Strength is going up on every exercise I have attempted. I hope this keeps up becuase I'm loving it. Got that alpha male look going on too. The "you don't exist, it's only me and the weights" type of look.

Downside is I'm noticeably bloated. I'm talking some major mid section action going on..lol. You'll see when I update my pics on Monday.

CANT WAIT TO START MINE!!!!

179lb on the scale. So that's +4 from the start of this log.

Nah it's temporary for sure and probably fixable. 1 gallon is not enough. Try for 2 and go no less than 1.5. That will flush you out nicely and keep bloat down.

Woke up with a familiar feeling from my Beast cycle. My hands for some reason swell. It's nothing major, its much like all your muscles when on cycle. They feel full of blood and the swelling works itself out with a few clenches. Just a confirmation that we're well on our way.

well it's not painful at all. Just feels like my hands are full of blood. My knuckles are stiff. Like I said it works itself out with a few clenches but its a distinct feeling I remember having when I ran Beast before.
 
Chest/tri today! Aiming to demolish my last week max of 235x3.

no ****...255x2...last one needed a finger touch to get it up. The owner of the gym happened to be around as I was going for my max and he spotted me. Went 10lb over last weeks and felt real strong so he said go ahead and put another 10lb. Pushed through 2 reps and the last one had a slight pause 75%. I am floored at the amount of strenght I'm showing. No lie, no sandbagging here. I was at 225x5 before I started this a week ago.

On another note....my weight is out of control. I weighed in at 186 this morning. Thats 11lb in a solid week.

Sus250 and like a newb no PCT so didn't retain hardly any gains.

Beastdrol/TrenTFO is where I've obtained a great deal of my strength and gains to date.

I've had a bad run in with fake cycles of TestP/TrenA so I learned a great deal about it and never reaped any rewards.
 
i have two bottles of this sitting in my shelves just waiting- calling me- but it must wait until next winter


and i never bulk clean- i go to hard on my cuts :(

Does Dieselbolan V2 work? You be the judge...335x2....with ease. I started at 315, then lifted 325 last week. I wanted 345 but I wise man once told me that every training related injury comes after the statement...

"that the last set felt strong, why not go for more?"

I figure 10lb per week x 4 weeks would equal my max in each lift increasing by 40 at the end of the cycle which is nothing to snub your nose at. I've already closed to surpassing that in my bench. I'm thinking my gains will plateau here soon.

Yeah that was a huge spike for some odd reason. It fell to 183 the day after and now I'm back to 179. I didn't eat anything different so not sure why the spike.

Was you constipated for a couple days?...lol :dump:

Sorry guys for no update yesterday. It was my birthday and went out for a cheat dinner.

Weight yesterday was 179lb.

Gym performance exceeded last week as expected. Deadlift of 345x2.

Weight today is 183lb.

Still feeling good. Having a slight discomfort when I breathe in fully and hold my breath at the top. Might be a strained muscle. Not too concerned.

Had a sonic blast last night for a treat. Feeling mighty guilty about that...figured I'd repent my sin.

started feeling a dull pain in my left testicle. Must have strained something so I'm gonna try to take it easy this week and rearrange my training split next week to put back and legs later in the week to maximize my rest.

The amount of midsection bloat I'm getting is getting out of control seriously. Gonna back off the calories a bit and see if it helps. I'm taking in 2 gallons of water a day and have made an effort to cut out any extra sodium. Still looking like a cow.

Weight skyrocketed 11lb during the first week but leveled out. I'm not around 180 so that's 5lb. My strength is surprising me every day now. I'll keep it in mind that the dull ache could be shutdown.

Very nice and I know what u mean everyday on cycle I just put more and more weights on but still crank them out.

Feeling mighty sluggish today as I indulged myself for my birthday weekend. I know bad idea but you live once right?

Downing the water to flush my system out today. Intentions are to hit the weights hard today. Going for new bench press max.

You are correct. I've been told it's not as wet as some would expect however I am noticing significant mid section bloat despite cutting my sodium and increasing my water intake. HOWEVER, strength is through the roof so if I wasn't trying to fit into a skimpy Halloween costume I wouldn't be nearly as worried about the bloat as I am.

My bench max went up by 10lb this week. I did feel weak from drinking over the weekend so I'm thinking if I had kept my diet clean and cut the booze out for my bday I would have made more gains today.

Nice job on the workout bro. Don't beat yourself up over enjoying yourself over the weekend. Like you said you only live once, and sometimes our strengths can also be a weakness, and therefore forced to "feel guilty" every time we want to enjoy something out of the scope of our little worlds.
 
despite feeling like a total bish...i muscled through the workout killing squats and pushing my max up another 20lb.
