Um not really notice anything different as far as in glyc storage. At first I coulda kinda feel / notice myself swelling up but not so much now.

glyc - still at 3 caps, feeling good no discomfort / issues. got a fcking mega pump both days, was kinda rushed / didnt know what I was doing on BP day but w/e.

noticeable effect now at 3 caps is I get pretty thirsty after taking it, like I need to drink a lot of water. just figured Id mentino.

the pretty vascular around my knee area, I veins all over most of the time when theyre in use.

I want to add a CKD diet in here but I dont have the willpower to :(
 
^^^Damn! How tall?

6' 2" 270 lbs at 18, absolute powerhouse.. too bad he's not lifting anymore. He may get back to it though. One of the amazing things I saw him do was when he was 16 he deadlifted 445 lbs raw for 4 reps... I always used straps and at times got up to 500 but since I have been going raw I can't hardly get 405... puts things into perspective. Anywho he added over 100 lbs to that by the time he was 18 and his squats were also in the mid 500's for reps. He was using knee wraps for the squats by that time to as to avoid injury. Just imagine what he could be doing in his mid twenties had he kept it up...
 
I will never be that tall nor weigh that much...not even close. My legs were about 25"+/- at my peak lean weight though and I'm almost 5'8" :lol: My goal was to get my legs to the size of my waist...I missed by about half a foot around (then :ntome: ).

He is God gifted with size and thick tendons and awesome bone structure. We do what we can with what we have. My legs are only 25-26" at 5'11"... don't even get me started on my soft bones and inflamed tendons. I have good muscle but my frame, not so good.

Ok last few coupe of days I moved it up to 4 caps so 2x a day.

At 4 caps I have problems eating, other than that the effects are still the same.

Im almost out so Ill be doing a final review this weekend or something when I get some time to post up a decent review / my experience w/ this

Was doing some rack deads and my calluses on my left hand ripped off.

the ones on my right hand puffed up w/ blood underneath them like a blood blister :(

My ripped caluss took the whole week to heal up.

I remember a picture its seems so long I forgot about it.

glad to hear it is healed. I use straps as I am not a competitive power lifter.

one man I give much respect to as he got over 600 lbs with an over/over grip is Layne Norton
 
FINAL REVIEW

So after using Glycobol at varying doses here is what I have noticed.

Glycobol claims to...

* Promotes muscle mass, strength and endurance.
My strenght was going to rise regardless of taking glycobol. Endurance was up tho, Ill give glycobol credit to that. At the beginning of use it was good and slowly dropped off
* Encourages fat loss and prevents fat accumulation.
Im only taking in like 150g of carbs a day so I wasnt going to get fat.
* Improves recovery time by rapid glycogen resynthesis.
for about the first half of my log/use I could definately feel myself becomming "fuller" I mentioned it a few times
* Provides lasting “pump”, hardness and vascularity.
The pump was a killer when I first started this product, very intense like to intense. I think it blows away any pre workout mix / NO product for a pump aspect
* Drives amino acid and creatine uptake in muscle.
Ummm idk? I havent used creatine in a while and wouldnt know how to judge this anyways lol
* Increases muscle protein synthesis and inhibits breakdown.
I would assume so, it is an insulin type product. It probably did this but I cant really feel this stuff so we'll leave it at that
* Controls blood sugar and maximizes nutrient utilization.

* Potent synergism with endogenous endocrine hormones.
uh... yeah same as above ; /
* Strong anti-oxidant protects liver, lipid and cardio health
Yeah they were talking about green poop when starting cuz it cleans you out. well my crapsauce was green so yup, it cleans you haha!

Other side note on what I noticed that wasnt listed

2 caps - probably the perfect dose, get all the good effects

3 caps - mmm about the same as 2, seems like I built up a little tolerance after a while.

4 caps - stay away from. I could barely force feed myself a meal, regardless of what it was. I went for steak n ribs and the girl I was with ate more, shes 5'2'' 120lbs so dont call her fat lol. but yes, stay away from that. well maybe itd work good if you dont want to eat but that would defeat this prodcuts purpose

and just one other side note, it seemed like I built up a tolerance to this 1/2 to 3/4 way through use. tolerance meaning the pump n energy diminished but than again 150g carbs a day.

Very honest review thanks, Glycobol it a piece of the puzzle, you will benefit from using it solo but it really shines when stacked with other products.

So true the different dosing protocol for each person varies greatly.
 
Man, you had reduced appetite from four caps?!? I wish I could find something that curbs my appetite! Most report an increased appetite with Glycobol.
