Nutrition and training are in check, I am feeling much better, and starting to see the excess chub come off. I still have a lot of work to do, but my goal is to still get lean and mean.

I cant recall a time where I ever focused so much on shoulders in one training session. I have found that I don't have a lot of muscle "knowledge" when it comes to this area. What I am saying is I am having trouble really isolating the muscles that I am trying to stimulate...hopefully this comes with time.
