Well since many seem interested in the smoking quit: Day one, completed. Bring it! I seriously already felt slightly better in the gym, which might be placebo, but I did save my lungs from 3/4 pack of cigarettes.
Well, maybe I will let my lifts speak for me.
Squats: +10, I think the bit of rest really helped me here. Every time I get an extended rest period, my squat strength goes up. I actually wanted to go +15 on my last set, but a guy was waiting behind me for the power rack, and I hate when someone stares at me lifting. GRRR.... oh well, I will do that +5 tomorrow.
Bench: I went +5 on my last set, but only got 4.5 reps out of the attempted 5. (The half rep comes from me knowing not to go all the way down on my last rep.)
Deadlifts: +10, again I have to say that my rest period (especially with the help of HGHpro), contributed to this. I really need to get those things that train your grip when I get some extra cash (if you know what I am talking about, please link me), I feel it is the one thing that really hinders my advancement. (I am a no glove/no strap lifter, but unfortunately my gym doesnt allow chalk, so I might try the liquid stuff).
I also did chest press machine, dumbell curls (+5), Dips, and some Burpees, followed by a cool down jog.
The HGHpro has been good. My rest last night was great, especially because it might have been my fullest nights sleep since the start of this move (Minus waking up a few times due to a heavy thunderstorm outside). I cant believe how much it has helped me in a time of limited sleep and increased stress. Good stuff.
As for other sups, I am still taking Oximega Greens (loving them), Oximega Fishoil (just finished today -- ordered 3 more bottles from recent nutrasale), Orange Triad, White Flood (Man does this stuff bring intensity to the gym), Creapure (tried and true Mono), and of course the purple pills (HGHpro).
Oh, and I ran out of protein (was using ON Gold Standard that I had picked up at quite a steal), but I ordered 5lb tub of NutraPro Chocolate Graham Cracker! Cant wait!
