Oh byt the way Deeerdres, I found that i was just getting into the full power of the Swole stack at about 2.5 weeks and was really progressing by the end of my first run. Had I have had the money at the time I would have jumped on it again to continue. With Natty boosters you really are going to get the best results in an 8-12 week run.

SUBBED!!!! Yeah I do the same protein the one at Sams is a 5 lbr and price here went up to $32, but I love it because it tastes good with only water. I always use a shaker so no problems with the sticking issues. I just ordered a 5 lb tub of the Nutra Pro I really hope it is good. Strawberry is so hit and miss. When strawberry is bad it is bad enough to want to toss out the whole thing.

Dude, EAS is a reputable company and has been around forever. I have NEVER heard anything about it being half full of fillers. Is that heresay or did you read it from a reputable source. That would be a major scandal and people everywhere in the bodybuilding lifestyle would probably at least heard that.

When I did my AI stack, I would eat some food, drink some water, take 1 pill, drink some water, eat some food, drink some water, take a pill and so on.
I feel that taking with whole foods and extra water helps absorption.

It really does not matter just take 2 caps a.m. and 2 caps p.m.
If I took mine without food I would take with a little fish or flax oil to help the substrates get through the acids in the stomach to the intestines with less damage, but that was just my own thing I do with most supps unless they specify being taken on an empty stomach.

something I would do is take Glycobol with low or no fats and at least 50 carbs.
does Ignite have carbohydrates in it?
I think post workout would have the most benefit with Glycobol with the fasting acting carbs.
