Flat Bench Press: 290x11 290x7 (i was sh1tting bricks in first set and i jumped too early into second set :slap: felt strong though im continually moving on bench)
Alt. Bicep curls: 70'sx11 (each arm) 75's x10 (each arm)
Deadlifts: 470x9 495x8
tricep extensions (rope): 60x10 65x10
leg curls: 90x11 95x9
Front raises: 35x12 40x9
Lat pull downs: 140x10 145x8

- Aggression is way up, i get easily irritated.
- Libido is non existent
- my muscle feel great no soreness whatsoever, feel full
- Im actually looking leaner
- joints are aching: knees wrist and shoulder are giving me some trouble
- my right peck is kinda iffy towards the end of my second set i felt as if i pulled a group of muscle fibers in the upper part of my peck
- hunger is meh
- pumps are effing great with just 2 sets i fell pumped!
