Personal Commentary: Good strength in today's workout, but as it's summer here and getting quite hot I'm finding my endurance is a bit down.

Yeah today was damn good really, some nice strength gains, especially on barbell bench press which felt really good. Highly recommend T911 even for the pumps you get. Also the aggression on it has been quite good.

I should also note that elbow pain has decreased, so my joints may have been quite dry from hdrol and mmv2 combined. Seems to be getting better slowly.

How about if we alternate set Back and Chest? And only 1 minute rests...

As for alternate setting, you could do:
a. Back A-Chest A-Back A-Chest A-Back A-Chest A-Back A-Chest A, Back B-Chest B-Back B-Chest B...OR
b. Back-Back-Back-Back, Chest-Chest-Chest-Chest, Back...

Just to give a break between the body-parts. Depending on which way you decided to alternate the sets can also affect the weight lifted (well, for me I find, anyways, especially if choose method a).

We don't have to do them, though. Honestly, the more smashed you make me, the better my body will probably feel :D

Thoughts:Not much to report, hunger still up which is good during PCT. Weight remains stable since starting PCT. Only lost the initial 2lbs and now it seems to have leveled out which is great.

Mood is good, libido is good and I think this PCT is going to be a damn smooth ride. I start Lean Xtreme soon... so that should be interesting.

LG's BCAA/EAA Mini Review!

Received my product finally (christmas rush and all). This review is based on my initial serving taken tonight.

Smell: 7/10
Smelled pretty damn good to me, I can see what people mean about a play dough type smell, it's minor but I did notice it slightly.

Mixability:8/10
Just a few quick swirls with a spoon in a cup of water and it was ready to drink. Only a few floaters on the top.

Taste:8/10
I was really impressed, I didn't use much water and found it to be just right. Not to strong and sweet but not to weak either. Pretty damn impressed with this side of things as I know how bad bcaa's can taste!

Pretty damn good ingredient profile as well. Looks like LG has done well here. I have to try Xtend to compare taste to that, but it has Purple Wraath beat on taste.
 
Lipotropic Protein Vanilla Mini Review!

Received my product finally (christmas rush and all). This review is based on my initial serving taken tonight.

Taken in a coffee cup with milk.

Mixability:10/10
Mixed damn quick with just a spoon, and wasn't as thick as people had said! I was surprised there was such a big fuss, seemed fine to me. Great mixing and not to thick.

Taste:8/10
Taste was pretty damn good for vanilla. Not to sweet, with a slight almond after taste which wasn't bad at all. I actually quite liked it.

I had heard how thick this stuff was but really I don't know, maybe I'm less fussy or people are used to drinking water shakes, seemed thin and easy to drink with minimal milk to me. Flavour was great, and ingredient profile impressive at a good price.
 
Really glad these two products are in my hands, will take the protein 1-2 times per day and the bcaa/eaa during or after my workout.
Should help keep the big gains ;)

Next on the LG shopping review list is pSarm, Formadrol Extreme, MMV2 solo and Anadraulic State!!!!

I'll be honest I was/still am little skeptical about the vanilla flavor....

I mostly drink my protein at home in a coffee cup :) Takes up less room in the dish washer.

Vanilla is pretty good man! Not bad at all.
 
Lipotropic Protein Vanilla Mini Review #2!
(In strawberry milkshake)

Today I wanted to test how this would go in pre made strawberry milkshake milk.

Once again taken in a coffee cup amount of milk

Mixability:8/10
Mixed 90% and then had trouble mixing the final 10% as the mixture got thicker over time, was better in normal milk yesterday. Let it stand while I ate my opats and mixutre got a lot thicker, seems best to mix in plain milk and drink straight away.

Taste:7/10
Strawberry was not a good flavour option, wasn't bad, but certainly not as good as in plain old milk.

Thoughts:Nice to have another rest day, been eating lots and still hungry all the time! Much more so than usual, which is great for PCT! Mood is good still and confident feeling from T911 is still there.

Bcaa/Eaa product is great, mixed it with more water today and enjoyed the mild flavour. Look forward to using this more and see how recovery is aided.

Yeah get some while the 50% off sale is still going man! Grab a few! Strength is actually really good! I'm really making sure my intensity is really high since I'm only training 3 days per week, but I'm keeping the same strength more or less as when I was on hdrol, hoping to up it soon :)

good to hear! I hope my pct goes as well as yours! I will buy some soon! 75mg is like week two, i am feeling a lot more fat shedding and more strength, not so much mass, but hey 9+ lbs is nothing to scawf at!

Personal Commentary: Awesome pump again! Took 3 neovar and 30grams cho's just before workout with a T911 and the quad pump was insane, similar to hdrol easily. Strength was good, endurance wasn't the greatest as I felt sick as I ate to close to my workout....oops.

mmmmmmmm T911 under the tongue! Grow muscles grow! I'm dosing the Lean Xtreme 1 pill 3 times per day, this seem about right?

Yep. I cap first thing in the morning, 1 cap ~30 min pre-gym (or ~4 hours after the first dose on non-gym days), and 1 cap just before bed.

Looking good so far, silvertongue.

Lean Xtreme working well for you? Thinking of picking up some although there is the Lean FX as well.

Lean Xtreme works VERY well, if you're considering it.

Osteobolin-C (kindly donated by Rosie) we will see how this helps with my elbow pain I have been getting. I will do a mini review in 4 weeks to report what happend.

Thoughts: A nice rest day today which I felt I needed after yesterdays intensity. I'm not hugely sore but quite tender in parts, mainly biceps and back. Usually I'd be quite sore after that sort of intensity when not 'on' so perhaps the T911 and BC+Eaa is working. Hunger isn't huge, may be the Lean Xtreme but I'm forcing it down.

Training shoulders and arms tomorrow, should be epic!
 
Weigh in: Weighed in today at work, and I'm officially the heaviest I have ever been! I have now gained back the 2.2lbs lost when coming off hdrol and even gained slightly.

Total gain so far during cycle and 16days of PCT: 18.7 lbs
 
Verry nice, I'm currently on a cycle of hdrol myself. I'm using it in a different manner tho for cutting purpose, I'll see how it goes :)

haha yea, I feel swarms of energy and "pumps" on 50, and its my 5th day. Mostly the energy is best described as tapped into when I'm normally at the bottom of the barrel and would quit, where as now I'm doing set after set after set haha.. I normally workout with 205 on bench if im only, and today I went to 225 8 times then 235 twice lol (5 freakin sets all together)

workouts turned from 1hr sessions to 2 hr, plus im doing cardio EVERY day too.
