yah still think he's too low on cals but maybe the anabolics make up for that. Funny I have always found it easier to burn fat keeping cals high on anabolics but never considered going lower than normal and using anabolics to maintain muscle mass. I have never had such a short time to make changes though.

There is that, there is also the fact you have gradually increased your caloric intake over the last couple of years adding muscle and you metabolism speeding up in general. You are easily eating 500 cals more per day than you were 2 years ago. You are also doing a lot more work with all of the walking. So you tend to expend more in your daily routine. I think for a cut he is doing perfectly at 1500 and 2500. Once he is nice and lean he can always add in a little more cals to build more LBM. We have to keep in mind that Green has been dieting very low calories for a while and although he has a lot of mass to maintain his body is obviously extremely efficient at maintaining that muscle at low calorie levels.

DW... I understand your point, but he is on anabolics/PH's and his body is very efficient at maintaining his muscle-mass, look at me, I've always gone extremely low with my cals, my muscle mass has never suffered!

So far so good bro, no negative sides as of now. Im definitely leaning out more and more as the days pass. Im a bit stressed right now with all the stuff going on, but hopefully I can get out of the funk here soon and really start to hammer this home.

I have definitely noticed a lack of motivation in my training with out a pre-workout supplement. I ran out of WYKED about two weeks ago. I never really noticed how much of a kick it gave me until I stopped using it. Unfortunately my broke teacher A$$ cant afford any goodies this month...or probably next LOL so I am adjusting to the un-stimmed workout. Don't get me wrong. Once I start into the weights or even my card the instinct takes over and I am besting my workouts. I just feel like I am missing that edge...pathetic hahaha

I lost a pound but I am definitely bigger so that means less body fat. I could see it as the six pack is almost in. Still some cleaning up to do but I am getting close to 10% by now.. I hope...
 
Try taking a little oral DHEA you can get some for like 5 bucks it may help with the lethargy, that or if you have any of that transaderm left try like using just a little bit of it. Sounds like the DMZ is kicking in nicely now. Expect some weight to come on. Also generic caffiene caps will get you squared away for energy. Just take one a little before your workout. You can get a bunch of them for less than 5 bucks just about anywhere.

Thanks bro, I will look into these options. The DMZ is working really well up 2lbs in a week even more so considering my calorie deficit.

Ignite?? is that a pre workout? I have been trying to find one that taste good. I'm loving my creatrona and Pro x, now if I can get my hands on some G8 to throw in the log I'd be off the chains. My aggression from pro x hasn't slowed down. I keep wanting to lift, run and ffffff. I think mrs packers is wondering what the hell is in that stuff.

Yeah bro Ignite 2 is another outstanding Finaflex supplement. I have yet to try the second formulation, but the original was among the top pre workouts I have used. The new formula has some awesome features like crea trona and a new more bio available form of DAA. I can't wait to jump into a tub of this!!

The good...I got in a good chest workout with my brother this morning and stayed within my eating window.

The bad...I didn't make great food choices. I probably ate in excess of 4,000 calories (maybe a high guess) I can already tell that I am holding water, which may not be good for mondays pics. I will speculate that this "reefed" may actually help me in the case that my calories have been so restricted...we shall see.

I modified my day today as I was expecting to workout around 1300hrs, but ended up at the gym around 1530. Im feeling good by tired maybe a bit of lethargy from the cycle and, taking care of the pup. I got tattooed yesterday so ill be sticking to mostly steady state card and maybe some cable machine work for this week. I feel like the weekend set me back, but hope to be back on schedule mid-week.

I will get weight and fat tomorrow am and hopefully some pics. The girl (my photographer) is just as worn as me right now dealing with our little bundle.

Training

Treadmill: 5 minute walk @ 3.5mph then 5 minute jog @ 5mph repeated for a total of 1 hour (4 miles)
