Perfect flavoring I think. Definitely can tell its s tough flavoring. I don't like a lot of flavoring and things. The melon Strafe is rough for me (but it beats trying to drink that straight). Still scarred for life from bulk CEE when it first came out.

Nothing will happen to your state of ketosis the only macronutrient or anything that you ingest that has any effect on your level of ketosis are carbohydrates nothing else. Not even massive amounts of protein... if you keep hearing about gluconeogenesis just ignore it.
If KI won't put me back into ketosis quicker and has no effect on fat loss, what are the benefits other than junk cleaning and the brain and flooding my arteries with ketones?
I do blood ketone testing as well. I did 2 weeks straight of strict keto and couldn't reach .5 until the 8th day. I was stuck at .3. Finally reached .5 on the 10th day. I really feel that the excess protein is causing gluconeogen. My wife doesn't consume as much protein and she doesn't work out. She can get back into ketosis quicker than me and she gets in deeper. In before that's what she said jokes.

As far as I know, the main thing is taking advantage of fat loss via short-term ketosis without having to follow the full-blown ketogenic or CKD diet. So, for most people, it would be taking it pre-bed. One could even take it sooner than that if carbs hadn't been ingested for a while. Those who practice IF can really play around with the dosing times depending on when their meal windows are. I can say that I personally will dose pre-bed as I go to bed around 10ish and try to finish eating about 8-8:30 (just depends on my day). I wake up at 5 and lift first thing only consuming BCAAs beforehand and whey isolate afterward.
But with your particular scenario, I'd dose it pre-bed and just reap a few more hours of benefits in the AM until you break your fast. That's my .02

I read the write up but Diesel pointed out that KI will only put ketones into your bloodstream and won't put you into nutritional ketosis. The write up says that the ketones from KI will however would help put us into nutritional ketosis. So I'm lost.
I am taking it pre bed. I was wondering if it would be better so to speak to take another serving when i get up.
Ill stick to pre bed with ketoinduce and take some ketocana in the morning. (Dont have it yet)
