Its not like Im sluggish or anything, was just saying how it is now compaired to when I first started. Ill play around with some carbs, say 50g or so?

Nice. glad you are doing Deadlifts. Many guys never do this exercise and it shows in their backs.

Yeah DLs are my fav lift next to rows. Yeah I agree a lot of people complain about how it can screw up your back, just do it correctly lol.

Yes eventually you get more accustomed to the pumped feeling and don't notice it as much, doesn't mean it's not working...

This week but its a 1+ thing so I have a set of maxes that are 90% of my 1RM Ill be going for. So basically Illl get 1 np but the more I can get the better.

glyc - ok I dropped the dosing back to 1 cap x 2 per day. I look a little pudgey? idk cuz only new additon is glyc so we'll see. and I only been noticing it on the 4 x a day.

On OHP day I got mega pumpz again, decent energy and just a good "full" feeling.

DL day I just got the little energy, but after I got home and was cooking my food I swear I blew up like a balloon. Pretty much a full body pump!! Either way good stuff!!

I like to take two Glycobol and then wait about 25 minutes before eating. Be careful with how much fat you eat with this cheat meal since you've experienced some previous gastric issues

How many grams of CHOs are you planning on for this cheat meal?
 
My cheat meals or refeeds are high carb low fat as I don't like to mix the two.

Right on. if the meal is too high in fat I always skip the Glycobol and save it for a carbohydrate meal, post workout has always worked well for myself.

little note on the glyc - took my 1st dose today 1 cap. about 15mins after taking it I got extremely thirsty. just mentioning it haha

I cannot give you a reason that would happen. Has it happed before with the Glycobol?

de-hydration is the catalyst of alot of side effects from supplements.

Most guys just dont drink enough water.

From the formulator of Glycobol:

Berberine increases bile flow, thus it also cleans out the liver. If the stools are darker for a few days, it likely means mild preexisting biliary obstruction. The green color means it's getting expelled. Once stools resumes normal color (a week or two at the most I'd think), you know your liver is back in a healthy relationship with your gall bladder. If you do not get this side effect, it means your liver was already in good shape. Dark stools are not a concern for liver issues, it's very light stools that are cause for concern.
