Yes, it has potent long term and acute effects, for sure. It's a combination of factors that causes the incredible glycogen supercompensation and muscle growth as well as the reported leaning effects.

Hence my assumption that most of the effects would be cumulative.

Which made me wonder about the reported short term/acute effects - can changes to gene expression really happen in such a short timeframe?

The BMP/SMAD pathways trigger long term gene expression changes, but generally they don't work that way. Like mTOR the effects are acute, but permanent - bone density, muscle fiber numbers, disruption of preadipocyte development, etc.
 
I've been on the Myo Elite/ BMP stack for about 3 months now and this literally feels like a mild ph cycle without the sides. Muscles look full, vascularity is similar to when I ran a Trest cycle over the summer. VERY impressed and don't plan on taking a break on this stack.

Hey, sorry to jump in. Just wondered.....I've been holding on to a bottle of BMP for a few months now. I'm one week into a four week run of Superdrol/MTren. Would the BMP stack nicely with this? Or should I run the BMP afterwards through pct? Seems like running at the same time could yield great results from what I've read? Thanks.

I don't think there's any real wrong time to utilize BMP, but if I only had one bottle, I'd personally use it after that stack because you'll obviously see a lot of results from that and if it were me, I'd want to see the fullness and such from BMP afterward since you'll definitely be missing it.

Just me, though.

So, I can't find any BMP for sale anywhere....did I get it direct last time then? Is it only sold through the one Place? Thinking I might grab a few more bottles if possible? I'm assuming it's coming back in stock early December from reading this thread?

Another question....why does bmp appear to interact with caffeine? I'm reading it makes people feel a bit weird when taken together. My pre workout has 100mg caffeine in it, so should I drop the p/w? (I don't react well when over stimulated).

Yeah, this is exactly what I think of: brite for that long term recomp so my body gets into the lean state, change my phenotype from fat to sexy :-)
along with rebirth, epitome and finally leptigen, it seems that the sky is the limit and there is a real chance of staying at a new setpoint :-)

Bmp for that longterm improvement in bones,etc for health effects and if it also does my body good as it supports the way I look, than this is even better.
yes, I know that the use of steroids is prohibited on that forum but I have to admit that because of several issues, that I do not wanna adress in detail,I had during my childhood/teen years, I developed severe osteoporosis. So they put me on deca durabolin, then anavar and along with hardcore weights (lifted extremely heavy for about 2 years which gave me a solid foundation with arms, shoulders that stays consitant even after on and off from the gym and no heavy weights after back surgery anymore) I managed to built bone density and was considered healthy.
but being off gear since then, my bone density has gone back, not so l9w, I am still in a pre osteoporosis state (osteopenia) but maybe I can make a wonder happen via the longterm use of bmp, vitamins and exercise as my doc said I should try everything natural to do my bones good.
even when bmp will not add bone mass at least it will do my overall health something good. dsade: which time spam is appropiate to try bmp for bone support?
Are you interested in doing a little experiment? I am willing to try bmp 2.0 long term and could do a bone density scan before and then 6 months or 1 year later? No need to be sponsored,hahaha! Would be great to be a bone density tester for you,though :-)
any recommendations to help the bmp work even better (apart from vitamins,etc)?

BMP has turned out to have a decent leaning effect on its own, but there is no direct synergy, no.

oh matt, I think I might lean down so fast, that you better prepare an order of leptigen basic just in case I need it earlier as I will get in shape real fast with that super stack and wait, I even have your topicals as a secret wappon and on top defuse,slintensity.

dsade Thanks for all the research. I'm thinking of pairing this with arachidonic acid, forskolin, amentoflavone, epicatechin and a high carb diet (4-6g/kg lbm). What are your thoughts on this?

Also, I read earlier that BMP seems to increase caffeine's effectiveness. I'm guessing that pairing with Ephedrine as well would make the stim even more pronounced, correct?
 
Personally I don't get the amplification. I wish I did. adrenoSurge is the only product that does that to me really.

For your protocol, what's your goal?
 
Lean mass acquisition over a period of three months.

I'm about 12-13% body fat, so I'd prime the body by doing Lyle Mcdonald's RFL for 2 weeks and then head straight into muscle building.

Protein would be set to 1.5g/lb. Carbs would be 4-6g/lb (so about 280-420) and fat around 50-75.

Training would be fasted to elicit maximum ARA absorption.

BMPs are not a singular category. Each is wildly different in its desireable and undesireable effects.

They don't indicate which dosage of the synthetic BMP2, which is often greatly supra physiological.

BMP, with its focus on BMP7 primarily and BMP2 secondarily, increases the body's expression. Think of it as taking an (actually effective) test booster/optimizer as opposed to shooting a gram of test.

As for the last section, their sly implication that is might cause cancer is every minimized by saying "not clinically significant".

There is no evidence to support excess bone growth or increased risk of cancer.

Haha I knew someone would say something like that!! I did actually see some reports from actual medical sites...can't remember the names....but they all concluded that BMP's are not as safe as previously thought. There have been several fatalities due to swelling of the throat, and several other nasty sounding side effects.

I'm trying to establish if there is a significant difference between the BMP's being discussed in the medical literature (and on the livestrong article), or if the compounds in use are actually different or the doses are no where near that of the doses used in medicine?

Just want to make sure I'm not likely to choke or grow strange organisms inside my body......and the possibility of accelerating/developing cancers....? Call me paranoid, but you only get one shot at this life so I'd rather know what I'm dabbling in!!

I applaud you on your caution for sure. BMP has been under constant testing ever since the original beta over a year and a half ago - with myself the primary testing taking wildly varying doses.
I've also been under close skeletal scrutiny due to my infection/injury, and after this time there zero unexpected/excess bone growth.
As with most of my products, we aren't trying to massively atomic bomb the body, but tilt it in favor of anabolism.

The results of BMP are highly effective, especially in regard to short circuiting adipogenesis and increasing muscle mass.

All of us have to act in their own judgment range, of course.

OK cool. I'm starting week 3 of 4 weeks SD/Trenavar so quite fancy starting the BMP now so I get 2 weeks with the gear and 2 weeks into PCT. Wondering if there could be any synergistic effect??

I haven't heard back from anyone combined with PHs, so definitely interested in your results.
 
Right then. I know what to expect with the PH's over the next 2 weeks so I'll be able to tell any difference. I'll let you know how it goes. ;-)

Read threw all of this and I might just give BMP a go! Can someone give me a short run of the long term and short term effects? Also after finishing a run with BMP was there any weight loss from the glycogen retention?
 
So first dose of BMP this morning (along with 10mg SD, 30mg Trenavar, 2 caps cycle support, milk thistle, omega 3), no adverse reactions so far!! Happy now to give it a good shot!
dsade I see people have had weird effects when using a pre workout with Bmp.....would it be wise to leave the pre workout while on Bmp? I noticed the bottle says to avoid stimulants so would assume it has been noted that they mat not combine very well?
 
Along with BMPs body comp effects, I will miss the strength-endurance it gave me. 4 days off of it and I already feel it.

I have not bothered weighing myself, so I'm going to do that first thing tomorrow morning (I usually weigh in every week). Other than that, mostly just strength-endurance falling off.

Please keep us updated. Have you noticed the glycogen effects disappearing?
