Time for the rest of the trutein review, Since I have used them all since my last update, I will just kinda do an overall review.

First let's get some product pictures for Trutein (apologize for quality):

The following picture is of the Chocolate Covered Strawberry flavor.

This picture shows the top of the mixed drink. You will notice many brownish/black specs. These are not a failure of mixing. These are actually like tiny pieces of chocolate. I am sure they are like a flavor crystal, but some of the larger ones have a decent (in a good way) crunch to them. They are actually quite cool for being something I havn't seen before.

The Casein was chocolate. It mixed to be a bit thicker then the whey, but I believe this is to be expected with Casein. Either way, it was quite tasty, and very similar in flavor to the Milk Chocolate whey I had also tried. The only downside to chocolate, is I think I was spoiled by the great chocolate-combo flavors that the chocolate left me wanting more, but this is of no fault to the chocolate flavor, I just REALLY enjoyed the complex flavors of some of the others.

The one comment I should make on the Trutein is that I originally voted it an 8 for mixability, but I might want to change that. Although it is able to be mixed with a spoon, it takes a good amount of effort to try and get it clump free. This was really noticeable when I went back to my Chocolate Graham Cracker Nutrapro, that almost seemed to mix with a tiny bit of effort. I would probably in comparison give the trutein a 7.5 or 7. Wouldn't be a problem though if a blender was used, I suppose.

The flavors were all pretty top notch. My favorite I would say was the Chocolate Peanute Butter. Great combination of Chocolate and PB. In comparison to the Nutrapro version, I had stated for that one that it needed a bit more of a chocolate taste. This would have been the result. The combo works really well and gives you good hints of both flavors.

The Milk Chocolate I commented on earlier: Good, but not as tasty as the others (but that is only in comparison). The Chocolate Strawberry and Chocolate Banana were very interesting twists on Chocolate. The flavors of the fruits were very pronounced, but not to the point of making it a bad mix with milk. It came out very milkshake like, which is definitely a good thing.

In total, the Trutein definitely delivered on my expectations and maybe exceeded them. I am quite happy with the NutraPro, but given the profile of the Trutein, I can definitely see myself ordering a tub to switch off with the NutraPro. On the other hand, the Casein is a product I do need, so I should be making that purchase as soon as I have some extra scratch.

Hypertrophy Shoulders/Back/Traps
(For hypertrophy days i never go to failure, always stop about 2 reps before failure)

-DB Shoulder Press 3x8-12 super setted with
-DB Front Raise 3x8-12
-DB One Arm Row 3x8-12 super setted with
-DB Arnold Press 3x8-12
-Lat Pull Down (Wide Grip) 2x8-12 super setted with
-DB Shrugs 2x10-15
-Lat Pull Down (Close grip, palms facing in) 2x8-12 super setted with
-DB Upright Row 2x10-15
-T-bar row 2x8-12 (Usually too tired/dead to do this last exercise, but some times i do it)

Hypertrophy Legs/Calves
(For hypertrophy days i never go to failure, always stop about 2 reps before

For the first, I had a pretty good workout. I did get limited sleep the night before, so I felt that might have hindered my performance, but I did truck through with the added help of my friend, AGST. Even feeling slightly down, I again felt that "strong high" feelings, where I felt like I was moving weight much more effortlessly then I previously had. In retrospect of the workout, however, a minor edit of some of the supersets will be in place. With that many supersets, I feel I wear myself out a bit faster, so on days when I need to be in and out I will keep doing them as a superset, for days that I have all the time in the world, I will seperate some of them.

The leg workout was killer. I have only done hack squats once before, and I was quickly reminded of how effective they really are. Great leg day. I pushed myself hard and was walking out of the gym like I had a problem with my legs. I am sure it was a sight to see.

Comments on the AGST: This stuff is really good. I am quite sure I have found my goto preworkout. I am thinking I will use this as my regular, maybe some white flood when I need a stronger push of stims, and eventually I do want to try the premax by Primordial, but until then my choice in pre workouts will be AGST. I got a buddy I can't wait to let sample this.

Comments on the Pink Magic: I really don't know what to say at this point without sounding like USP is sliding me bags of cash. This stuff not only works, it will leave you with a smile from ear to ear. My body is already starting to see some slight composition changes (slight but noticeable), and my moral in the gym couldn't be higher. I am constantly questioning if I should throw on some more weight, and as much as I am advancing, I do hesitate to avoid injury. But on the Pink, it seems like it would be a terrible choice not to throw anouther 5-10 on the bar. In the words of keanu reeves, woah!

Diet has been going strong as well. Although I did have some chinese takeout today, which in defensive of the action, it was from a good chinese restaurant, so it had that "real food" style as opposed to the greasy stereotypical chinese food. Still a cheat meal none the less. I do have something to get done tonight, so I might be alittle on the low end for rest tonight, but I will put effort to make up for it.

Oh PS, I am still waiting on my torrent Zero, but my mail in this area sucks, I will report on it as soon as I can try it.

I was actually happy with it as it was. The only thing I changed was I did the cable cross overs before the push downs and hammer curls set, my bis and tris needed a minute lol.

Alright I was going to do this update last night, but I wanted to sleep on it. I was on a bit of a high and didn't want to come off saying to much, but **** it, credit where credit is due.

I was begining to doubt the Pink Magic. I read an article by Anthony Roberts, calling out the main ingredient, and even though Anthony Roberts advice is considered a waste of time, it made me start making second guesses. Was the slight gains I was making placebo? Have I convinced myself that this product works so much so that I push myself harder and give it credit. These were all things I was begining to ponder about.

Last night due to a timing issue I had taken my midday dose and my preworkout dose together. For those unfamiliar The dosing is 2 in AM 2 Midday and 2 Before Bed, with an additional 2 pre workout. So Yesterday 1 hour pre workout I had 4. You might consider this not ideal, but I beg to differ, and will now always combine those two doses.

I was ALIVE at the gym yesterday. I am quite sure I have never in my life had such a good workout. This was not placebo, this was more then anything placebo could have done for me. I was smashing weight and moving to the next lift. I carry a higher then ideal bf% and vascularity is not really something I am used to, but my veins were showing their struggle to keep my muscles going. My stregnth was definitely showing an increase. My muscles were significantly harder by the time I had left. I often come to the gym and crush it, today I dropped a nuclear bomb on it. If this is a sign of things to come I can't wait to keep going. I left the gym wishing I could have just been there all night.

im glad you posted this, I started my first bottle four days ago, due to work i took 6/ for the firtst two days without even lifting,then yesterday am i took four with pslin before i hit back and bis and OH MAAAAN i couldent belive it, I didnt wanna say that it was something that it wasnt and buy into a "placebo" effect but, max wieght alternating dumbell curls for me did EASY three extra reps for TWO extra sets and that was just the beginning, sooo glad i picked this up and gave it a chance!!

Yeah, I have the retail (option 3 IC) on the way. I bought 1, then noticed I put Alabama as my state instead of AE....and ordered again with the proper address....then sent an email about the first one. I got charged twice and notified of one shipment, and both say shipped on the site. Not sure if I am getting two in one box or what, I got charged twice and just figured I'd wait and see before I contact CS. And I won the PM contest, so I will have a good supply :P

Update on last night at the gym:

Well I was back to the Upper Power day.

I was not feeling the gym today. For whatever reason I have been a bit lethargic, (getting over it today), and even the AGST didn't get me going. I probably should have double dosed yesterday. I think the Pink is still showing its true colors since even though I felt pretty ****ty going into the gym and throughout my workout, I hit multiple PRs.

Bench: +5 for two sets!
Bar row: +15 (To be honest on this, however, I will consider it a +5, because I easily could have done more on my last upper power day which I am using as a base)
Military: +5
Shrugs: +20 for two sets (same not as Bar Row, I will consider this more of a +10)

Did some circuit work after completion of those core lifts, but they didn't go as good, those first lifts killed me.

So crazy that on such a bad day I hit 4 PRs, and I can't really explain it. Like I said I didn't "feel" the gym yesterday, but somehow killed it. Good stuff.

Back to Lower Power tonight.

Occasionally, If I went higher then I should have it will be

Ya me too, lot of people know where they want to get but dont have a plan to get there. Kinda like leaving on a road trip w/o a map, youll get there but who knows when.

not bashing trainers but ones Ive met are stupid as fukc, or atleast they dont practice what they preach.

Oh God, I am sure your gym can't possibly be as bad as Bally's. The female trainers are not terrible, but they are only really doing weight loss type programs. The male trainers show someone how to use a machine, then flirt with every chick in the area. The worst is when it is a client, who spends the entire session flirting back with them.

If you see the crap the trainers do at Lifetime Fitness I go to, you would probably lose it. The whole flirt with the trainer crap is out of hand and the amount of work done is epic fail. I had to correct someone in front of one of the trainers so she would not hurt herself; trainer was too busy talking to someone else she knew. You should have seen the look I gave the trainer... let's just say she stays clear of me now. :AR15firing:

The one that I am going to move to here shortly is one of their Athletic Clubs, very few in the country actually, and it is really as nice as any country club I have been too. The pool at the AC one is like something you would see at some swank hotel in Miami or LA; I s*** you not it makes me want to hang out there on the weekends just to see what shows up. I will say that paying that much for a place to workout is kind of ridiculous but Houston is crazy packed with people and I don't like waiting 5 minutes for each machine when I workout so that is how I justify it.

(P.S. Geek, I have been doing these pretty much as semi-straight sets - such as if I am doing 100 for something, I will do a set at 90 then two at the PR level - is this preferred?)

+5 Dumbell Flat Bench (each side -obviously)
+5 Preacher Curl
+5 Standing French Press

I had to skip Machine Curls as I had been at the gym for quite a long time as I was not able to superset everything, and had to wait for equip at most points. For whatever reason, the gym was busier then usual for the time I went yesterday.

Either way, another good day for me.

The only negative thing going on lately is that I have been having joint pain. It is in my elbows (light), knee (heavy at times), and occasionally I feel it in my shoulders (only during exercise). I am not to sure what is the cause. Diet and fluid intake is pretty on point. I take Fish Oil. I was previously taking Orange Triad, which has a joint complex, and I stopped when I ran out to finish the multi I had on hand first before ordering another bottle. Maybe it is my body missing the joint complex? Or is this a possible side of the Pink? Discussion Welcome.

for bigger exercsies like CGBP, I do a couple of warm up sets.

Main idea for the super sets and stuff is youre not going to failure, I mean if your set is 8-15 for example and you got 8 and arent sure if you'll be able to get 10, stop. do you super set and try it again. 1min - 30secs between sets n stuff

for the PL'ing aspect take up to 5mins between sets, main aspect is to get the full 5

Yea it is becoming a very off and on thing, the last 24 hours I been fine, but it does pop up occasionally.

might want to switch CGBP to Decline - to much ROM for shoulers on CG / flat bench.

Maybe I will try out the switch next week, I have been wanting to get some decline in.

The pink also seemed to push alittle more vascularity during my pump then I am used to. Strength is increasing well in some lifts.

Alright I realized today that I only have 3.5 days left (after today) of the Pink Magic. It was a good ride, but I will save my final review for when it is done. I also had planned on phasing this into my cut, since it is summer, I can stand to lose some of the fat I am holding. I will begin cutting back on calories and limiting carb intake starting tomorrow.

Yesterday I received my Clenbuterol in the mail. Although this will not be logged, (I need a break guys lol), I will report progress here. I am thinking I will start the Clen tomorrow. I would hold off until Monday as I am not sure if I will be able to make it to the gym tomorrow (taking a road trip to pick up a couch my girlfriend has out of state -will just run outside when I get back), but I would rather get a feel for it before taking it before work.

I still have not received my Torrent Zero from Universal, but I guess it will make for even better timing as I am going to attempt to limit carb intake. I will start up a separate log for them in order to not have their log hidden in the midst of this one. I will make comments on the clenbuterol in that thread.

Even though this log is not over, I wanted to thank you guys for following along. The abundance of support I received has been really helpful in having me give that extra push, and to remember that the pizza might look better, but the brown rice and chicken breast will get me where I want to go. I want to thank everyone who contributed towards my learning process I have used (and abused-lol) this site for. Big Thanks to Geek for that new routine, I am very happy with it and it was perfect timing for the switch. It can really be intimidating putting up a big log like this on these boards, so I am glad my first big log (-not counting mini-logs/reviews) was a success. Thanks guys!

I had asked a really obvious question. Like right after I posted it, I was like, wow that was stupid.

Update Had to take today off due to drive to michigan and back. Clen was not started, starting at 40mcg tomorrow morning.
