 
Good to see the P90X is going well man, I watched some result videos on youtube the other day, some guys are getting crazy results from one run! I know I;ve tried it a few times and said F this lol. Might try it when I get home if there's no nice gym close by :D
 
Thanks man. P90X is so fun, and feels so great. I especially like the Kempo and Yoga. I never did that stuff, and makes me feel real good.I just joined Kleen on his thread. My goal is to hit 220 pounds by sept. 1st. If I dont Im going to take a pic in my girls undies and maybe even her bra(shes thick, just the way I like it).So this now is going to get fun this summer! WOOT!!!!

Yeah i understand about the taste buds in the morning. I like mine SUPER strong with plenty of half&half. and good for you on keeping the cardio up. I hate cardio.

Ughh! So bloated!!! Anybody know of a very good appetite suppressant? Think I need one for the night time. Even if I eat something small at night, I wake up terribly bloated!

Well, did my run. Holy hell. It was mostly uphill. I ended up doing 3 1/2 miles.I had a choice of that or 5 1/4 and seeings how it was my first time at this place, it was suggested that I do the shorter one. Geez, I had to stop like 4 times. Those hills beat my ass. I will check in tomorrow with my stats and stuff, my ass is dragging.
