GMG is recovering faster than you with LG's GHENERATE!

Really? Fooled me

Weird that the LG rep didnt know about GHenerate  Maybe he's just outa the loop? :dunno:

Maybe it's meant to be pronounced, Hener - atae, like Spanish, so when the rep heard generate, he was like, wtf is generate, I know a hener-atae.

JIGGAH JIGGAH YEAHH!!

Got me some upper body today... Gonna kill it on the decline bench. I forgot how much I love that press.

PR Destruction Anthem

The original song is by Iron Maiden thats in my mp3 player. I have listened to this since I was 15 it was on an old skateboarding video called Welcome to hell.

Music really is great and aggressive music changes a persons mood to set some Prs

Some of my best performances have come post-break up :boggled:

whats funny is that i called LG yesterday and spoke to the production manager and he told that he has never heard of such a product being produced but if it were true it would be released in the next few months...didnt make much sense to me. maybe he was unable to disclose such info. so will the product info appear out of nowhere on the website and go on presale? i want to buy at least 2 bottles

yeah...funny huh?

Well Im not sure who u called, but theres a list of employees at LG, and they are far from board reps..With the product, this was handle and was started with the Owner "LealGear"..which has been under wraps;)....that is why all questions 99.9% of the time goes through us, or certain folks at LG Sciences... On the flip side, when its ready for sale, you will see something on the website, just how it goes..

I do mine just a little less than shoulder width. Play around with the widths and see where you really feel it hitting the mid delts. you will know.:wink1:

I grip slightly less than shoulder width. Not too narrow or my wrists hurt. Too wide and it's a lot of bicep at least for me. I have best results if my hands are at about my hip bones at the beginning of the lift.

The closer in your arms are the more trap involvement. The wider you go out the more you involve the medial head of the delts.

I vary depending on target. For my usual grip for "wide" I hold the with my index fingers about an inch or two out past where the gnurl on the bars generally start. That kind of hits both traps and medial delts and you can really feel it in the tie in between the two. Sometimes I go all the way out to pinky on the small smooth line seperating the gnurls so that my forearms hang almost perfecrtly vertical when elbows are up at ears. That grip almost isolates the medial delts.

To take the biceps out of the movement for the wide grips you would want to leave the forearms more or less hanging down not attempting to get the bar to chin height like in your normal upright rows. The bar will only travel chest high without curling the forearms up. If you try to acheive the same range of motion as a normal upright you will be reverse curling the weight at the top of the movement. Also remember to stand more upright when doing the wide grip the more forward you lean the more it activates the muscles of the back and traps.

PS. I don't assume you don't know these things G, just wanted to explain more for the people looking to incorporate the movement into their programs.

Thanks guys, going to work on these a little better tomorrow:)

I am a huge Maiden fan. I would argue one of the biggest if not the biggest maiden fans you have ever met. I put the Machine Head version up because I figured everyone had already heard the track off Number of The Beast.

Welcome to Hell was where I first heard the song too. Jamie Thomas' part in that film was unreal. The slam section in it was one of the most brutal ever too.

I go back to the metal days when Maiden first hit the scene. I always love the twin guitar teams like in Maiden & Judas Priest, more exciting than the lead and rhythm guitar. Just saw Priest this summer on their anniversary tour for British Steel album, so that album is older than you guys!

judas priest,(painkiller=) Ozzy(bark at the moon), iron maiden, metallica, slayer, pantera all in the mp3 to ramp things up when necessary. all my favorite songs I recommend if you do not have music with headphones (with your favorite songs) to do this it makes a difference with training.

l want to know how much ghrp-2 is in this product, you might have already explained this but l do not feel like reading every thread.

Don't worry, you haven't missed a thing. Nothing has been said about the ingredients so we are all waiting for the web posting.

Nothing like being a guinea pig! As long as Richard Gere is not around I feel safe.:icon_lol:

Yep. To be honest, I have no clue what I am really putting into my body except for the fact that it has GHRP-2 in it.

I just know what I am experiencing, and so far it is pretty stellar.

BTW, I ate HYUGE tonight after my workout.

1 porterhouse steak (mmmmmmmmmmm....)
1 big sweet potato
some brown rice
and a spinach salad.

My stomach is a happy happy stomach. I bought 2 steaks, so more for tomorrow! Stoked!

Oh yea, my girlfriend did a full on DC workout with me today, stretches and all. She said she had never had a workout like that before... that is until we got home from the gym. ;)

I am actually really, really proud of her... her work ethic in the gym makes most guys there look like chumps. She adds weight every set (unless I tell her not to for a RP set), and isn't afraid to hit failure. She can actually spot me pretty decently too. The funniest thing is that she likes to talk trash, which I find hilariously entertaining... keeps me on my toes. Plus I know if any guy gets out of line with her, she can beat the sh*t out of him, I don't have to do the dirty work. hahaha.

Makes me hungry reading about your meal :D

How does this compare to any other GH product you have used man?

Yeah, I am curious about that as well. I am fond of PowerFULLs effects. Have you ever taken it and if so what is the difference? I am really intrigued by the sublingual dosing, short of transdermal I can not think of another delivery method as good as sublingual, and I dont think transdermal and GH go together that well. GH seems like it needs a burst not a slow drip...

Maiden rules!! I need to check out that vid since I still skate.

I used to skate. The last time I did was about two years ago, after a ~4yr hiatus. All I could think about was, "If I bust my leg, I won't be able to squat!" - Haha

Once I got real into wakeboarding, I quit skating so much.

I stopped skating at about 16 or 17 years old. I'm too big to hit the concrete anymore... it just hurts too bad these days. Too many minor injuries lead to major ones in the future... I stick to surfing, snowboarding, and wakeboarding... all of which are much kinder on the body when one eats sh*t.

We need to get up and wakeboard sometime! Do you have a good tow out there? I plan on traveling the west coast within the year.

I quit skating when I was 17 and started again at 39. I dont skate street, mostly bowls and backyard pools. I have hurt myself pretty bad a few times, I really shouldnt skate but its so much fun.

That was sick

Way sicker. And like 15 years ago.

Wipeouts from same video.

I love the skaters that have graceful form. Some of these guys can toss out some sick stuff, but they look like garbage when they ride. - Kind of like a Parks Bonifay wakeboarding style. He's sick, and nails some nasty stuff, but he's always belting everything; landing way out in the flats. I'd much rather see a wake-to-wake style.

Irish - My bro has an Air Nautique and we have plenty of boards. Let me know when you wanna hit the water.

SICK!

I used to ride on an Air Nautique, and then it was a Wakesetter VLX...now it's nothing. I've got absolutely no tow around here. It sucks.

Yesterday's Workout

Decline Iso Bench - 4 plates a side x 7x4x3
Military Press - 135x8x5x3
CG Bench - 185x8x5x2 ... really kinda pissed on this one. I set up 205 and got 2 reps. I must not be getting enough in my diet. Gonna eat some more, because my strength on this exercise seems to have waned... maybe I just gave the previous two my all... IDK.
CG Pulldowns - 220x7x5x3
Deadlift - 365x7

Hella good workout brother. I know my CG Bench sucks after Benching and Military press, I always do my biceps in between to allow some recovery. In your case i guess maybe pull downs?

Exactly.

There is no way you're going to put up what you normally could on CG Bench after doing those first two exercises. It's just not going to happen. Your tris already did a lot of work.

So you can go back to it. I havent done it since I was about 15 used to speed skate down the mountains in WVa. Never had the money for a ramp, and only tricks back then without a ramp were flip kicks, tail grabs, grinds and ollies. Not a lot of pools in WVa then anyway, and those who had them damn sure didn't leave them empty. I tried to get on my sons board but it became evident I need some good trucks to hold my weight on the board now and it not be too loose.

I am just following the DC routine to the T as Dante describes it, order of exercises included.

I don't expect to be as strong on the CG bench, my weight just went down from last time I CG benched. Which is why I was dissapointed.

Absolutly! Most of the guys I skate with are between 40 and 51 years old. With all these amazing skateparks it sure makes it fun. I helped get a skatepark built in my city. It should be opening up within the next few months. At our age pads are mandatory too.

205 on cg bench is damn good!

Thanks, but I just got more reps last time I did 205 on CG bench. Which is the opposite of the point of DC.

CG Bench is weird. I fluctuate on it too. Maybe your hand placement was different?

Naw, I use the lines on the bar as a marker... same place every time.

I think I just pushed really hard on the Iso Bench, and my triceps were more involved. Last time I think I did 225 or 235 on BB decline... and I was pushing 4 plates on the iso press, which I think can involve more triceps at least for me. I was trying to impress the new girlie. Hahahaha.

Im in bro, wow your numbers have increased since i saw them last time....you been taking something?.......................................
