DC's Winter Bulk 2019

I do miss doing this one... I am on TRT now and they don't do it for us. Not sure why but I can go in once a week until my Hematocrit hits 32 if I want... Go figure. It was always nice doing the double reds because they take out the red blood cells then you get about a pint of saline back in with the platelets so you instantly feel amazing after...

Good luck with the bulk. This was always my favorite time of the year...jumping from 300 to 340 in 6 weeks..lol. Now Im 230, I have to move around in the shower so the water hits me..sigh.

I'm on TRT, and I do it.
They won't let me down here in Texas. I had to get a "Therapuetic Phlebotomy" waiver from my doctor.
I mean they only ask if you injected anything NOT Prescribed by a doctor. TRT is prescribed. So, No
Our questionaire asks that but also have you had a shot in the last 8 weeks. If you say yes you have to say what it was. So I put TRT and that is when they told me I have to have that waiver in order to donate. Now they can still use my blood but for whatever reason don't let me do double RBC which would actually make a lot more sense. Instead i can go in once a week if need be until my HTC level are 32 but I don't let it go under 38 because they can't use the blood if that low.

Nice work, so do you go to near failure on any of your sets or simply progress the weights each time? Looking it looks like maybe your last set is to failure or closer than the rest. Is that accurate?

I do like to progress the weights, but I think I probably go to about 80%. Not quite failure. If I feel a set is to light, the following week I up the weights again.

Good stuff, will avoid injury... I have a hard time with this. Everything is a balls to the walls mentality even when trying to hold back I think I push to 90% but to me it is like 80% if that makes any sense. I trained drop sets to failure all the time for years so my idea of backing off is a bit higher intensity than others. I end up beating myself up but I have a hard time being motivated with less.

So didn't make it to the gym today. Stupid work, and stupid traffic. But I did get one if the Clinicians to measure me up, cause I was looking for a New Winter Coat.

So maybe someone can help me here. If I wanted to switch from IM to sub-q to inject daily instead of twice weekly. 200mg test would equal roughly 2,000,000 IU. And 500mg Mast would equal 5,000,000 IU. So for daily injections that would come out to 286IU test and 715IU Mast daily? @Mrkleen @hairygrandpa. Anyone?

Very unfamiliar with the subq process for gear. I only did it when I added slin for a few months once. So I know nothing. You can shoot gear out of a slin pin? How long does a shot take...lol? Do you use slin tubes? 25g 1.5 3ml over here...for over 20 years. So I know nothing about this.

Good question but it looks like math... :) I normally go by the ticks on the syringe, what is the dose per ML on each of those without me going back to look? Can you take a picture of the syringe, I can probably tell you the tick marks to use by looking but looking at the numbers without a visual is confusing me for some reason. I remember having to convert it once but need the visual reminder.

You shouldn’t pin more than half a cc/ml at a time (that’s 50iu btw) when going subq. For daily shots adding up to 200mg test and 500mg mast you’re probably going to need to go IM and just rotate both delts and quads with something like a 5/8” 27-28g needle.

The volume of oil of the masteron is why this is exceeding 50 units per day.
