glyc - ok I dropped the dosing back to
1 cap x 2 per day. I look a little pudgey? idk cuz only new additon is glyc so we'll see. and I only been noticing it on the 4 x a day.
On OHP day I got mega pumpz again, decent energy and just a good "full" feeling.
DL day I just got the little energy, but after I got home and was cooking my food I swear I blew up like a balloon. Pretty much a full body pump!! Either way good stuff!!
