Thoughts:Last day of PCT! What a day, had an awesome game of rugby on T911, man that stuff gives you energy and focus! Was in the zone and pushing hard every single run. One of my best games in a long long time! This PCT has been so smooth almost felt like i was still 'on'. Damn sweet!

Sweet, so working your way up? So your just rolling into the AS log here then correct?AS update: Took a half scoop AS today when I was Christmas shopping. Was the right amount for me, as energy lasted a good 60min and wasn't to intense, nice smooth energy and felt pretty alpha!
I will dose a 3/4 scoop pre workout from now on.
