Sorry guys, had over 300 orders. Tuesday and Wednesday we got over 200 out, but they pulled my staples yesterday and my whole back swelled up.

Everything else will be shipping tomorrow.
Hope that swelling goes down and pain subsides quickly. You've been dealing with it so long got to feel good it's almost over

Just right, too strong, too weak?
Just did my first dose, pre workout, tastes great to me! I didn't even notice an aftertaste.

Just right, too strong, too weak?
Perfect flavoring I think. Definitely can tell its s tough flavoring. I don't like a lot of flavoring and things. The melon Strafe is rough for me (but it beats trying to drink that straight). Still scarred for life from bulk CEE when it first came out.

On this one I think you nailed it. Especially as a pre-bed drink. Drinking it as I type actually.

Yeah, I was at Bulk Nutrition when CEE started picking up. I can't tell you how many times I choked that crap down - apparently for nothing.

Flavor isn't bad, but isn't enjoyable for me either. Whatever. Results > flavor.

A cakewalk compared to Brite in any event. Although it takes much longer to actually drink it haha

I actually enjoy the taste of BRITE. I know, weird right? It has become habitual and I just ran out. Need a 3-pack of BRITE, and some Ketoinduce which I totally missed out on. Matt, I hope you consider selling BRITE refills so the people with all the pump bottles can just refill them, that would be awesome!

Hey is the dosage correct on the label? 2/3 scoop? It's measuring out to less than 13.4g for me, so I've just been going by scale weight.

no, there is an error on the label. You need to use a heaping scoop, and the bottles contain 400 grams.

They'll be fixed in a couple of weeks.

Nothing will happen to your state of ketosis the only macronutrient or anything that you ingest that has any effect on your level of ketosis are carbohydrates nothing else. Not even massive amounts of protein... if you keep hearing about gluconeogenesis just ignore it.
If KI won't put me back into ketosis quicker and has no effect on fat loss, what are the benefits other than junk cleaning and the brain and flooding my arteries with ketones?

I do blood ketone testing as well. I did 2 weeks straight of strict keto and couldn't reach .5 until the 8th day. I was stuck at .3. Finally reached .5 on the 10th day. I really feel that the excess protein is causing gluconeogen. My wife doesn't consume as much protein and she doesn't work out. She can get back into ketosis quicker than me and she gets in deeper. In before that's what she said jokes.

As far as I know, the main thing is taking advantage of fat loss via short-term ketosis without having to follow the full-blown ketogenic or CKD diet. So, for most people, it would be taking it pre-bed. One could even take it sooner than that if carbs hadn't been ingested for a while. Those who practice IF can really play around with the dosing times depending on when their meal windows are. I can say that I personally will dose pre-bed as I go to bed around 10ish and try to finish eating about 8-8:30 (just depends on my day). I wake up at 5 and lift first thing only consuming BCAAs beforehand and whey isolate afterward.

But with your particular scenario, I'd dose it pre-bed and just reap a few more hours of benefits in the AM until you break your fast. That's my .02

I read the write up but Diesel pointed out that KI will only put ketones into your bloodstream and won't put you into nutritional ketosis. The write up says that the ketones from KI will however would help put us into nutritional ketosis. So I'm lost.

It should put you back into ketosis more quickly.

EDIT: His claim is not consistent with the testing that we ran over a period of 3-4 months. Sorry, didn't mean to come across like a know-it-all.

It's not just about floodking ketones into the bloodstream, but ensuring that card/glucose levels are dropped to the point where the body would normally start gluconeogenesis, but instead being primed by the ketones and ketogenic amino acids, enters a state of ketosis.

Yep, stick with KI at bedtime and use the KetoCaNa when you wake up - -especially if you're planning a fasted workout.

What happens if you take KI while actually following keto diet? In another month or so I'm gonna be switching to full keto and only getting 'carbs' from leafy greens. Perhaps the occasional avocado. Carbs will never top 30g and I will be at a deficit of about 300-500 calories given the day/workout.... Will this be overkill, beneficial, or pointless to use KI

If you're already in ketosis, I would use PA's KetoCaNa for Preworkout to increase intensity of your workout, but no need for KI.

I'm still going to use KI despite being on keto. For some unknown reason, I cannot reach .5 mmol until 9 days following a strict keto diet. My wife reaches ketosis quickly (2-3 days) but it takes me forever. She doesn't work out and I do. Probably my high protein intake... either that or the fact that I work out too much to the point where I empty by bloodstream of majority of my ketones.
