FINAFLEX 550-XD THE RESURRECTION OF TURNING GREEN (Sponsored LOG)

Trained as a MOFO...sorry I've been absent here a bit. I got busy as hell this week. Hopefully I ll get a chance to catch up here. Thanks for all the support gentlemen. The test went well I think...a bit more difficult than anticipated, but I feel I did fine. Next step will be the physical ability test.

Finally I am back home and back in the gym. I didn't have a great week for nutrition or training as I was on the road, taking tests and staying with friends. I finally feel like I am back in the action though. Todays training felt great I got a massive chest pump from this new protocol.

Goodnight TG that is one hellla chest workout!!! Glad your back up, and hope you kill it bro.

If you didn't get a pump from that then you need to see a doctor. LOL Great Guggli Muggli!

I am definitely experiencing some DOMS from yesterdays lift...I felt like I was spinning wheels with the high volume lifting so I switched things up here. Last week has set me back some, but I am right back on the ball. Only one more week of school left and I will be able to really torque things up here.

I am having a rough time with the high volume workout too, but that is because I am up to 45 lb db's on the bigger lifts and it is really kicking my ass. Part of me thinks I would get more out of this if I lifted heavier but I don't know I seem to be gaining muscle still.

Green... Way to kill that workout Bro! Hey we are still on for our phone call tomorrow BTW (between 12:15 & 12:30pm right?)

Switching to this FST-7 training really woke me up this week. I am experiencing serious DOMS which feels great! Unfortunately my card is not up to par so I am turing into a mass monster, but not cutting down. Next week will be a lot easier time wise as school is DONE!!

Fst-7 training focking rocks man. Been doing it for three weeks now and am loving it! I feel you on the DOMS tho I was hobbling for about six days after my first fst-7 legs day!

Woo woo killing them legs baby!!!!! Bet you feel realllllll good today!

Rock that **** Greenydog!

Killed it! Finished the physical ability test 17 seconds short of my goal. They gave me 12 minutes...I finished in 7:17 hoping to hear back shortly for an interview!

Very nice! Good luck! SO are you going to go really low carb to try and push a little more fat burning out this last 3 weeks? I know I have dropped my carbs substantially.

Congrats Green... You as I have always said, R Da-Man!!!

Thanks guys! I started PCT last night...I will begin to LOG that tonight...in detail...Now that school is over I can finally dedicate some life blood to myself...lord it feels good!!!

Good stuff you get your pics done this week too? I know it has been rough on ya but you can rip up some more in 2 weeks.

Well...back on the road again...story of my life...lol! I have now traveled over 1,200 miles and spent roughly $330.00 in gas over the last three weeks...I hope this pays off! I get back in town tomorrow...then Im pitching a tent in the corner of my gym and staying there until Im ripped.

It will pay off bro, I'll throw a prayer your way!! BELIEVE brother! You are in PCT now right? So pitching a tent may not be that far off if your lucky.... :fing02:

Be safe my friend and get ripped as hell!

Looks like I am spending another day out of town. I have the final interview tomorrow morning with the Chief. What a process this has been. Looking forward to getting home and getting back to the daily grind.

Awesome! It is great that you have already been through this many interviews. Sounds like you are a shoe in to me.

Thanks guys. I am finally home form the final leg of interviews. I was informed that at this point I am top 50 of over 600 applicants. Now all I can do is wait for the final decision. My nerves are racked and I am burnt the hell out, but tomorrow I need to get my personal life back on track and hit the gym. My progress has definitely taken a turn for the worse, but nothing a few weeks of steady nutrition and training cannot take care of.

Oh ****, don't let MR. C take all that hard earned mass Greeny!

BIG UPDATE

PCT:
Clomiphene Citrate 40mg: 1 capsule per day
Pure Test: 6 capsules per day
PCT Revolution Black: 2 capsules per day
...the above before bed...

Ignite 2: 1 scoop pre-workout
Formula X: 1 scoop intra-workout
PX-500: 1 capsule spaced apart from Ignite 2

I have a lot of clean up work to do from the last few weeks of being constantly on the road and away from the gym and proper nutrition. I am hoping to keep the mass I put on from the DMZ and still shed some fat during PCT.

Nutrition isn't the only thing looking sharp those are some good numbers brother Green!!!

Looking Wicked-Strong Brotha!

Thanks gentlemen. The numbers aren't too bad, but im really trying to focus on triggering the lift specific muscle groups. I feel motivated again...thank god!! I was so lethargic for the past few weeks. Now that this firefighting stress has been lifted I have been better able to focus on MY needs!! PCT is going well...energy levels are coming back up for sure.

Training: Fasted

2.5 mile jog @ 5mph

I am experiencing so heavy DOMS specifically in my hams and calf muscles...did not make running too fun this AM. I feel a lot better already, but still need to stay focused to bust that skin chub I put on over the course of the past few weeks.

Still been reading along.
Those agility test for PD/Fire are a pain. Struggling with a swim test now myself.

Either way, noticed you're doing a higher volume..., which I'm usually a fan of for the pump & burn. Do you feel you achieve better growth or definition this way?

Swim test?! that sounds interesting. Yeah man this protocol im using now is really working well for me. I spend a lot of time trying new things, and most of the time being unsuccessful. I find that targeting a major muscle group per training session with a combination of heavy sets and lighter high volume sets is the best for me.

Nutrition and training are in check, I am feeling much better, and starting to see the excess chub come off. I still have a lot of work to do, but my goal is to still get lean and mean.

I cant recall a time where I ever focused so much on shoulders in one training session. I have found that I don't have a lot of muscle "knowledge" when it comes to this area. What I am saying is I am having trouble really isolating the muscles that I am trying to stimulate...hopefully this comes with time.

Carefull with shoulders, you can easily do too much.. they are a very sensitive area to overtraining and injury....
