The only logical solution is to run a 3 month stack/bridge until you run out of hormones. That is the only way you will fix your problem.

that sd cycle was weird and i had to cut one short ( which is one i started back up) because of life issues

...in a nutshell my deadlift went up significantly from last week. Here's where it gets tricky. I could continue to keep pushing my deadlift for the next two weeks of the cycle or be happy with this incredible gain and play it safe. Not sure what I should do here. Don't want to injure myself and ruin all my gains but I feel like I've got much more in the tank. :saroll:
 
Here's something notable...on my Beastdrol cycle I would already show signs of bacne and oily skin. I've got no signs at all.

Seriously though, eat a lot to make the most of it. I started this cycle concerned about the bloat and wanting to keep slim for my Halloween costume so I'm not consuming all the calories I should be...and look at my gains!

Do you have any "serious" strength training experience? It'll help when it comes to knowing whether to push yourself further. This stuff has given me godly strength in my core lifts. For some reason I don't recall Beastdrol doing this to me. I literally feel like you could tie me to the side of a house and I could pull it down. No BS. My squats and deadlifts are insane for me. I feel like I could keep putting the plates on but logic tells me otherwise. Aggression isn't an issue however I'm a pretty stable headed guy anyways. Like I said, no cases of bacne or breakouts on my scalp or face. Other than the midsection bloat I would stay on this stuff 24/7 if I could.

I'm averaging around 3k calories with a 50/30/20 split. If I wasn't trying to fit into a Adam and Eve costume for halloween I would be pushing to 4k calories easy. :bad:
 
package came in the mail today, it was the rest of my PCT.

Currently I'm taking ReversitolV2 on cycle for any natural test boosting qualities it has and its SERM complex.

At the end of cycle I plan on using a combo of Sustain Alpha LV, Unleashed, Post Cycle and maybe Tamoxifen 20/20/10/10 depending on whether I feel that shut down or not. I don't like to take chances with my libido...nor does my gf.

I can honestly say those Cals are the key for sure. I guarantee if I was taking in 3k instead of the 4k+ that I have every day since the beginning of the cycle, I wouldn't be close to the 11.5 lbs up 2 and a half weeks in!

I have been lifting for about ten years, I wouldnt say I have serious strentgh train exp.. Ive read a lot and lifted a lot but I feel I have a lot to learn still. I'm joining a new gym because the one at my college sucks bad. today I was checkin out the new gym and there were some serious lifters in there, I'm hoping I can learn under them. and ya I like to push it to the limit, always testin the limit...sounds like u get wise words..so mabey I'll try an chill out, a little. usually I'm flying solo ne ways and cant push it to hard without a spotter.
 
o ya and I ripped of a bulking diet from jimmy thomas.looks solid, trying to choke down a fat bowl of oatmeal as we speek. I think eating all this food will be the hardest part

At first I was dissappointed in myself for wasting this cycle by not eating like a true bulk cycle but then again I thought to myself it actually isn't a waste persay...Mr. Supps and NTBM most likely chose so many participants to get a broad view of results and the fact that I'm using DBv2 and not taking in that many calories and my strenght gains are what they are and my body weight is a good solid 10lb up from the start and its only 2 weeks in to the cycle.....well that says a sh!t load about their product. I'm impressed with the gains thus far and my diet has been less than optimal.

Shoulders today and I expect an increase consistent with my other lifts. Last week my push press was 175x1. This week I hope for 175x3 or 185x1....no I WILL get 185x1.

Crazy to think about push presses this way but I'm basically holding my own bodyweight, then pressing it over my head....ask me if I ever thought I'd be doing that a couple years ago. Shows you what deads and squats will do for your overall strength!

just in case anybody out there following this log is confused what I do on my shoulder day is a push press and not an overhead press. I am standing and use leg drive to propell the bar upwards locking my arms out at the top. I choose to do these rather than overhead presses for the core building aspect of them. Best example I can give you is this youtube video I found. Although I am asian as well, this is NOT me.

 
I can't watch the video at work, but it sounds like you're talking about some sort of jerk clean.

I am standing, bar is resting on my upperchest, with a slight dip in my hips (no more than 1-3" for me, just enough to get momentum moving upward) I drive upward pushing the bar overhead locking out at the top then lowering the bar back down to starting position...one rep. For those doing seated overhead presses, try it out with lower weight first to see how your body adjusts to having to support and balance all that weight.

Since I have started doing push presses, bench, squats and deads my core has become significantly stronger. Many people don't realize what a strong core can do for you. It's given me a better sense of balance and durability. Even when I wasn't on cycle I felt like I could survive a tumble down a flight of stairs. Now I don't want to test my theory...I'm just saying....

dude dont do like me i ate for an all out bulk- sure i gained 20lbs but i gained alot of fat too


my next cycle of dbol/winnie(yes im aware no need to say anything thank you) i am going to stay clean- and lower my carb intake a bit
 
Other than not getting the breakouts have you noticed any other sides? What about compared to your cycle with Beastdrol? Thus far which one has treated you nicer?

Chest yesterday and results were a no gain from my previous lifts. In fact I failed to achieve last weeks max lift so I beat myself up with drop sets. Diet wise I ate a considerable amount more of carbs pre workout. Mentally I know I wasn't all there and that is probably where it came from. I was crunched for time and was constantly looking at the clock.

Today is legs so I'll know for sure if it was mental or if I really did hit my plateau.

Side note: my wrists and elbows are starting to feel the pain from these heavy lifts. Nothing crazy, just a little sore.

its all good man, it can't last forever. As long as you go in there and keep getting those killer workouts, that's what matters.

I was thinking the same too. It's just so addicting! I feel like I did in high school, squatting like a lineman. It's so clear why some guys never come off. Regardless if my strength still increases I am reaching the point where my wrists can't support the weight. I'm half Asian so I have smaller wrists and on chest and shoulder days its all I can do to keep the weight from rolling over. Guess I could start using wrist straps.
