FINAL REVIEW
So after using Glycobol at varying doses here is what I have noticed.
Glycobol claims to...
* Promotes muscle mass, strength and endurance.
My strenght was going to rise regardless of taking glycobol. Endurance was up tho, Ill give glycobol credit to that. At the beginning of use it was good and slowly dropped off
* Encourages fat loss and prevents fat accumulation.
Im only taking in like 150g of carbs a day so I wasnt going to get fat.
* Improves recovery time by rapid glycogen resynthesis.
for about the first half of my log/use I could definately feel myself becomming "fuller" I mentioned it a few times
* Provides lasting “pump”, hardness and vascularity.
The pump was a killer when I first started this product, very intense like to intense. I think it blows away any pre workout mix / NO product for a pump aspect
* Drives amino acid and creatine uptake in muscle.
Ummm idk? I havent used creatine in a while and wouldnt know how to judge this anyways lol
* Increases muscle protein synthesis and inhibits breakdown.
I would assume so, it is an insulin type product. It probably did this but I cant really feel this stuff so we'll leave it at that
* Controls blood sugar and maximizes nutrient utilization.
same answer as above
* Potent synergism with endogenous endocrine hormones.
uh... yeah same as above ; /
* Strong anti-oxidant protects liver, lipid and cardio health
Yeah they were talking about green poop when starting cuz it cleans you out. well my crapsauce was green so yup, it cleans you haha!
Ok so thats what I expereinced vs what AI claims.
Other side note on what I noticed that wasnt listed
2 caps - probably the perfect dose, get all the good effects
3 caps - mmm about the same as 2, seems like I built up a little tolerance after a while.
4 caps - stay away from. I could barely force feed myself a meal, regardless of what it was. I went for steak n ribs and the girl I was with ate more, shes 5'2'' 120lbs so dont call her fat lol. but yes, stay away from that. well maybe itd work good if you dont want to eat but that would defeat this prodcuts purpose
and just one other side note, it seemed like I built up a tolerance to this 1/2 to 3/4 way through use. tolerance meaning the pump n energy diminished but than again 150g carbs a day.
