EvoMuse BMP Writeup (UPDATED)

Please keep us updated. Have you noticed the glycogen effects disappearing?

After a 3 month run, I'll definitely keep everyone posted about what happens when you come off of it. I wanted to wait for a couple of workouts (I've only had 2 workouts so far off of it) and some time before I made some definitive statements. I don't want to mislead people. But for these 3 months, the recomp effects have been amazing. My waist is slightly slimmer, yet I noticed shoulder/leg hypertrophy and increased strength on my main lifts (I can tell by how clothes fit on me because I wear some form fitting stuff).

So if size and strength is the desired result: BMP + caloric surplus. Would ArA, ABE, or MyoE be the better addition?

After read this thread, it seems something like Brite could help keep the fat gain to a minimum?

BRITE works really well with this approach. Before my back took a turn for the worse, and I was gutting my way through some workouts, I was able to regain 20lbs with very little fat gain with BMP, MyoElite, and BRITE.

Any research backing enhanced healing from injuries?

I had a wrist fracture over the summer that is at maybe 70% recovered.

Thinking about BMPs, but I've been on the fence for a while.

If it's strength, I'd personally say MyoE.. I say this because I'm almost done with my 4th bottle - I had a six week period where I didn't go to the gym at all because of a minor back injury (I like to play it safe when the spine is involved) but I continued to take MyoE every day. After 6 weeks of not lifting, I was able to strict press 175 for 3 reps.. And my previous 1RM was 205.. So that in my opinion seems like something is "working." Just my .02 though. BMP+MyoE is my stack of choice.. I haven't tried ABE though.

I believe this product also may be good for recovery from heart attack as bmp2 and bmp4 play a role in this??

I noticed where it said paeoniflorin reduces inflammation by inhibiting pathways for it and regulates prostaglandins, but then see it's stackable with X-Factor. Wouldn't the anti-inflammatory effect be at least somewhat negating of the effects of ArA? Or does it just inhibit Cox-1 and not Cox-2, similar to 81mg aspirin? And lastly, with paeoniflorin regulating prostaglandins, wouldn't that be bad for ArA stacking considering thats what we want the ArA to convert to as much as possible, instead of thrombaxanes or leukotrienes? I may just be overthinking this whole thing lol

Well, I've done 2 cycles of ostarine before, but this is my first MK-677 run. I've been in LGD also for 6 weeks, but stopping that today.

Note: BMP will be restocked on Tuesday.

Im using Osta and BMP with Myo Elite and Erase Pro+ right now looking full and getting leaner every day. strength has sky rocketed. i also added SNS Growth factor xt, sleeps been amazing to.

What brand of Osta are you using? The bottle I got didn't do anything.

How should I take BMP on off days? With breakfast and dinner or before meals?

Just looking at the ingredients again and see the very high percentage of salidrosides! Is that keeping anybody awake at night??? I use 300mg of a 3% salidrosides rhodiola and that gives me some great energy and motivation. I was about to pop 2 caps but not sure if with food or not matters so I'll probably wait until the morning anyway.

MyoElite is also heading to production. Sales will be coming for New Years.

And stacks with Brite? Seems like the recomp combo of the gods.

BMP seems to be working really well with BRITE. MyoElite if you are lifting. I'm out of commission until at least March, so I stopped using mine.

BMP/BRITE is a ridiculously good combo. Leaned out, gained size in the right places and wasn't even that strict with diet. (80% clean stuff, 20% IIFYM)

That's what I'm wanting to do. I have a little subQ fat on my stomach I wanna get rid of and then just gain size.

It's great stuff. My waist size got smaller but because my thighs got bigger, my jeans still won't fit me. Great problem to have...I guess.

My waist hasn't changed since I was 16 hah. My legs are definitely bigger though. And my lower stomach carries a layer of winter blubber

Going up to the next size always sucks. I hate being that awkward in between size where clothes fit in one area but not others.

Well I've been a relatively uninformed buyer of clothes. Ever since I found out about Levis (specifically the 501s or 508s), I finally have jeans that fit me very properly. They're tapered, etc. But my other pairs of jeans don't fit. So I'm just waiting for them to rip or something, ahhaha.

I've never looked into Levis. I haven't bought jeans since high school so I still rock my Hollister jeans. They're like 7 years old and still going strong . Dress pants and suits in general are a major PITA.......

The only dress shirts that fit me are specifically Express Fitted 1MX. Suits have to be custom tailored for me.

Most of my shirts are custom tailored. My buddy owns a dry cleaning business in my hometown so when I go home for holidays I'm able to get my suits tailored.

Yeah for me, it'd be too much $$$$ to have even shirts custom tailored. So sad, but Jcrew, BR, GAP etc. don't fit me at all. The taper isn't ever right (or the shoulders are too narrow). I don't have many suits to worry about.

I get my shirts from HotBodz. Almost all of them are really stylish, but the waist is super tapered so they don't balloon out when you tuck them in.

Suits.... Alterations cost more than the suits itself. Hotbodz.. I'll have to look into that. My dress shirts are fitted from Brooks Brothers but I still get that parachute thing going on.

Yeah Brooks brothers and most designer shirts look like bhole when they're tucked. I hate it

I just wear solid white and blue most of the time.

I'll throw one on after lunch and snap a pick tucked in. They look great.

I'm 5'7 and currently wear a 18 inch neck but only 32/33 sleeve. It's impossible finding a size like that off the rack.

It could just be me.. But I kept using BMP/Myo throughout a 6 week layoff from the gym due to an injury. I maintained roughly 90% of my strength, although I did notice some aesthetic losses. That's just my N=1 observation, but I personally wouldn't stop. Great product!

Is Brite the product that is best suited to a specific bf range?

BRITE can be used at all bf%'s very well.

Epitome, BASIC, and Rebirth are the 3 that seem to have ideal ranges in how they best work with leptin.
