hahahahaha, when is the last time you saw them? My numbers aren't as high as they were a few months ago when I was working for my PR's. During my Hdrol/Oristan A cycle they got pretty wicked.

Naw, I use the lines on the bar as a marker... same place every time.

I think I just pushed really hard on the Iso Bench, and my triceps were more involved. Last time I think I did 225 or 235 on BB decline... and I was pushing 4 plates on the iso press, which I think can involve more triceps at least for me. I was trying to impress the new girlie. Hahahaha.

Got to impress the girl!!!! Don't forget how taxing on the third head of your triceps it is to lock out a military press. When i want to kill my triceps I do lock outs on the smith machine with heavy weight from about the top of my head up.

Curious, what ISO machine are you using, Hammer? Cybex? Are you grpping in close or going for the wide sweep in?

She has a competitive drive, but I think it's more sports based than the competitive drive against oneself at the moment, and it is funny because I am pretty much the opposite. If I lose at a sport... I am usually a pretty humble loser, I don't even mind losing to the opposite sex. When I go up against myself though, like in weight lifting, I am brutal to myself. I shook it off pretty quickly though, I don't think she cared.

for skateboarding them days are gone I did it from 14- 18 had many injuries, dislocated kneecap, many scapes and scabs and finally broke my foot two days before my 18th birthday. It was a style of life everyday me and a best friend would sk8. (along with other buddies sometimes)

Holy Cow bro 365=7 x's on deads! that is crazy strong. Looks like you have passed me by leaps and bounds and your 30 lbs less. yeah any pressing movement always takes away from my close grip barbell press.

Yeah the close in you are with that on hammer strength the more your arms tuck in by your side activating the triceps a lot and lessening the pec involvement. Go wider get that sweeping motion, that is the motion that really activates the pecs. Father out to the side your elbows are tyhe mre pec, closer into your body more front delt and tricep.

Is that one of those guys who jumps from insane heights and somehow lands without hurting/killing themselves? I saw a show of them doing that stuff from ridiculous heights and making the jumps. Amazing what the body can do...

Thanks man. That is kinda on the lighter side for me. I used to do Deads/Squats first exercise, and now with DC it's last! Makes things a bit tougher. I have pulled 405x7 at my best, and 465x1 as my personal best. I have rack pulled 495, and one of these day's I'll bust out the 500 just for sh*ts and grins.... even though I am not really a big fan of rack pulls. My back and traps are just really strong via genetics/surfing/swimming my entire life. I didn't get a big powerful chest from the creator, so it is what I have to work hardest on. I doubt I am passing you in strength... I feel kinda weak right now as I am kinda light compared to where I have been. I feel a bit weaker at 187-190 than 195-200. The reason I give the weight ranges is that my weight fluctuates a ton... but right now I am sitting at about 190.

hammer curls and pinwheels. I might have messed with them last time I did traditional curls.... but I thought I used the 55's.

If you were curling 55 lb db's for reps YOU SIR ARE A BEAST!!!!!!!! No need to be humble beat your chest, that isn't light weight by anyones standards.

Well thanks, I appreciate it. IDK, I never feel like the strongest guy in the gym... I go to a gym with some pretty hardcore mofo's. Take my RDL for instance, I was screwing around with 405, but my partner at the time was lifting 515. That kind of gap between myself and a person I work out with makes me want to close that gap. I just find it weird that I have trouble pressing 225 on flat BB bench while I am relatively strong on other movements.

I think it mostly comes from learning to lift with much more experienced lifters. I have a nasty competitive drive, and I often let it get me pissed... but at the same time I am not a quitter, so that anger at my shortcomings, be it just in my head or not, fuels my fire for better workouts and the gains that I have seen over the years. I still am waiting for my body to reach a lean 200. I hope I can do it this next year. I feel like I eat like a machine, but I have been in the 190's for a little while now. Hopefully DC will help me bust through this plateau in weight.

No I have never pinned. Probably won't for a few years. I honestly want to have a child or two before I start really f*cking around with my hormones. Plus I have a friend who needs blood/platelets at the moment, and I want to be able to be there when he needs them again. I know that if you inject steroids you are not able to donate blood anymore.

But on that note, I would love to run a Test/Dbol cycle... just not for now.

Me too! It'll probably never happen with me, considering I'm getting married soon and she raises an eye brow to me taking PRIME and SX, but I feel ya. I would have loved to have ran the real thing. I actually once purchased it, syringes and 12 weeks worth of vials and ended up tossing the whole thing. I know..... :boggled:

Pinwheels - 60'sx20 Need to go up in weight.
Seated Calves - 45+25 x17
Sumo Leg Press - 7 plates a side x 8 reps
Front Squat - 185x6... totally wore out from the leg press.

Hey guys, nothing really to update I just did cardio this past weekend.

My hunger is up, but my aggression definitely isn't. Libido is coming back to normal, but still pretty up there... it normally is. Sleep is still incredible, I feel like I could sleep for days, but when I get up, I am up. Dreams have been pretty vivid thus far. Most are still urgent-esq dreams like they have been... not quite nightmares, though I did have a "Friday the 13th" style dream where I was running away from some invincible murderer like i was in a slasher movie or something.

I believe LG said that it was a full months worth, although I have been only dosing twice on my workout days, and once on my cardio/non workout days and I am about halfway through the bottle. If I was doing 2 doses a day I am pretty sure it wouldn't last all month. IDK, we'll see how it lasts over the next two weeks.
 
So the libido going up and down is prob from not consistent dosing. Nice numbers G. Im going for 115 on drags tomorrow :D...its go time foo!
 
Oh yea, thank you guys for the support with my friend. He's a fighter, I have a feeling he is going to pull through. Prayers always help though.

On another note, I got an email from Teg, it didn't say what was going on, but it pretty much let me know he wasn't doing as well as he was a few months ago. I wrote him back to ask what actually was happening, but he asked everyone in the email to not divulge information without asking him first. But I figured this would probably be ok, and he could probably use it. Regardless of who you believe in, or what you believe in, if anything at all, I know Teg could use all the prayers that we can muster for him at the moment. He is a really good friend to many, who's attitude is an inspiration for all of us. I just ask that all of you think about Teg and say a prayer for him. I'll update you guys with info about him as he permits me to. Thanks.

1st Off: WOW! Just WOW! I cant really say much since words do not explain how much this means to me guys, honestly. All i can say is Thank You for everything from thoughts - questions - prayers! I feel overwhelmed by what G has told me and what ive read. If i get a bit Emo on yall, eh F it, i know half of it is the meds right now anyways LOL

2nd: I have to give G a HUGE thanks and man hug for doing what hes done. Yes G that was good, Thank You for doing it!

3erd: I wanted to get on here much much sooner, but things have been well, just a bit crazy to say the least.

4th: Im not goin to try and explain everything that has happened or goin on, atleast on the boards, but heres what i will say for the time being since i know ppl are wondering.

1. It is my Crohns(as well as a missing Gallbladder) and has had nothing to do with my cycle(if you find out whats goin on and disagree then thats your choice)
2. I have went over and over it with my GI and GP both, and they have reasurred me, over and over, that if anything the cycle had helped keep me goin for as long as i did as well as me pushing myself to lift!
3. Without really getting into the details/story, tryin to not sound exaggerated and keeping this short- I ended up in the hospital and was/am pretty bad, basically nothing is working anymore. By that i mean my crohns just took over and no meds/supps/etc help. If you know about crohns then you know surgery is a last ditch effort for a couple reasons and for me it really is since i have it in my small and large intestine/colon. In other words, surgery is a bandaid over a gapping wound. As usual, i just fought it myself and kept doing what i had to, buuuut as i say, you can only bend metal so many times before it breaks!

For now i am outta pain and functional for the most part and just tryin to stay outta the O.R. till Oct 12! Oct. 12th there sending me up to Seattle WA. to see a Dr. Scott Lee to see if he has any other ideas/options that we can try at this point.

I am sorry i didnt get back on here sooner. I did try to, but with everything thats goin on im kinda in and outta it needless to say, and not to mention OTHER things thats happened as of recent. When it rains it pours, and all ya can do is stand in the rain and play ;)

So for now guys I wanted to make it a point to get over and post up letting yall know how much i love and appreciate everything! And G inviting me into his thread to say something. As stated i cant put into words how much means!!!

I tryed to make that make as much sense as i could. With what im on im told im kinda spotty/random/forgetful etc. :think:

I had a coworker that suffered from the same thing and had to do the surgery. It had him down for a little while, but he is back playing hockey multiple times a week and doing good. Keep your head up and keep fighting!

Silver! Ya a surgery can be a good thing for some, but then again, there are so many determining factors to take into account and each case is so different! It makes me happy to hear hes responded great to it tho! I love hearing those storys! You got it man, always!

LG has said to drop down to 6 sprays..the spray is suppost to measure 1ml, but something maybe up with it.. It'll be fixed im sure:)
