okay so its been 5 days on t3/clen today is the 6th day and amazingly im down like 8 lbs. Ive been killing cardio every single day cals are extremely low. Weights have dipped a bit but not by a lot. Cramps suck big time i get cramps everywhere. Ive also been of DMZ for about 4 days or so. As for DMZ didnt see explsove gains like i expected but it did add some size on me as people kept telling me i look leaner while my muscles looked bigger so thats good. Sides are not that bad i can handle it.

T3 is being dosed at 75 mcg right now but i think i might move on to 100 for a week and then back to 75. Clen is at 100mcg right now, started at 20 mcg, i think im gonna go as far as 140 mcg if i can handle it otherwise i might just stay somewhere around 100 or 120. BTW i might get my hands on some dermatherm and some liquid clen so i might be able to do transdermal clen. Epistane is doin a wonderful job of keeping some muscle on me. Also i think i might drop by at wal mart and get some hoodia or something to help control the hunger that t3 is giving me.

Is T3 supposed to make me hungry and sweaty if so its doing its job. Clen is giving me awesome clen shakes which i love. lol. Also Vascualrity is seriously insane and ridiculous. i thought i was vascualr on epi/furuza...but man im disgustingly vascular on this stack going on right now.

on a funny note my farts are devastating, i can clear a room with ripping a good one. even i cant stand them.

When I took the T3 and Clen together they worked pretty good for 3 or 4 weeks, but after that my hunger got so bad that it wasn't worth taking either one together.
I'm not sure why the hunger kicked in then and looking back if I had been more disciplined I probably could have gotten some better results.
Then again, every time I use clen I get a bit of weight that packs right back on right after I stop using it. Good to burn fat with using 2 week on 2 week off (taking benedryl on off weeks), but long term the hunger was a bit much me. I'm interested to see how it treats you overall.

Good to hear you're still at it. Clen makes me look like a heroin user's dream. I've never used it while on anabolic compounds. I can imagine that you are rocking sly stalone looking arms right now

Holy crap guys WTF is going!?!?!

i was playing around with my hair and hair kept falling off.
I AM NOT PRONE TO HAIRLOSS AT ALL!!
MY GRANDPA IS LIKE 80 YEARS OLD AND STILL HAS A FULL HEAD OF HAIR.

so i did a quick search on "t3 hairloss" quiet a few things poped up. im sure its the t3.

so i got some Rasa clen, took about half a ml to test it out and man its strong as heck im still shaking and i took it like 3 hours ago. rasa is def high quality.


...maybe my scale is retarded but it says i dropped 5 more lbs, so 13lbs in 7 days???

idk my scale is kinda crappy and i usually use the one at the gym so on monday i will see what that scale says.

Diet is very low on carbs specially since im super broke ive been eating nothing but tuna and crackers for b-fast, lunch and dinner with a couple of snacks in between. yeah not a whole lot of cals in me right now.

cardio is every day except today weather is super crappy so i didnt want to go outside.

Interesting feedback in here. Maybe I have to incorporate SAM-e on my next cycle :think: I've read a lot of good feedback on it too. And everyone should know Milk Thistle has poor bioavailability :p

SAM-e is good but it needs to be dosed at 600-800mgs to really reap its benefits~which can be expensive.
Tudca is "controversial" IMO. Its said to just "mask" enzyme levels and give a false reading on bloods.
NAC is probably the most affordable/effective of the OTCs
 
ummm guys right now i look like a crack user, shaking like crazy even as i type this...I accidently took a whole mL of clen which is 200mcg, yeah as soon as i swallowed the liquid and i looked at the bottle in one hand and the the dispenser on the other, i said "fcuk!!"

got some hoodia by source naturals which is tested to contain p57, took it around 8 its 11:30 and no hunger at all. about to take my second tab of t3 right now and im gonna hit plyos while sipping on bcaa mixed with a green tea. let the sweating begin!

100 mcg but i think my weight might be less...as i said earlier my scale is kinda retarded so i go by the one in the gym, so ill weigh in on monday and see what the scale from the gym says

ima go all out for two weeks trying to keep cals under 1500 and cardio around 2 miles, while liftin too. i wanna be shredded by the end of the 2 weeks.


cals today are gonna be around 1300 with a killer plyo session and 1 mile.

A lot of people dont like Hoodia but i've had very good results with it:)

yeah i too have tried it and loved 3 caps of 250 mg a day does it for me. i was gonna order one from wal mart that was like 1400mg per tab but idk if it was tested for p57 so i went with source natural

cut ur t3 to 50mcgs bro your already on a huge calorie deficit, anabolics will help, but food is the most anabolic substance there is, 100mcgs at 1500 calories with lifting and cardio smells like muscle loss.

actually bro Bp feels great didnt have problems like i did on DMZ. not even back pumps anymore no more headaches either. i think green tea is helping as it suppossed to help with bp too.

about week and a half till PCT.

yeah i mean strength has dipped somewhat my athleticism is way up though im juking fools on the field, court, anywhere i play with buddies i kill it. yeah though hopefully i dont loose much

BTW ive kinda lost track of my weight since im loosing it so fast but im about 197 right now.

nice do you plan on adding something for thyroid maybe something like shift or t2? or hell why not t3. ECA is solid though but i think for me clen takes the cake.
