I wouldn’t mess up my e2 levels prior; I would simply introduce the ralox to take up all the relevant receptors on the chest and let it block the normal estro traffic from binding, as it’s intended to work.

But that’s just my first-hand experience-based opinion from the peanut gallery...

Reason to lowering e2 first hand is "killing" the competition (e2) for the receptors. I have only enough Ralox for 4-5 weeks, this way I make sure it will last. If I had more ralox, I agree, no need to kill e2 first and probably provoke some low e2 sides.

This may or may not work, I’d be worried about rebound gyno as Ralox has been known to do that without tapering. Especially for stubborn ****. What are you going to run it at?

This may or may not work, I’d be worried about rebound gyno as Ralox has been known to do that without tapering. Especially for stubborn ****. What are you going to run it at?
Low dose test and proviron... not much of a rebound to expect from it. Will be interesting if it works. I'm confident to 70%.

First gym day after a 4 days pause:

Full body.
17 exercises. 1 set + 1 rest pause set.

Felt great. Tomorrow focus on shoulders, lower back, abs and arms.

I had a scheduled carb backload week. Others would say:
My discipline sucked and I cheated badly for a week.
Haha yes! I too, am fully back loaded.
I had 4 days of absolute gluttony this week, so you're not the only ones. Mine was a carb front, mid and backload, but what im most upset with is i didnt even get all my protien in i ate so much garbage. Didnt even feel a touch of ketosis today. Maybe tommorrow. Time to get back to the regimen!

Did my gym thingy like always. Moderate weights until failure. As final exercise 225lbs deadlifts for 22 reps killed my CNS today.

Gonna cruise for awhile on test. Gains from DMZ+S-drol have stalled and some lethargy kicked in.
Dropping all orals today and gonna stay on 250mg/w test for a few weeks. To get lipids in range: 5mg/d cardarine for 4 weeks.

8 weeks is about the time I have heard it takes for the body to reach a hormonal set point. As in you need to cruise for 8 weeks to get the most pop when you go back on blast, and by 8 weeks of blasting you can’t keep growing without upping dose or rotating to stronger compounds that still increase the overall anabolic level.

Perhaps consider 150-200mg to cruise to get lipids changed faster and more pronounced growth when you blast again since you use so little anyway?

I respond best to DHT derivatives and insulin. Idea is to keep my body how it is, just polishing a bit lacking parts and getting leaner. I have an economic drought at the moment. Only gear in my stash is T-bol. Future blast will be T-bol at 40mg/d + 75mg/d proviron + 250mg test for 8 weeks. Will never use 19-nors again.

I wonder what kind of recomp you could do with 300/300 test & masteron. Or 200/200/200 test/eq/mast.

Will never do that. The reason is, I hate pinning my almost unreachable butt. Mast and EQ are too much volume, I prefer a 30G slin pin to the delts. It is a bit of a hustle to get the oil through 30G -but, I now have the strongest thumbs south of Texas.
If I had money, I would go with Anavar and Proviron. Cycling it forever. Maybe Primobolan if I do a oral pause.

Quads off limits? EQ at 300 isn’t that much oil with 2 more sites to rotate.
Tried quads a few times. Out of 5 shots, 2 hits a nerve. Almost broke my big toe on a table leg, because of involuntary jerking while pinning.

Tonight's gym will be "heavy". Meaning, more weight and effort, less pauses -but no max weights. Like weighted pull ups with 65lbs (30kg) and see how many I can squeeze out. Weighted dips and a somewhat heavy bench press are on the menu too. Hopefully with good results and injury free.

Deadlifts once per week, smith squats twice per week -never the same day, I'm too old for that ****.

Weighted pull ups
+30kg=66lbs x8 / drop weights, minimum pause/ BW x 17 (!)
+30kg=66lbs x6 / drop weights, minimum pause/ BW x 14
Weighted dips
+45lbs x 15
/ drop weights, minimum pause/ BW x 18
+45lbs x 12 / drop weights, minimum pause/ BW x 16

Flat BB bench
140kg (308lbs) x3 (for me its good, I never go that heavy. Did it to gauge overall strength)
100kg (220lbs) x14 RP 6

Smith squats
140kg (308lbs) -just to try x 5

100kg (220lbs) x15
100kg (220lbs) 3 sec. up/ 3 sec. down x6

+8 different exercises with moderate/heavy weights, like flies, leg extensions, biceps/triceps cables

What’s your split these days? This was total body workout.

Full body 3x week-but if I skip a body part, I do more sets of it the next day. Also not doing always 3 sets. IMHO, doing 3 sets is superstition, nothing gym related. I do an exercise until I feel "I triggered the muscle", like lactic acid build up --> failure + 1 more. If I'm less motivated -or wanna keep the workout short, I do only 1 set + 1-2 RP sets, this way, the muscle is on fire faster and I move on.
Sometimes with chest exercises, I have to do at least 4-5 exercises to get to the muscle and feel the burn where I want it to be. I figured legs are easier, just by controlling the speed I can stimulate them enough for growth, doing squats slowly with 90kg x 8-10 (roughly 200lbs) was enough to see some separation after a few weeks.

Nice strategy.. But, why do slow squats. Instead, go slow on Leg Press or Hack Squats. These IMO work your quads much better since you're isolating them.

I like the smith press, because I can see my muscular self in the mirror while squatting. :)
I do it slow on leg press too. There are some interesting studies about slow-mo. If I remember correctly, it builds muscles when doing it up to 6 sec., more than that was useless. I keep it to max. 4 sec up/down.

Yes. but, keep the volume medium to low and with the RP sets, you will feel the burn more.

Low volume would mean more weight. Nah, young grasshopper, my knees don't like it -and I had some trouble with sciatica recently too.

I figured, bodybuilding is just masochistic overreaching, there is always one more rep, no matter if that means snot flying out of your nose or unsolicited moist farts.

My worst gym experience was when I accidentally took a sip from a foreign shaker bottle that looked like mine. No idea what the hell it was the dude were drinking -but I imagine it must been a mix of grandmas piss with fermented menstruation blood, or something. It was bad beyond belief.
The second worse thing was, when I injected Melanotan before gym and took cialis for pump. This Korean, firm assed chick doing squats in front of me and I was sitting on a bench with a iron hard boner, simulating having important whatsapp messages on my phone for about 15 minutes, in a hunched forward position. Couldn't move even if the gym had caught fire.

Everything is under control if you can squeeze the boner under the belt. Bad is if you have shorts with no belt, meaning its flagpole time, like the day in the gym, shorts had rubber band.

I really like the going until you "triggered the muscle" perpective. Yesterday i was doing some cardio training with friends and wanted to get a quick pump in. We did 3 sets to failure of both pushups and pullups. For whatever reason, i dont feel like i did my job...

Bro, I think if people truly understood the concept you just explained here the world would be so much stronger. I feel like sometimes we spend so much time thinking about details, but at the end of the day, train like a monster and eat good always gets results.
