Not liking any bench press. I constantly fear for my shoulders, even when keeping strict form to protect them.
May in future skip the monthly heavy chest day and keep weights moderate and with sadistic timing.
Worked without heavy presses -and even without bench press, for over a year and numbers don't lie, you can be chest strong without presses (push ups and dips for the win).

Imagine the last thing you experience before dying from violent hypoglycemic seizures is chugging pulverized chunky tilapia fluid - what a way to go

Thank you for the flowers!
Good food, a little bit of roids, dedication, mostly moderate weights -but sadistic timing does the trick.
Turned 51 , no Idea how this happened. For me important is to look like I bench 200kilos -not actually doing so. :)

No idea why dips feel good for me, its considered a shoulder killer too. Push ups with TUT, all angles are good (just keep elbows more inward), followed by hex.

I was joking -but I knew a few guys who had intra workout: Tuna blended with coca cola. No joke.

Oh I could tell! Lol. But that tuna cola sounds awful. Would much rather eat a bowl of tuna and some white rice pre-training and continue drinking cola intra for the same macro and nearly same food intake. Way tastier!

I'm really pleased with myself. Good numbers, considering I'm cruising for almost a month on 250mg/w test.

Also, no nagging pains, overall feeling good.

That’s because even for a physique enthusiast, weight still matters. If you never increase markers of performance in some fashion, your muscles will never actually get bigger. You don’t ever need to max a lift, but if your 10RM on pull-ups or 20 rep leg press isn’t going up over years, or you aren’t doing more reps, sets, slower tempos or shorter rests with same loads, your muscles aren’t progressing.

Lol I’m just poking HGP because deep down all the guys that say “they don’t train for numbers” still know the numbers matter.

Kevin Levrone could press 5 plates on a seated overhead in the smith machine at his biggest.

Heavy is once a month, with long pauses between exercises (not sets). I could skip it -and for chest, with the bench press, I will. It doesn't feel safe and my spotter isn't strong enough.

I do pull ups as a staple for 4 years (started with 1 rep), somehow , after 3 years I couldn't progress in rep numbers, always did around 12. Then I started with weighted pull ups. Now, when fresh, I do 20 reps -or close to 20 with body weight. You will beat me with legs easily, its my weak point -AND you weight less than I do.
Yeah im on the same boot wie du😁 strength comes regardless, especially with aas but its still impressive
Thank you -I wouldn't say impressive (looking at @Hyde ) Yes, strength goes up even when using mostly moderate weights. Not a well known fact and I wasn't sure about it -but I think I proved it.

Exactly that! Its the reason I do one heavy day per month. It somehow catapults the body out of the routine. Rich Piana:

I admit, at least in some exercises they matter to me, its to gauge progression -and a test if I'm still able.
Also, I train 2 guys, both my friends. One has 10 years experience, the other is a noob. I have to show them both who daddy is. I still am. :)

Heavy leg -and shoulder day

Not going into details, as I don't use truly heavy weights on both. I upped volume and sets instead, with added sadistic timing and supersets.
I killed it, because a friend had to drive me home . I live only 3 blocks from the gym, LOL.

Most people with or without aas will never reach above 120 and thats a fact. 130 is on the higher end and anything above has to be considered impressive. I do believe people can but they just wont do it. 140 and up is at the top 5-10% for sure.

HGP. How was the pump? Are you still doing slin?
Not much pump but burn. Burn baby, burn.
Slin not every time. I had 2 workout days off to deplete glycogen. Today is slin=on to provoke super compensation (to look bigger for the weekend).

I think he meant kilo and woman. 140kg of woman is about 310 pounds. He is right, its way too much. Some could do it -but wouldn't go for it. If they do, its impressive. :)
Women? Haha. Ny sister absurdly strong, she pulled 260 kg not completely from the ground deadlift and only worked out for a year. Its much heavier starting from the ground but she only worked out a year and a half and its a woman. I dont get it.

Too many exercises, too many different weights, not gonna tell here. Veins like road maps and pumped up like the michelin man.
