No workout today. Momma had some major Dental work. That involved 20 shots of Novocaine. She is currently laying in bed with a Norco and some oatmeal in her belly. She gonna be on a soft diet for a few days. Looks like her Thanksgiving will be mashed taters, and green bean casserole.

Poor thing! Hope she feels better soon!
Hope so too. But, this work was needed it was $4K to go this route, or $10K to continue paying her old dentist to keep repairing all the work he already did throughout the years.

Ugh... sounds like the better route. Don't forget soft desserts and stuff. I would say icecream but might cause some sensitivity issues. Hope she gets better fast or you all could just do it Saturday or something so she can join in?

Thanks. She said she is looking forward to her mashed taters, and green bean casserole. Plus she woke up and texted me that she lost 2 lbs. Lol

Dude, I cant take it. I sure hope noone is listening to this guy, especially young folks. On all types of gear and dont even look like a good natural lifter who knows their way around a weight room. You done messed up all your hormones, now you wanna go and donate blood without disclosing your on crap, pretending its not the same crap just cuz its from a doc, and screw up some other persons hormones too. Then post some homophobic crap and critisize trans people for doing the same thing your doing, using hormones. Your not just an idiot, you are running around spreading the idiot. You need to just shut up and listen, cuz you should be reading, not posting as you obviously are quite clueless. Im sorry for being harsh, but this **** is harmful to the world, and you need to be more thoughtful. Food posted is crap. Eat some whole foods that are nutrient dense, keep the sugars down. Quit the trt and let your body learn how to make its own hormones if you still can. And i believe you can. But to donate blood on gear and not disclose it to lower your hematocrit to further your "bodybuilding"? Thanks for nothing. You really need to reevaluate some things about your life bro.

Who are you, and why you posting in my thread? If you don't like the content. Don't follow. And I'm on TRT, because I have to not cause I want to dumbass. I was diagnosed with low T after coming back from my 3rd combat deployment. Good luck in all your future endeavors.

Sometimes the truth in the form of tough love and criticing is the best way to express your thoughts and concerns. Touching gear before doing your best to naturally maximize your potential is definitely not the best way to go about it. People will learn however they know best. Some must live and learn to realize and fully accept or understand which can be destructive at times. I know when I was younger and a but impatient no one could convince me that it was worth it to wait. Mind you I had already been lifting for a solid and steadyn 5 years or so but probably could have pushed through my plateau by another means. You bring up some very good points here and I think your message and warning is definitely for good reason.

Bro, I eat deer, Chicken, Turkey, Beef, and Seafood with green veggies, and either rice or potatoes. How much whole should my foods be . Also, its hard to take advice or be insulted by a guy with a little over 200 post in 3 years on here and has the physique of a freshman on the girls highschool swim team. Again, where did you even come from out of nowhere in my log.

Am I at my natural best, no. But, as everyone here already knows. I was in alot better shape, before I got injured. Then I got fat, and then I lost all that extra weight. Then I got diagnosed with low t. Still didnt get on TRT though. Lifted for 3 years all natural. Then decided to run a few cycles. Then got on TRT just earlier last year. So he picked a few things put of my log, hasnt been following. Cause he has no idea what he talking about. And makes a few accusations based off reading a few pages. Like I said if he don't like the content. Then don't follow.

Thought I post this cause I haven't in a while. Weight is up 7 lbs. Actually, down 3 from Thanksgiving. Fat% has only went up 1.1% since I ended my cut. Blood Pressure is in the high but normal range. Not bad for being on TRT, Mast, and Proviron. Glucose a bit high but should come back down to normal range. I added MK677 yesterday. And I had 2 Reeses Cups before bed lastnight

The amount of steronz in a donated sample of someone on gear is so insignificant it is, umm, insignificant.

However, I will concede that there is a moral argument here, especially regarding choice. But, we shouldnt let the biological facts be overshadowed by false intuition.

Plus, as an O+ donor, it is the right thing to do

Plus plus, the individual in dire need of blood will actually heal faster. And a woman or child is not going to virilize from one pint of TRT only blood.

If you were hot on 3grams/wk of androgens I would say you need to get phlebotomy, but this is very far from that scenario.
